It's pretty unclear what I'm supposed to do with the drooplets to make them complete the trials objectives, or how the're supposed to interact with each other. I like their little animation and the characters are well drawn.
honestly surprised by how fun this is
a pretty cool top down game. After dying, when i clicked on restart the camera showed me the place where i died, but my character wasn't there..
Great music choice, love the mood. Am I Helen Ripley getting rid of an ant infestation ?
Adorable ! "conflict reduces the production of love": YES ! resolving conflicts just like in real life (by clicking on them) is nice. Those triple A graphics are are *chef's kiss*. Great job doc
Really fun idea. Jumping felt great. Having goals would have made me willing to play a lot longer.
Capture d'écran 2024-10-08 141231.png I think there is a problem with the embed window
blast to the past! it is extremely cute
Juicy and efficient ! lasted 70s
the scrolling is really too slow for comfort. Nice parallax tho
Today I woke up and went on a killing spree with ma gang. Punched some shrooms...ain't no frogs gonna stand in ma way. It can get cumbersome navigating through my army, they had me cornered once and I had to power through the lot of them.. I expected the trees to be punchable. As all threes are. That's it for me, here I go waho waho waho waho waho waho
Very cute and pretty fun, the music gives a nice mood to it. The window size in browser doesn't fit the game, I suppose it doesn't match the game resolution. Capture d'écran 2024-10-07 195834.png
Congrats on making this game :)
Sweet little game, the squirrel animation is adorable. The idea is pretty neat. A small tutorial would help get started has the game requires a bit of thinking ahead. Good job overall
Really nice atmosphere. In my opinion the game could offer a bigger field of view as constantly having to go back to a previous plateform to redo a jump was very tedious. Other than that it's a cool game
Super cool tower defense game! It's awesome turning the enemies into defenders, great idea! It's visually stunning too. Bravo!
That has already been said but: your art is gorgeous ! The ambience is nice, but i had a hard time playing, as i can't understand what most of the buildings do, or how to interact with those.
I like the simple concept. A bit of work on the game feel could bring a lot!
I never realised I was missing this kind of games in my life. Thank you
I really liked the "splitting yourself in two" mechanic! A great idea that made me try to do tricks to grab the points and evade the incoming enemies at the same time, super neat stuff A graphic's overall could make it really eye-catching while keeping the minimalist style (which i dig)...with better colors and shapes (like snkrx)

pretty sweet game
Gorgeous pixel art. Pretty impressive that this is a multiplayer game (i was alone in the lobby). I didn't quite understand how the different traps worked.
a good looking, good and simple pinball game. the theme could have been incorporated better. It was fun to give it a spin
Ici comme sur Itch le jeu se lance directement sur les credits de fin...
Really neat graphic style ! the gun feels really juicy to use. Great job
I dig this aesthetic so much! This game has a really cool mood. However I think being that punitive quickly reduces my will to experiment and explore. It's a pretty cool idea overall
Really nice job ! The pixel art is very pretty and the sound of the game is unique. Impressive stuff
The idea of using console commands to interact with the simulation is great, also those commands are not clearly described
not a big fan of plateformers but your game is really good looking and the music beautiful. this game is a mood
The itch one works but not the one on this page: Capture d'écran 2024-10-07 202637.png
the best part of Spores ! nicely done
Funniest game from the whole jam, if only there were no jib...
Capture d'écran 2024-10-08 002711.png the web build doesn't work here...I played the game on itch, the idea has a lot of potential, I feel like the player being a swarm of insects is under-utilized. At times it just felt like throwing punches. Good job regardless, Beat'em'all is an original genre choice for this theme i think. Although now that i'm writing this it actually makes perfect sense ^^
got really surprised by how fast I was supposed to complete the mini-games. The rope tying one is pretty smart for this concept/idea
Thank you all for playing, glad you enjoyed! For those who had troubles loadind the game: I added a link to Itch.io, it's the same build... Does anyone know How it works if I want to patch the game? (first jam here)
@tan90 @matt-swieboda Thank you very much ! I uploaded a new build with a patch...hope it works!
Cool concept and cute characters!
I'm not letting you near my pets...ever

wanted to let you know the web build isn't working
I love ants <3 the game is straight to the point, navigating the maze would feel more enjoyable if the ant was faster while not carrying a load, as it would help get a new contract less cumbersome.
Very interesting art you got there, fun and quirky. While the premise of anwsering the great question of "is water wet" sounds interesting, the first fishlosopher actually told me "water is not wet, it has the property to make things wet" so i didn't really have a reason to keep searching for an answer. Still its an interesting an pretty original idea.
Extremely cute style ! the character made me think of kurzgesagt videos. The game is really neat, the only thing that bothered me was that when i started falling faster and faster the vertical scrolling became difficult for my eyes.. apart from that: congrats its a really cool game !
Really nice idea, the environment switch brings quite the depth to the plateforming. As others i found the jumps needed some more work, making it happen when the button is realesed would be way more comforrtable for the player i believe. Gob job
Awesome concept ! Its also visually very appealing, maybe it would have been nice having more clues of some sort. Had a blast overall.
I loved this one ! super interesting and i think it could even be developed further into a full game. I really dig this kind of "raw" graphics style, here it really serves the mood. the puzzle mechanic to power the elevator paired with the looting at each level makes for a compelling game loop. The game could use a bit of explaining at the begining about this puzzle thingy. Overall phenomenal entry, congrats!
by far the tightest and most polished plateformer i played during this jam, so far! its also very beautiful, i don't know what animal/creature the character is but i want a plushie of it <3 ! As someone that doesn't like plateforming gameplay i'm genuinely loving this game! even if i found the inputs a bit awkwards (maybe because i'm on azerty)
I'm stunned by how good this was ! I really had an awesome time, even with the lags. I managed to release all 40 thoughts but I didn't feel very rewarded for it, so maybe that could be improved..if my patient had started smiling to show she was feeling better that would have did the trick i believe. Amazing work nonetheless !
The art is stunning ! the game is very hard but the sound + visuals set the mood instantly. Very impressive
I really had fun with this game ! At first the character's control being so swift felt awkward but combined with the "use your corpse as a plateform" mechanic it became really fun. I also like your art, the palette you chose created a nice mood.
Super awesome game ! really interesting idea this graph based input system, I had trouble understanding how some of the nodes worked, but i had a great time, will definitely come back to it!
the link to itch io seems to lead nowhere...
i'm getting this error:
Capture d'écran 2025-04-07 222238.png
the art is original and eye catching, making for a compelling experience. A way to restart after dying would be very appreciated.
Really nice little game ! the graphics are super cute with really good retro vibes.

While i find the game aesthetic really amazing and the mood intriguing i have to say i have no idea what the cards created by combining ingredients actually are. There's such a strong esoteric vibe to game, i think making the mechanics more explicit could make for a really cool game.
Pretty awesome idea ! endless runner + chess is quite the unexpected combo and it works! With more juice (vfx) and mechanics (like rewards for eating enemies, or even allowing the enemies to move somehow) would make for a really addictive game loop. Great work
Really cool one ! Snake drilling is an awesome take on the theme, making it my favourite drilling entry yet! The snappy movement is fine but i think you could make the world scrolling smooth to make it easier on the eyes..Great job!
Well i was not expecting that ! it's actually a really interesting take on the theme.
Visually speaking i think there's really something going on here, the background picture and handdrawn julio fits together oddly well. I really like what you did with julio.
I'm not sure my answers had any impact on julio's emotions which made me feel like playing some kind of strange clicker game...
Nice job overall
