The most fun game I have played so far, AMAZING! ticks all the boxes. nice job! :-)
Amazing concept, looks and sounds great, very challenging. I think it would benefit from a series of levels that start small and progressively get bigger and more complexed, also myabe some kind of hint system for finding remaining dust. Great job overall
Yay! another hamster game :hamster:
Very cool concept, artwork and sounds were awesome, and the mechanics were challenging. Great job
Very original and well polished visually, I would have liked to of had some kind of goal as I was uncertain if what I was doing was of any benefit. :-)
I really love this game! Took me a couple of plays to get the basic idea of what I was meant to do, love the puzzle element to it. Very well polished too, looks and feels great. The only thing I would like is a better understanding of the stats to each element to help better judge placement, not the exact stats, but just some kind of hint so I still feel the challenge but less confusing when all of a sudden my world dies. Overall though, an awesome job
Awesome game, very addicting. I beat it, but only just, was loads of fun :-)
I really like the controls, graphics and sounds to this. great level design too, a couple were quite challenging. Great job
Good overall game, the only issues I had playing was the backwards control on the world and the audio volume was not consistent (goes quiet in some areas and really loud in others). However, it was a fun story which I was disappointed I couldn't continue. Great job
Very fun game, once I figured out how to lower the abductees without killing them the tanks scared the crap outta me lol. SFX are great too. great game
Nice and simple concept, funney sound fx, and all worked fine for me. However I would have preferred a more intuitive control for fire (maybe a hold space bar) as mashing the mouse button was not easy. good job
OMG I NEED MORE! Took a while to get into but stuck it out as I loved the style and simplicity. Couple of nice little puzzles and well thought out story. Hope I see more! Great job
Wow! this game is really hard to control, but mega fun trying to lol. Great job
Interesting sim, I played for quite a while but with no real agenda or goal, I probably just didn't get it. The game looks and sounds beautiful and I did get a bit too excited when I saw I had create Godzilla lol! Although the hints were a great touch I didn't feel like they guided me much and once I was able to hurl another meteor it didn't seem to do anything (again, it might just be me as I don't think I understood the goal) but this did not stop me playing until my computer fan started screaming so loud it woke the wife up. Good game overall
Incredibly well polished game. Simple to understand and the puzzles are challenging. I loved the added gameplay along with the narrative when travelling between worlds. However I got a bit frustrated after completing the first world as I kept accidently entering the level again while trying to skip the text. Great game overall
very cute concept, beautiful artwork. Great job
One of my favourite games, took me a couple of plays to get my head around controls (I am terrible for not read instructions) but I thoroughly enjoyed this game. very well thought out and challenging puzzle concept, lovely graphics and sounds Great job
Beautifully polished game, very simply and fun to play. I especially love the score UI. Well done :-)
Played the LD38 entry version first. I had to read these comments to figure out I had to click the robot to start his movement, but that was the only thing I that got me stumped. levels were easy so I felt some kind of time limit of resource limit would add some more challenge to the levels. Playing the latest iteration I am still unsure how to 'activate' the end goal assuming that's what I need to do. but it is visually coming along really well. The robot is a nice cute little character and the colours are beautiful. Hope this game continues to improve at the rate it appears to be. Great job
The game does not appear to be working for me (tried chrome and firefox). the main menu loads on chrome but as soon as I fire the rocket it sticks to the top left corner and the camera just stays on the launch planet. Nice graphics and sounds, but unfortunately can't really rate the gameplay :worried:
Very well polished game. looks and sounds great. Controls were nice and easy and the objective very clear. was loads of fun. Great job
Thank you very much @xelphyre for taking the time to feedback. This is my first game so this is really useful :-)
Thanks for the feedback @khorm, @tweedle and @fireslash. I did a few more tweeks to the fall variable on level 2 so that should be fine now (no idea how I missed that one). Also I think the dying with health bug was due to a missing condition, the hamster has to survive the fall in the first place to earn the hp bonus from a treat caught while falling. I was hoping to have more time to add some UI to help show this, so as it was part of my original plan I won't hack this out but simply fix the bug so it worked as intended. Thanks again for playing and taking the time to feedback.
Thanks @tombuston, @sachos345 and @bunnery. more really helpful feedback.
Definitely should have just used a key input to start/restart, and I think enough people have mentioned it to warrant working on an unlockable level select screen.
Thanks again for playing
@floata-1 that's very strange, was this the web player?
Lol @kasarun, thanks for playing. I did actually created the assets to include visuals to highlight the health bonus/loss but ran out of time to implement 😟
Good idea @silkworm-sweatshop, something to consider. I was aiming to make the player sweat a bit by cutting the time as much as possible, the levels I managed to create were so simple, it was needed to challenge them. Thanks for playing 😊
Wow, this is different. Very fun little puzzle game, and easy to play (not always quite so easy to solve lol). Well thought out. Great job
Nice idea, love the graphic style and sounds. The level progression worked well until I got killed by what I thought was a water drop so I assumed I needed to collect it also, so could possibly benefit from something more obvious. However that was the only issue I had playing this game, and once it killed me once I knew not to collect it again, it was just confusing is all. Great job overall
Great concept and very well executed. Great job
Beautiful little game, looks and sounds well polished. very fun. Great job
Very challenging, mostly down to the control as the movement was very fast for me and I kept moving off of the ladders and platforms, this is due the the added sense of urgency with the depleating oxygen which was a nice touch but I had to wonder how it fills up between levels, I think it could possible help the story if you collect a new tank at the end or something, but thats more asthetic than actual gameplay though. Loved the puzzle aspect. Great job overall
Very impressive, love the artwork! :-)
Great artwork with simple yet challenging game play. I too found some issues with the hitboxes, but I still very much enjoyed the game. Great job
I freakin love that bunny character design!!! Very cool 80s vibe, and I felt a Pac-man like game play which probably got me more excited than it should have when I got my first carrot lol. Great job guys
I'm not sure I understood what to do fully but that may be due to it being unfinished, I felt I was just wandering around, However I do love the graphic style and would be very interested in playing this finished with more things to interact with :-)
Beautiful sound and visuals. very simple but would have preferred to see more of the circle 'world' style game play develop into more of a challenge. The side scroller bit did get more challenging, but the whole time I was hoping to be taken back to that first style. Really lovely game though, well polished.
interesting gameplay, the spikes made me panic a few times lol. only issue I had was getting impaled and stuck on corners. nice job overall :-)
Great little game, very fun to play. Cute graphics and sound made for very relaxing play, would love to see some levels with more than one planet to step up the challenge. Great job
OMG I love this concept! so simple but works so well, great in game graphics. Very addicting. :-)
I was unable to play as I'm on Mac, but I watched it on stream and had to come comment. This game looks amazing! Great concept, beautiful artwork and sounds. Well done
nice idea, great graphics and audio. I spent ages trying to avoid the spikes and eventually realised I was immune (assume that's just a bug) otherwise very challenging, I enjoyed the jump mechanics a lot, was a nice twist from a usual platformer. Well done
Wow, great idea. Well polished and challenging. I will have to come back to this later though when I have more time. Excellent entry, well done
Really nice varied gameplay, I had to stop after about 11k do to real work lol. beautiful graphics and sounds. Great job
