Liked the artwork, the music was good (if a little sporadic, would have been nice to have music all through), and the gameplay was fun. My main gripe (and I did the exact same thing in my game :rolling_eyes: ) is that you can't skip to the next bit of dialogue once you've read it. Overall it's a good game, well done!
@b3agz Thanks for the feedback! We are very sorry that the game doesn't have music all the way through the game (time ran out to add them all). As for the text system, we were planning on making skippable cutscenes but once again time ran out. We'll look deeper into that matter in our future projects!

I really liked this game, it was super fun to play, the bosses were a bit too easy, when you bought extra damage. It was kinda sad that the bosses were so weak, because the game were really fun to play, and I enjoyed every second of it. The story was good, and the art and sounds are well made and really fits the theme of the game. This is a really good game, that I think, people would enjoy playing. Good job.
This is really good, I loved that it's not just a beat em up but you actually told a story (although after foolishly buying all possible upgrades before the last fight I wish I could skip the dialogue and try again).

Concept is cool, I like the story-telling in this game, but I think it needs some improvements like skipping feature or some audio there, because it's kinda lifeless in my opinion (unless you wanted to make it lifeless to suit to the story haha). Graphics and audio are good, but I think they don't suits really well to each other. I think the music should be kinda more aggresive and hellish. Althought, the shop system shows the theme really well and story isn't so trivial. Good job!
I am amazed by this the sounds and movement/combat were great I really enjoyed also nice story. Great job on making this. If you have time check out my game too :v:

the story was fine, i guess if you could have joined the boss before and kill death, would have been better, other than that, the combat and all was really well made,
just wish it was harder :D it was too easy.

Nice entry. I liked the quality of life features that many LD games lack: working menus, tutorial, feedback when we get hit, some narration to contextualise ... It feels like a real game.
The intro cinematic, in particular, is a greeeat atmosphere creator and you absolutely nailed it. Did you do the music for this cinematic in particular? It was super well done.
Oh and I liked the hero artstyle without the reaper deal so :sob: you should have kept him like that ;)

We have a very talented person doing our music. Maybe if there would have been more time we could have made different skins for player.
