I love the high contrast graphics and smooth feel. Text based games got me into gaming as a kid so the nostalgia was pleasant. <3

The game art reminds me of 1 oz mouse, one of my fav toons :3
Ah the music is so good!
Stapler or astronaut really threw me off. I pretty much am totally insane now.
I <3 the art and colour choices.
Boxelda hehe. Really cute intro animation and the music/effects too :3
I liked the art and the theme of this, turning into gas would sure be unstable :3
I had to click this thumbnail. Really like the concept/character, it made me laugh.
I love the messed up take on the theme.
@frogman best compliment there is!
Really cute but I don't know what to press >.>
i love the art and direction of the theme, obviously :3
Haha this made me laugh every time the furniture flew everywhere.
Music was lovely. Lol @ the comment 'it is too linear for my taste'. :p
I played this for ten minutes without blinking. Loved the moody trip music and stackable rice balls.
Thanks everyone! Hope you enjoyed your pills. I added controls to the description.
@aplegatt more pills always! agree about restarting the game when you die
@johnnysix thank-you! i recommend more pills to stabilize. added screenshots :3
@mordrick thank-you for playing! I hope someone would look at the source code to see that. Gives me a little tehe. Definitely will be working on a post-jam version so I can give the people the pills they deserve.
@listonos thank-you I am happy with how smooth the platforming is, I'll have to expand on that. That is a great song to listen to while you play Pills! Loved it.
@caudatecoder thank-you so much for the review! i enjoyed the other recc's as well :3
@mordrick @niterich thank-you! more pills coming your way. i spent about 6 hours on this, wish i had more time. i am working on a post jam version that isn't so focused on killing you immediately. :3
@staticbits thank-you! haha, the fourth level is 'death'
@vladadamm you got it exactly! I thought it would be funny if the 'you died' button just did nothing when you clicked it (...at 3am the day before submissions were due). I need to practice making cute 8-bit music and sound effects - I have high standards for music so I decided NO MUSIC was better than annoying crunchy sounds. Thanks a lot!
One of my fav graphics so far.
The art and the music combo made me feel like those balls had souls.
I love being forced to dance and a nice menu screen. Well done :)
18th ludum dare with windows only? 3
i love the mood/idea and simple 3D art. they remind me of these carved angels that used to be popular in the 90's.
hehe really enjoy the take on the theme here
I enjoyed the graphics and colour choices and melting myself in lava. good job!
yay i love games like this. writing-heavy and MSDOS-y graphics.
super cute animal silhouettes :) not my fav control layout but that's easy to add to
I thought the title was a drug reference, which went nicely with the slightly self deprecating description. I consider this a unique interactive game, it'd be cool to take that concept further
hehe the 3D art is funny and cute. i like being a giant goose/duck. i had fun playing this. :3
damn i love the music, art and game. i like that you made an easy mode and hard mode so its accessible for everyone. best game i've played so far - ever.
this game feels like home (Canada). bleak and yet comfy
@iguanana thanks for playing! grandma knows what's up. @oadt yeah, dying means you won. good job :3 thanks for playing. sorry about the ear pain
@ani oh shit. i originally had a much smaller level and forgot to add that back. thanks for playing :3
@a-chill-lemur that is exactly what i was going for! ty!
i love the take on the theme. cute cohesive graphics.
i love the little running dog so much! music was good too. i like reading a lot in games so i enjoyed the dialogue but i think there might be a little bug with it
really warm and fuzzy 3D art. this game is ON. FIRE.
damn this game is fun and the concept is hilarious.
pretty fun game :) just needs a little movement tweak. good job
