Loved the artstyle ! The game feels really polished, congrats ! I got surprised at the second level, the error sound just kinda threw me out of the immersion.

Loved the second level with the music, really added a lot to game play. Couldn't quite figure out what to do for the third piece but well done!
@beardmage Thank you for your appreciation. @nodlehs Thanks. You just need to be a bit slow for that level that's it.
Okay, I feel dumb. Please give me the solution to the second level :(
EDIT: Nevermind. I solved it xD
I have just one thing to say. AWWWWWWWWW.
Nice small meditative game. Nice work for the first jam game.
This is beautiful. The backgrounds, the audio and everything else work so well together artistically. Very innovative and well done. Good job!
Nicely done, I got fed up with the second level but enjoyed the overall experience. Mouse control felt a bit funny sometimes, maybe arrow keys would have been better.
Loved the sound and graphics, well done.
Peaceful music, like the opposite of our game! Just what I need after so little sleep. Beautiful looking game!
A tiny cute puzzle, I feel it's more like a love letter that a proper game btw :P Graphics and sounds are good, the only thing that bothered me is the "wrong choice" sound, since the second level seemed kind of random (or, I could not grasp the logic behind the pattern) I had that sound on repeat like 10 times and it was kind of annoying ahah. I'd have loved to see more complexity for the puzzles, but in the overall it has a good and relaxing mood. Good job!
Outstanding game and very relaxing. I love the way you spend time on the finer detail of the game. The music felt perfect and the art is also very good. Thanks for this awesome game.
What a nice little story. And you have a great art style!
Great artstyle and polish. Sad it wasn't longer :P
This was a very pleasant game to play, lovely minimalist art, relaxing music, simple gameplay mechanics and a cute story told without words. Good game for a weekend jam, wish it was longer. Maybe you would consider adding to it in a post-jam version?
I am soo glad I have came across this game. The music and the mood overall is just amazing with a 3 cute little puzzles. Got monument valley vibes. Overall very nice, great job!!
Nice! Great art, and the ambience is incredible. I didn't find it really fun, though.
I really like the art style!!
This is very neat. Three simple puzzles, but I wanted to stay untill the end. Good job.
@fancy89 It feels so great that you spent more time and finally completed. Thanks.
@sunti sorry for the "wrong choice" sound, if it felt so annoying. We will definitely think about it. Thanks for the appreciation.
@historymaker118 We will surely do a post-jam version but not more puzzles may be right now. keep in touch.
@jin9310 Thank you. Monument Valley is a lovely masterpiece though.
@abu-sabiq-mahdi it is indeed ;)
Really nice game. Well done. Only sounds are cracking when in headphones.
Super cute! The error noise got really annoying though after failing the flower level so many times
This was really cute to play! Nice art style, mood and sound. Needed the hint for the last level. Felt very nostalgic after this <3
super cute graphics! some introduction would have been handy but overall i enjoyed this entry!
Cute game.
I liked the storytelling aspect of this game. The first two puzzles were fun to do. I liked that the second puzzle was a little bit challenging, but when done right, it rewarded you with Beethoven's great song . I like the minimalistic feel in the graphics and the spaces, but it would be nice if the space and thus the squares were a little bit larger . Regards!
The play area was a bit too small, it was hard to click on individual tiles. I loved how the small area within the void made me feel isolated, but I think that could have been expressed by having a wide shot at the beginning/end and zooming in for gameplay. The second level came off as a bit tedious, but it wasn't too bad.
I absolutely LOVE the visual theme, it's incredibly cute. Despite my minor complaints it's a very charming experience.
I loved the song. The error sound got a little repetitive. Overall I enjoyed playing the game. The length of it felt right for a Game Jam and it was really polished.
Very great little Monument Valley inspired game! Loved the execution with the art and the music. The second level got me stumped though. Seemed like there was no direction and I just had to guess where to move next.
Wow, really great game. Love the look and feel, and can imagine more depth of levels emerging. Well done!
I liked it a lot! It is a really good game, polished and cute. Also the art style and sound are lovely.
I liked it. Good idea to manage some puzzles. I love the allusion to the classic piano piece. Did you play it by yourself? The sound for a mistake at this part seems to be a bit to annoying. I also like the story of your game. Keep it going!
Nice feeling after playing this game, the simplicity of the experience makes it touching. The error sound in the second puzzle seemed a little bit to harsh, out of the care feeling of the game.
This is a really nice! The mood created by the art choices and music was great, and I loved the animation with the heart.
Cool graphics and sounds. But I think it will be better if game have simple tutorial.
Loved the graphic style and music, plus the theme is really nice. I couldn't understand what to do on the third level and found the error sound is a bit disruptive, but besides that everything's great!
That was really charming. The basis of the game is really just close to the heart. My favorite part about it, of course, is its welcoming atmosphere and sense of pondering. The music level could be done better, especially with the overlapping music and the error sounds. And the last level could be very confusing to many because they're not properly introduced to that concept of the gameplay; much like greeting the heart, you should ease them into it gently. I'm sure you guys would be able to come up with more innovations on the puzzles so good luck. I hope you add a bigger story to the main character, as well. Heartwarming game! Thank you for the short rest.
This is great looking tiny game. However one thing could be added. Restart for 3rd pice level. I've stuck there and there was no way to go forward unless reload page. At least in WebGL version.
I really like the aesthetic, and the idea that you had. It's an awesome interpretation of the theme, and super out-of-the-box, which is always refreshing. I loved the concept of the musical level, and the friendship motif in the end was stellar. I also quite enjoyed the simple background music, it fit very nicely. I do think though that the game has a frustrating feel to it at times - the sound effect when you lose is very harsh, and the game feels as though it's punishing you. This seems to me to be kind of in conflict with the themes you were trying to convey, so I found myself being taken out of the experience by that a bit.
Really great work on the whole! :grinning:
Love the aesthetic of the game, one of those games where you don't need a tutorial and you can figure stuff out on your own!
Neat game. A little idea for improving the game: Maybe show a line that shows the player the path the mc is going to take. I got screwed by "odd" pathfinding a couple of times ^^
Unique little puzzle game. I like the minimalist artstyle; I think perhaps the camera could have been zoomed in for the smaller levels. Some of the pathfinding was a bit frustrating and sometimes he backed up on himself. I think a "queue" movement system might've benefited the gameplay a touch more.
Very creative and sound is subtle but fitting. Good use of public domain composition. I like that it had a structure and a story without ever really needing to explicitly convey much. The game mechanics were fun to figure out. It's difficult to withold the goal without it being frustrating but I think you managed to pull it off here nicely.
Thanks for sharing and congratulations on your entry!
Really nice puzzle game, I loved the mood of it. I did not understand the second level completely, I think there is a hint but I cannot find it. I want more of this game! Good job
This is so amazing!! The music and the art style really calms you down and gives you a warm feeling. Best LD46 game played so far!! Is it possible that you make this open source or some of the asset available? Really want to know how you managed to achieve these VFX. Great Entry~ Love to know what you think of mine.
Very beautiful game! I love it!
Monument Valley vibes, I love it. The music, the colors, the narrative, all in this game is beautiful. The puzzles are simple but entertaining and engaging. Sometimes the character had problems when I clicked on his head in order to go to the cell next to him, but the game is super polished besides of that.
Very good job.
cute game, aesthetics and design of the game is really nice. Also music totally compliments the style. Good job on the game.
Ahaha reminded me of monument valley, the gradient look was so good. Also the footsteps made everything cuter. Playing in web, I sometimes had little struggles with clicking the right place because they were too small, other than that, 10/10
Sound problems are mostly fixed. 😅 Sorry guys for that harsh sound. If you have time please play one more time. @dick-claus @beardmage @shaolin-dave @sunti @sophiemae0 @nachodlv @macks @lockness @lasagnaandroid @demkimos @lt-farfetchd
The post jam version has been added. @historymaker118

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all these amazing positive feedback and suggestions. Thank you! 💜
Loved it ! Nice job throwing some Beethoven in here, that was unexpected, and I'm a huge fan of games where your actions interact with the music itself. I feel complete after playing, thank you !
whoa so much work went into presentation and the aesthetics! I think you should add highlight effect when player hovers a tile, it'd help a lot
Really polished and fun game! Great job!
@kamilko Thanks for your feedback. The bug you mentioned has been fixed. If you have time, please play our [post-jam version](http://olik.itch.io/missing-pieces).
It's a great game! The aesthetics reminded me a bit of monument valley and I loved the way you presented each level without any text. The only thing that bothered me was the pathfinding, I think sometimes if you click to fast when the character is between two squares it can sometimes be unpredictable. Otherwise it's a really good entry it's so cool even the "level selection" screen tell a little story!
The graphics, the music, the idea, everything was above the rooftop!! The game was extremely well polished!! Also the got a bit confusing for me in the second level as my speakers weren't working :disappointed: but anyways finished it after some time!
I got monument valley vibes! I loved the music and graphics and liked how polished it was from start to finish with nice ui and all. The trial and error puzzles seemed kind of random, although simple I would like to have seem some logic behind it but overall I enjoyed it a lot
What an absolutely fantastic little game! I would call it a hidden gem, except that it looks like I'm the only one who just found it. You already know your music, animations, and aesthetics are phenomenal. There's not much I can add other than suggesting some hints to the player about how to solve level 2 instead of relying on trial and error, which can get frustrating.
The game is fun. If you add more levels (i.e. more missing pieces) that would be better.
Lovely game! It has some little problems while moving and there is so much room for improvement in the puzzle design but I think this is a great prototype and you can expand it on a full game! Really nice and warming <3
This is super polished and charming. The cut-scenes of putting the heart pieces back are very well done. The puzzles are pretty simple but interesting and varied. Nice job!
Loved the music, sounds, graphics and atmosphere, good hob on that. I wasn't a fan of the trial and error approach to the second level.
Loved it, remind me of Monument Valley in the gameplay, beautiful graphics, may be the music was a bit repetitive ? Very nice game congratulations !
Wow! I loved this game, the art, sound and music are wonderful! Gameplay is simple but really effective, very relaxing to play. Excellent entry!
I really liked the music and sounds as well as the visuals, it was really nice and relaxing. The second level would've been a bit better if it was more of a puzzle and less of a trial and error level, but other than that it was really good. I could only wish it was longer!
Lovely aesthetics :)
The mechanics were simple and felt polished, even if the second level was a bit frustrating because of the amount of backtracking involved, as the solution came down to trial and error.
Despite this, the overall experience felt relaxing for the most part, and besides the visuals and music, as I said before, I really liked the concept. Congrats!
OH wow, was going to ask about the guitar, sounds great! I play guitar and I though this sounded very realistic. :v:
Bonus points for the last level, very sweet.
Very atmospheric and polished! Well done :)
Oooh that's so good! That Music level - it's as enjoyable as hell! I'd really love this game to be much longer. It's been a real pleasure, congratulations!
make more, great little puzzle game
Cute game, I love the aesthetics :) I didn't like the second level as much though since it was all trial and error. It would be cool if you would find some kind of challenge that keeps the meditative feeling.
nice work. the graphics are reall nice. I found the clicking quite difficult to control, as sometimes the character seems to go wherever they want! I'm curious as to which guitar sample you are using? It sounds a little harsh in the mix but very realistic. The sound fx are great as well. well done.
That was such a nice, wholesome experience. The art, music and gameplay work together really well, very coherent. It also feels quite polished with these smooth animations and a scene tying the levels together. I went in blind and it was a very pleasant surprise that the second level did something completely different. Great job!
@jamesolivermusic we solved the clicking problem you mentioned. And now I'm answering your question regarding the realistic guitar sound. As I have previously answered, the soundtrack was composed entirely using software instruments.
This Guitar sample came with logic pro x. While composing I figured out that when you pluck an open guitar string it keeps vibrating until it slowly decays. So instead of using discrete separated notes, I sustained the notes. This process imitated the actual guitar sound.
By the way, the double bass is also used in the soundtrack and its mechanism is the same as the guitar. So I've done the same thing for the double bass. I guess this answers the question.
Very good design and music! The puzzles are a bit too reliant on memory or just random trial and error for my liking - but maybe I just didn't get it or got far enough.
Hi, very good visual, cute and meditative sounds and ambient colors. But to my shame I've got stuck at the very beginning :face_palm:  ; 2nd level where you move on music tiles.. So, my combo breaks on each route I choose, I have no idea, how can I pass this 2nd level? Any lite hints would be much appreciated.

@room606 you are halfway there!😅 just try to reach the green tile at the opposite end by creating a green path. I am sure you'll figure it out & thank you for your appreciation.
Wow, this one was beautifull ! Great little game, love the graphics and the music. The gameplay was simple but really rellaxing. Love it !
Interesting game. It has a great mood to it. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was having to walk back every time you make a mistake in the second level.
Bug report! Hastily triggering the first cutscene before the animation results in some....quite wonky behavior (spasming briefly then walking into the sky...)
There is a little TOO much style over substance here for my personal taste but I do appreciate the detail paid to aesthetic here -- hopefully people actually maximize the game because the default itch.io resolution makes the game look quite blurry!
The puzzles were cute but a bit...how do I say, unsubstantive? Again, it feels like you guys spent a lot of attention on the aesthetics, but there isn't that much "meat" to any of the puzzles. Level 2 for example was not frustrating at all, but was rather mundane as it was simply a matter of trial and error. If the directions in the path somehow mapped to a clue in the music somehow, there would be a moment of "aha!" and I feel like the player would be more satisfied with having figured something out, perhaps...
Great job anyways though!
Very nice game. I like the graphics a lot and the overall mood. Its simple and easy to understand. One thing that should be improved or changed is the fact that you have to walk back to a point to see the shape. Maybe have hints as you walk around. Overall you did well I enjoyed that game.
The game's strong points are the mood/art/audio. The gameplay isn't anything interesting/special but manages to provide a good experience nonetheless. I would say it isn't very applicable to the theme personally, since I see the theme as something that should specifically relate to the gameplay and this game for me didn't do that.
more, more, more...
such a great atmosphere, brilliantly made. Thank you for the great game, keep up the good work!!
So beautiful. Love the Music. realy make you feel calm. :v: i would love more levels.
Relaxing, calm, and fun. Love the art and music!
Amazing game, very monument valley-ish (which happens to be one of my favourite games ever haha). Absolutely loved the "Für Elise" level, very clever. Great visuals and audio. Impressive, congrats! :))
Wow, this is amazing :two_hearts:
I loved the color palette, the music, the calm and nice aesthetic given by all the visuals and audio coming perfectly together. Each level feels different and the length feels perfect.
Thanks a lot for the game!
So cute, loved the puzzle element of level 1 and 2, felt a bit confused when 3 was more story telling than puzzle. Overall well done, polished short game.
Meditatif and relaxing. Amazing game with a neat aesthetic and a very good gameplay - unusual and clever. I had fun playing, solving puzzles. I guess that material shaders or some details could be improved, but for an LudumDare entry, you did something great in less than 3 days. I loved backgroud music. As a guitarist I asked myself so as to define this string instrument which you used. I assume that it is more than a simple guitar - maybe an arabic string instrument? However I cannot say that your project fits with the theme. Thank you ++
