There's something so delightful about a salmon with a gun in his little mouth! Beautiful graphics, funny audio and a good, simple little game that uses the theme really well.

There's something so delightful about a salmon with a gun in his little mouth! Beautiful graphics, funny audio and a good, simple little game that uses the theme really well.
Great fun, love the early 90s aesthetic. Controls are easy to use but I did find the game pretty difficult.
Brilliant! Love the graphics which manage to be both horribly gorey and delightfully cute at the same time. The dialogue is great and I love the design of the meat chunks/tumours/other ghastly things. I also think it's great that there was a tutorial to show how the combat works. I did find it very difficult though as the tutorial didn't show all the directions you can strike from and often ended up hitting the wrong key by mistake as they're so close together. But with practice i'm sure I could get better and the game is really fun so I'm happy to keep trying!
Very cute, love the art and sound effects. I really enjoyed the mechanic of using your tongue to grab and hurl enemies but I found it very hard to do the throwing hard enough to be effective. I'm using a laptop trackpad so maybe it would be easier with a separate mouse. Very fun and cool concept. Loved the game over image!
A really nice little platformer with cool graphics and a fun interpretation of the theme. I did find it hard to judge distances when jumping between platforms at certain times because of the camera angle, but that could be a problem with me not the game itself.
A very fun little game. I liked how you can both sell health for gold but also gold for health. I also really liked that you attacked by just swinging the sword with the mouse, it was a nice simple dynamic. One thing I would have liked is a visual or audio cue to tell you when an enemy is hurting you. But a great game that works well with the theme :)
Brilliant graphics, funny audio, controls are very simple but effective and responsive. Unfortunately though I am just too rubbish to survive more than a minute or so!
Wow, so impressive that you made this in 48 hours! The dialogue and voice acting was brilliant and it was nice to see a proper old school adventure game.
A very nice little interactive story. Love the multiple endings and the graphics and audio are great.
Very cute game, lovely graphics and the beginning where you can customise your dragon is so sweet. The game was simple and well instructed. But I did find some parts impossible to win as there was such a big gap from mushroom to mushroom.
A fun game, great to see a classic point and click adventure here with some nice graphics and dialogue. A better set of instructions would be handy as it took me ages to work out where the inventory was!
Just a charming little puzzle game. Love the old school graphics and the interpretation of the theme.
A lovely, relaxing and peaceful game with beautiful art.
Stunning artwork and brilliant concept!
This is just brilliant. I love the concept and humour involved and the graphics are just stunning. I like how simple the controls are and the boosts are really fun. The only problem I had is that the jump/slide controls are so far away from the boost controls. This led to me dying a lot by going to buy a boost and not being able to get back to the jump button in time. In theory I don't have any problem with clicking a control button on screen but in practice I think it would be easier to be able to use keypad or gameplay controls. But that really is a small problem in the grand scheme and this is an amazing game, astounding that it was made in three days. Oh and the 60s style surfer music somehow really works with the farm theme!
The graphics are gorgeous and the concept is fun with a great setting. Unfortunately it just doesn't seem to work properly, for me at least. I could pick things up but nothing I did would allow me to put them down or actually make a drink.
Really brilliant fun, love the concept, the writing of the customers dialogue and the amazing graphics. A few little critiques: I got a lot of repeat dialogue from customers returning to the bank which led to their interactions being less interesting, plus it would have been good to have some sort of counter to track the amount of money you were depositing/withdrawing, or if you had to manually draw out the correct amount of money from draws or something. But these are small complaints that I'm sure would have been fixed with just a little more time. I think I encountered a bug on my third day in the game customers started appearing, dropping money at me, then disappearing, then another customer would appear and do the same thing, sometimes the customers would reappear then disappear again. When they appeared the black dialogue box would come up at the bottom but with no choices to reply. This all happened in a matter of seconds so there was no way I could have entered their bank details and dealt with their deposits before they were replaced by the next customer. In general I think this is a fantastic idea and demo for a game that given more time would be truly brilliant.
A charming mix of adorable, cute, kiddie style graphics and rather sinister subject matter!
Absolutely delightful! The graphics are beautiful and I'm so impressed you managed to get it all done, plus an intro in just 3 days. The music was very atmospheric and went with the dark, dank setting very nicely. And the slimes were just adorable. I loved the idea of trading life cells for advanced skills but sadly the shop didn't work for me. I had over 40 life cells but just couldn't choose anything off the trade menu (though there's no instruction on how to pick so I tried lots of keys but nothing worked, could you tell me what I should be pressing?). Also I don't know how you get more life cells to trade with. I really like the way the slime shrinks as it takes damage and slowly slides down walls. Fantastic entry.
The art is stunning and it's a fun concept and idea.
Fantastic concept! I absolutely love how you can choose what sense/strength you should lose and the game reflected that. Really innovative. I really liked the retro graphics and audio too. Might just be me being rubbish at games but I did find it rather difficult and died easily. Maybe some sort of pick-up to give you some time back before your next punishment would make it a little easier and add some interest. But really just a brilliant idea and so impressive for a 3 day game.
Really fun to see a card game here, something a bit different. Love the graphics and music. Game is simple to get the hang of but reasonably difficult with the enemy having more cards than you. Excellent work!
I absolutely loved the concept of this. What a fun idea and a great interpretation of the theme with beautiful graphics. But gameplay wise it seemed a little messy. The mini-game to get customers was a great idea but didn't have any instructions. I worked out you needed to use your keyboard, unlike the rest of the game which uses the mouse, but the beginning has you pick between boxes in various shades of green. I don't know what difference they made. Then the main game was hard to play as the customers symbols were displayed above their heads, obscured by the 'Zoltanya' writing on her case and a blur effect. It took a while to decipher the symbol through the blur, then turn around to check the symbols meaning, then respond with the correct word as all of the choices are the same font and often similar words. Then when I gave a correct answer the customer just walked away, there was nothing to show that I had succeeded. Still a very interesting idea and given a bit more time i'm sure it could be a great game.
A brilliant and bizarre game! Love the graphics, weird dialogue and strange concept overall. Wish I could have seen the show!
A great, fun little game. I really like the dynamic of the game ramping up difficulty and speed and you being able to reduce it but at a cost. The little piggy was adorable. A great example of a simple game that is really well implemented and extremely fun to play. My one very small little criticism would be that it would be nice if the obstacles were something like birds, kites, planes etc as the setting is among the clouds. But that doesn't take away from the game's charms :)
Really liked the combination of a farming simulator with a shooting game. Was fun to switch between the rather peaceful farming sections and then blasting some zombies! Could just be me being rubbish but I did find the game a little difficult as the plants ran out of water or needed to be harvested pretty quickly and keeping on track of that, plus keeping my watering can filled, plus shooting zombies, plus keeping an eye out for the seed van to appear made it hard for me to last more than a few rounds. I also kept forgetting that the shoot button was left click and not the space bar which served as the 'action' button for all tools except the gun. But those are little things. Great entry!
A great, fun and simple game. Loved how you can customise your character at the beginning using health points and then the choices coming up again at random points with the 'mutations'. Brilliant implementation of the theme of life as currency. Would be nice if the player character and ememies looked a little more slimey.
Loved this game. The graphics are just adorable (particularly the little robots flappy arms when he runs) and the implementation of the theme was very clever and clear. I liked how you could flit between levels just picking up what you wanted. A couple little critiques: It would be good to have a better list of controls. I lost a lot of toast at the beginning of the game just testing the controls and it took me a while to work out how to climb a ladder (though this may be me being dumb). And it would have been good to have a little warning when your robot is running out of charge as a reminder. But in general this is a very sweet and pretty little game and very impressive that it was made in just 3 days!
Loved the visuals, intro, audio and animations. When the monster steals a coin it looks and sounds so delightful! I found it difficult to play on such a small screen though and couldn't find any way to enlarge it. And when I got gameover the game just quit without warning which was a little jarring. Still a cool little game!
Love the style, art, sounds and storyline. The map in particular was charming. The idea of the game having two sections of different gameplay is brilliant, though I did find the cultist section a little less interesting as after escorting Victor home I just had to stand outside his house and he wouldn't dare come out. The game controls are simple and effective, didn't encounter any bugs.
I like the graphics a lot, particularly the monster design, and I enjoyed the simplicity of the controls.
Very cute and fun concept. Loved the upbeat music in contrast with the kind of grim storyline.
A beautiful, sad, sweet and simple game. Loved the retro graphics and the dialogue. I found it an oddly moving and emotional game!
Great interpretation of the theme, graphics, audio and fun to play. Controls are simple once you get the hang of them and I enjoyed the concept a lot. My only problem was that planting cacti and upgrading them took so much time and life force it was actually just easier to run away from the zombies than fight them. Still a great, fun entry!
Wow. Just wow. The beautiful tale of Victor, one man with endless limbs and the brilliant business sense to turn his body directly into a profit driven one man blood bank. Brilliant fun.
Absolutely adorable! The graphics are just unbelievably cute and the audio is great too. I like the simple nature of the puzzle game and worked out how to play really quickly. My only little critiques are sometimes it's hard to see what category an item should fit into (for instance a sort of oval thing with little pokey markings, is it a pickle or some sort of fruit or maybe a breadloaf?) and the game ended even after I had found all the customers items within 2 hints. Really fun and lovely game.
A very nice, simple game that has been implemented well. Nice graphics and audio, spinning the wheel felt satisfying. Great to see a multiplayer game here! My only complaint is that I had to play for ages to see what happened when you lose!
