Fun entry! I haven't seen a lot of games use the idea of controlling multiple entities at once, and I think it's put to pretty good use here. The second to last level was noticeably tougher than the others but it wasn't too much of a difficulty spike, I was still able to clear it with 40 creatures in tow. Good stuff overall!
It's fun but a bit difficult to control, the creatures keep trying to fall into the lava XD
So great to see the tiny monsters jumping
Really fun game! It seemed like the strategy was to avoid breaking jars as much as possible. I'll come back for the 60 eventually :D jar life_0.png
@claudeliu you need to save 4 creatures to exit (otherwise shame prevents you from leaving)
@Meep Thanks! And 58 is a crazy score -- I'm not sure yet if 60 is actually possible without some extreme luck!
@zep Got it! It doesn't need extreme luck but needs super careful (sub-pixel dependent?) alignment of the jar on your head—the jump over the initial lava seems to heavily depend on it. :P See below:

From stacking them, you can retrieve all 4 jars without breaking them:

noooo not the lava ;-; poor things
Insanely cool and absolutely the cutest entry I've played yet. This was a blast to play
This is a lot of fun, and the art is amazing! The first few levels are a very simple yet effective tutorial, and it completely captures the "tiny creatures" them.

Great game, zep! I will have to admit that I got frustrated at times, but I guess that's also the nature of the game, that these creatures you need to save get on your nerves :') It also doesn't help that I didn't read the description, and didn't realize that I could hold X to have the creatures walk towards you. I like that you added puzzles where you need to save the bottle for later. The art is cute, the sounds effects work well, and I like the tune at the end of the game. Great job!
Very cute, very fitting the theme. Looks and plays great. But I just couldn't get past this level, I tried for 15 minutes :(firefox_IudzRGIqOJ.png
@Meep w00t! That's amazing -- and comforting to know that they can actually all make it out alive!
loved watching this progress on X!

Great game! Having to decide when and where to break the bottle adds a surprising layer of strategy. I had to retry the last level a few times, but the overall difficulty was perfect. The music and sound effect are cute, and I feel like this goes without saying, but the art is amazing °°
Jeezus these last few levels were brutal! I got a measly score of 41 but I'm glad I made it to the end at least, I got pretty close to quitting to be honest. The game is gorgeous and the levels, besides being frustratingly difficult, were clever, and the audio was great. Lovely work!
The game is really cool and I love the idea! It is also very cute 😊 It was sometime a bit frustrating since the controls are a bit chaotic, but I really enjoyed it anyway.
This going together with tiny creatures feel like wholesome experience. Too bad the controls are hard in either grouping or in hoisting. If those issues were fixed, this game could be great.
adorable game, really enjoyed playing it! well done <3
What a fun game! I love the randomized little critters in all those pretty colors! Also, the graphics are very impressive <3
Woaw, this is an excellent game! One of the best I've tried so far, congrats! I really love the concept, and it fits the theme well. The graphics are gorgeous, and the level design a very well done. The first levels are easy, but then it becomes very challenging!
This game deserves to be expanded with more levels, it'll be an instant hit on steam! :)
Wow! The game is so wonderful! Keep making games!
Nice! I love it! Strong jam game! I love the different look and behaviour of the little creatures.
I love the PICO-8 fantasy console! My games looks like a rushed mess now. :P ...and it sort if is, so that's okay. I tried to make my students do games in PICO-8 for this jam as well, but very few finished something, and even fewer handed it in. But they will continue their work after the jam anyway. :)
