It's interesting gameplay-wise once you get used to it. Also appreciate the graphic options at the start. That lava is spazzing out though.

I beat the game, didn't find a "secret". This was fun and had an impressive number of levels. Had some issues with getting stuck on walls, and it felt like the enemy hitbox sizes were a bit merciless. Well done.
Plays fine, but I got sick of waiting.
This was actually really fun. It got a bit cumbersome typing in some of the longer names, but it was still the most engrossing game of the competition I've played so far.
I couldn't run it using either the web or windows links. On web, nothing would happen. In windows, it just said "a java exception has occurred".
Crashes when I run it after about a second (the audio plays a bit). No useful error message, just "has stopped working".
Oooh, is has "Darwin" in the name.
I tried for a while but couldn't really figure out what to do on level 2. I found I could scroll the camera with S and D, but W and A did nothing.
This was pretty cool, didn't really keep me drawn in for long though. The mouse sensitivity seemed really high.
Yeah I agree with it might be too annoying in some spots, but the game's so short that hopefully it's not a huge deal.
Yeah the music got really annoying to me too, but I didn't want to waste time fixing it. I tried making the music get "sarcastically complicated and annoying" over time but it really backfired during testing...
Didn't care for the level designs, they were just "do stuff at random until you reach the egg". Also got tiring having to mash the arrow each time to move a space. Audio was nice.
Entertaining, not really much of a game though.
Some of the text that the janitor was saying I found hard to read (white on grey).
This game made me wish I had just made a windows forms game, they make me feel nostalgic. That said, I really couldn't tell what was going on, and the music made me go insane a bit.
The sniper rifle made me hate life itself.
I don't know, the payoff of the ending didn't really live up to the mood. I don't really understand what happened, honestly.
Pretty cool, camera is obviously a problem.
Nice idea for a puzzle game.
Well done
Had fun completing this.
Yeah, too slow unfortunately.
Cool idea, but the diagonal movement is a bit hard to get the hang of.
I understood it eventually. Hard to tell if it would be more interesting playing against a human/smarter computer, but I can see the idea. AI is a crazy thing to try in 48 hours though, so it's understandable.
You weren't kidding about level 9
Thanks guys, undo button is a good idea.
Yeah I actually made the game name before I had any idea what I was doing. I'm a big sucker for lame doomy-sounding names. This game could use a real name though....
Also wondering how far people are getting. I know one of my friends went on a binge and was able to gold-star the entire game.
Worked really well w/ controller
Music was weird, but neat idea.
I'm impress by the AI for some reason...they know which side to attack from.
Wound up crashing when I tried going south outside of town, but still had a impressive amount of art/scripting. JRPGs have a lot of extra work you have to put into them which makes them really crazy to do in a short time.
I find it interesting how you can just run to the right immediately and win.
It controls nicely, but it's really sort of just annoying to play once the red squares are introduced.
I closed and reopened the game about 4 times before I figured out how to actually interact with the puzzles. It wasn't very clear.
This is pretty cool. Seems like way more colors than necessary though.
Can't figure out #5
Good job. 100%ed it.
Controls way better than most platformers I've played so far.
Weird is the best way to describe this.
Wobble wobble
Seems like sometimes it gave me credit for the solution when it didn't seem like i did it correctly.
This was pretty fun, the levels you made were quite clever.
Pretty interesting, the payouts seem a bit too skewed towards extremes though. The first playthrough I didn't even come close to making a profit.
This was pretty cool, but I got into some situations where the physics would never stabilze.
i done did it
I used the "hold down rest while the item-get window is up" strat. Worked very well.
nice timesink, i would have kept going beyond 60 if it didn't end.
The attempt to shoe-horn in the theme just made it pretty annoying.
Solid, movement is a bit annoying though (getting through small hallways)
i think if you're making a puzzle game like this, you have to be careful that the hard part isn't the platforming. Like, I'll have the level "figured out", but it still takes me 5 minutes because I'll keep missing jumps.
This is extremely ridiculous, but it doesn't seem like the original setup really has any effect
