Lone Racer by robot_guy
Nice starting idea. Controls were very difficult, especially when off the track, but maybe that was the idea.
Line 427 should be:
pyglet.gl.glRotatef(-angle, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0)

I know that you can't include the night cruising music in the grading, but with it this was a 6! Felt like I was really driving down the highway. Lots of fun.
This was a surprisingly tough game. Reminded me of playing Parsec on my old TI99 going through the refueling tunnels. I never made it past the first level (of course I tried to go insanely fast too ;-).
Nice frogger clone..
Very impressive technically. Very hard to control the chopper though and there didn't seem to be much gameplay.
Game play a little slow, but very nice 3D map and model. Seemed to be very polished for what you got done.
great game... felt like I could have been playing in the arcade.
Looks like it had potential. Nice opening screen and sounds.
Excellent game. Probably one of the most fun (I like puzzle games a lot too).
Couldn't resist playing Jesus. :-) Very nice graphics, very polished. The controls/movement was somewhat awkward and it took some time to master not getting run over.
Nice graphics. It was fun running over people. Some extra variety would be good after a little while. Didn't make it to the end though.
After reading the comments I thought I was prepared for something amazing and still I was blown away. That was a sweet game. I still can't believe it.
Good game. Simple controls but fun to try to eat people. Scoring system tough, I had trouble staying out of negative.
Very neat use of the mouse for capturing the buffalo. It would be nice if the buffalo were more intelligent, but as is it was very fun!
best intro yet for me. Couldn't get into the game though, just crashed a lot. Couldn't figure out where to deliver the pizza.
This was one of the more enjoyable games I've played in the comp. Simple graphics but great AI and enjoyed building up the army and watching them do battle. Kinda like a c robots battle.
Neat game. Frustrating that the only time you can catch the robber is when you t-bone them. Which meant I lost 9 times out of 10.
The zombie crushing effect was so cool... alot better than mine :-) Nice audio too. It was fun until I would run into a building and then take so long to backup that a zombie would kill me. With some upgrades to the controls this would be a great game.
second what demonpants said.. seemed to be the only thing missing was more activity near/on roads. Nice layout, original game.
I really enjoyed driving around and making roads, even made one deep into the ocean! Would have been a great final game. Good polka like music too.
A little too hard, but cool concept and graphics. I kept on dying when trying to beat the time, and then when I went slow I wasn't fast enough... frustrating.
Overall, a great game!! I was really spooked the first time the ghosts came out. Like how polished the game was. Would have liked to have had more variety in actions, but what can you say for 48 hrs. Also I noticed you could cheat and move your character real quick to the end point sometimes.
It was fun playing. Bad things were when you died you had to start over and there was no way to click through the stuff you already saw. Also, some text would disappear before you could read it. Overall, cool game and you had music too!
Reminds be of old starfox games. Impressive graphics, felt like I was playing a commercial game. Amazing! Agree with eric.. on negatives
The effects from killing the monsters was a nice touch and liked the overall design. The hardest part for me was the controls. It seemed like moving around didn't really offer much... main thing was to fire and fire often and not miss. Still had fun even though I died a lot.
LD15 — Caverns (13)
Ninja Spelunker by ExciteMike
Too easy (after I figured out I should dodge the boulders).
Could use some gravity so you have to plan ahead instead of just pointing where the player should move to.
Cave without Story by Noyb
Although I don't think shmups and random levels match too well, this one is actually quite fun.
Is that a sample from Silkworm (the explosion)?
Cavern Copter by badlydrawnrod
.. 'nuff said about the controls...
It would be nice to have a shadow of the rotor on the ground, too, so you can better estimate the distance to the wall.
And some hints to the whereabouts of the scientists.
Cavern Relics by flashkick
the relic disburdens you from the moonwalk power...
nice style on the character, why not the same on the tiles (more contrasty)?
Caves And Bombs by erik
Simple concept, nicely executed.
Should have more puzzle-style levels like then one with the dozen canisters, and less chore as in the level after that.
Yeah, it's hard to come with good levels when time runs out, what about a new map pack?
The Killbots of Cavern Station by Gilvado
Pretty hairy on lvl 5, but still fair.
This is what LD is about in my book. Gameplay first, who cares if the playfield only consists of rectangles. AI is good enough to try different tactics, upgrading and the tank add a lot to the replay value. Definitely one of my favourites so far.
Xue by angrywaffle
I confused the red triangle with a youtube-style play button and kept on clicking it.. :))
Nice graphics-wise, but where are the innovations in gameplay?
Cave Miner by Wiering
It's a pity this is nothing more than a tech-demo - controls feel solid though.
mjau's entry (unfinished) by mjau
I wish you had invested more time in game mechanics, crappy graphics can be fun, but not a shiny UI w/o gameplay.
Sprite and BGM _are_ nice though.
Kung-Fu Kaverns by frosty
Great effort for only 6h, fun mini-game with coherent style
FallingTown by TFernando
It was not immediately clear to me how I could strategically place my houses and when to place support pieces. Also the counting of points does not add anything to the game.
With maybe only three stress levels, shown in the same view this could be a great strategy game. It's a cool concept with lots of potential.
Tentacle by owendeery
Not too difficult to reach the end. I didn't notice the bats having any influence on the tentacle.
Crashed 2 times under XP.
Cave Fishter by DrPetter
Reminded me of the mini-game in Uridium2.
Lost motivation early on - This is actually hard work. With more bonuses, weapons, enemies, what have you, it could be entertaining. Oh, and append some zeros to the score ;)
