This is the best UI I've encountered so far. However, I'm curious which parts of the game are AI generated. Some icons and interface details give the impression of being AI generated. You already mentioned that the music is AI generated.
The graphics are nice and the game is easy to understand. I liked it.
Getting the right signal is a bit tricky, but the gameplay feels good and I liked the quantum mode.
It's a bit confusing at first. A more detailed tutorial would have been nice. But once you get used to it, it becomes fluent and enjoyable.
Simply amazing! The game would have been perfect with better graphics and subtitles for the voiceovers. I'm guessing the audio was AI-generated, and that's probably why you didn't opt for votes in the audio category. I really appreciate that. If a more polished post-jam version is released, I'd definitely love to play it!
Definitely one of the best interpretations of the theme.
This is probably my favorite. The graphics and music feel great. I was slow to understand the connection with signals, I almost thought it was unrelated, but I liked the concept. The controls are also fluid. Regarding the dash restart at the end of the game, I have to say that it feels like the game is frozen. A different transition effect could have been tried.
It was fun. The graphics and sound were good. It would be nice if there wasn't such a long wait after dying, or if there was a transition effect.
Really nice graphics and game looks fun but I didn't managed to find what pink-yellow-green-blue signal means.
The graphics and sound are great. I liked the concept. It's very dark around us, which is a bit limiting for me while playing. I would have preferred to be able to see a slightly wider area. I didn't experience any performance issues.
Game of the year
Extremely cute, polished, and fun.
I had fun and liked the concept. However, it was a little confusing at first.
The visuals and concept are great, but the controls are really frustrating.
@theoratkin I just tried it and it's definitely much more playable. Great game.
skill issue
It's fun and everything feels smooth. However, I can see the end of the wall if I jump very high. Also, better graphics and interface would be great. And looks like I have skill issue.
I had a lot of fun, and I just realized that the different colored blocks represent different time periods. Great idea! To be honest, I just followed my instincts and it was quite fun.
It ended too quickly. The music was good. More levels would have been nice.
This is so good.
The graphics when we go underwater are amazing, and the music is truly excellent. However, since we don't really do much with the signals directly, it feels only loosely related to the theme. Also, the fish won't leave the lamp alone, and after a point, it starts feeling like a "fish avoidance simulator."
It's a lot of fun. I also liked that we could play at our own speed. However, the sounds should have been a bit more varied, and we shouldn't have to hold the cursor directly above the train to see its path. This way, we can't see the track even when the train moves slightly.
It's very smooth. The controls felt a little unfamiliar, but I got used to them. The graphics and sound are fantastic and feel harmonious. I didn't even realize how time flew by. The puzzle in the last section seems to be giving an error no matter what I do. But I still managed to score 511!
Fun to play and feels so polished. I like it.
I get nuked out of nowhere lol.
@discomorphine No no no. I saw something like a nuclear bomb in the game. You got me worried for a moment so I double checked. It's a nuclear bomb. Nuke
@discomorphine Oh my God! I accidentally became a space-bully without even knowing it lol. 💀
Very cute!
It's difficult to understand. A little more information or a tutorial would be helpful.
The atmosphere was good.
I really enjoyed it. It's certainly one of my favorites so far. I see a lot of potential for further development. The signal theme wasn't quite there, but it was a blast anyway.
@gideongriebenow Hi. What do you mean by the first little circle? You have to click on sun, not cells.
@tasakasama Hello. I'd like to know when the problem occurred. Did it happen after the wounds appeared?
@zj798164639 Can you try on itch io?
@gideongriebenow The game ends if all the cells on the screen have already died. That might be why the sun didn't respond when you clicked it. Also, you could try clicking inside the game window first to make sure your browser has focus. If neither of those works, could you try the version on itch.io?
@gideongriebenow I could have explained everything much better if the tutorial hadn't been such a last-minute rush... As for the lag, unfortunately, the web version has that issue, but it usually runs smoother with the sound turned off.
@paroxysmal Hello. Cells need energy to survive. You need to click on the sun to collect energy.
@asieke @constance @mcbaker @nosoy Hello. You can keep the cell/circle alive by clicking on the sun. The game doesn't freeze when the cell disappears; it ends.
I'd play it if it was an actual game. It's actually fun.
It took me two tries to understand the game. The first time, I had to zoom in because the game couldn't go full screen, so I didn't see everything on the screen. The second time, once I understood the game, it started to become really fun. With better graphics and some sound, it would be much more playable. The black and white theme also feels fitting to the game.
