That's awesome! Had some struggles fighting the bigger enemies like spiders at first, but eventually figured it out. Well done my guy, I had fun playing it!

Woah really cool vibes, I like it. Took some time to get into, but I really enjoyed it once I understood the controls. Nice stuff man.
5/5 my man, lovely game!
* Graphics are adorable, love it! * Gameplay is very fun and unique. * You've somehow made the controls and gameplay very dynamic, even though the game is very still standing. * The only thing bothering me slightly is the layer ordering, sometimes the gems go behind trees, etc
Good job!
I never thought I would enjoy a game about words so much, good job! The only complaint is the font for the characters, it's kinda hard to see exactly what letter it is sometimes. But solid stuff!
Interesting game. It's a bit hard to get started, since you jump right into it with no idea what to do. Had a lot of fun after I understood how to play, and it was surprisingly fun for such a simple project! Good job.
Fun game man! I really liked the jumping mechanic, flying into a horde of people and eating them all was very fun! I really enjoyed this one,w as very fun!
Cool game Asbjørn! The concept is really fun and unique, I really like how you approached it!
Once you get the map, things get crazy! :D
Good job man, too bad with the backstory haha! This really brought back some good memories from the old flash days, where these games were the hottest on the market!
Oh my this is awesome! Similar to my take, in that it's both bullet hell, and you trade hp for upgrades at the start. This is very cool tho, and I love the graphics. Good job my guy!
Woah this is a really fun game! The graphics, audio and gameplay really checks out, good job!
I don't know why I love this art style so much, it really just fits the arcade feel of the game! Good job on that. The controls feel slightly wonky, but other than that it's great! (It's probably jsut the web player since it's so slow.)
Good job my guy, the only complaint I have is the death sound, it messed up my ears :D
This is so well done, amazing how hou managed to put it together in 48 hours!
I love the graphics, feels very solid!
This was so much fun! Graphics, music and theme all goes together really well, and there was something super satisfying about headbuttnig enemies! :D 5/5 my dude, good job!
Cool, the graphics are very well done for such a short amount of time! The gameplay is also very fun, I like the mechanics. Got hard very quickly, but that was just fun! Good job on making such responsive mechanics man!
Very hard, but cool and unique concept! I really liked how you could tell how old someone was by the color of their hair!
Very funny game!
The sound effects and everything else is oddly comical. Good job!
The text in the intro was kinda hard to track though, since it jumps all over the place
Fun game! Had a lot of fun practicing my aim haha!
* Graphics are very cool and stylish, but the font is... oof * I like how you've made it increasingly difficult, pretty gun! * Very fun game, good job to you!
What a beautiful game! Very well done sir, I love the vibes!
Woah this is one of the better arcade games I've tried so far in LD44! Very fun, I love the target rings when you wake up the foxes, very well done!
The graphics and music is amazing too, I love it!
Very cool! A bit confusing at first, but got into it quickly! Nice music :)
Cool entry man, I like what you've done with this. Took some time before I got into it, but was very fun once I got it :D
Aye that's cool, I like how you can lower the difficulty haha! Main character looks great, good job!
Awesome audio, but I only get a black screen, cant seem to play it?
"You are a penny." Nice haha, very odd game, but I enjoyed it! The graphics were a bit tame though, but otherwise it was cool!
Very fun, and surprisingly hard! I love the art and animations too, crazy how you did that in such a short amount of time.
5 / 5 on everything man! This was a lot of fun, and very different from the other games I've tried! Really enjoyed it, especially the music. Fits the style very well. What did you use to make the music?
Pretty fun! The final level was crazy, I just made like 100 tanks :D
This is great haha! Enjoyed this one man, it's oddly satisfying to play!
The graphics could do with a bit of work, but I also lowkey really like the style. Good job!
That's very cool, never knew I liked these sorts of games!
Link didn't work for me :/
* Very fun, the controls are oddly satifying * Pretty high difficulty, way too hard for me (but i probably just suck :D) * Overall good game!
* Controls are clean! Feels good to play, and with a bit of tweaking you could probably make it even better! * As someone else mentioned, the graphics could do with some more work * Overall I had a lot of fun, good job!
Cool, I think you did well for your first compo! The game is fun and interesting to play, and I'm sure you learnt a lot from this experience! The graphics are quite simple, but I think it works very well for the simple style of the game. Good job!
Woah this is so cool!
* I love the graphics, very arcade-ish! * Controls are smooth and responsive, feels very good to play! * Overall just a well done game! Good job!
Very simple, but I always love me some good old dungeon games! Nicely done. The movement speed is a bit slow and floaty though, would be nice if it was a tad more responsive.
Good job!
Fun little game! As someone else mentioned, the graphics and soundFX dont quite get on board with me, but other than that this is really well done! Good job sir
Cool mechanics, I just felt like the controls were a bit sloppy. Otherwise it was a great little game, good job!
Nice, the music is great haha! The mermaids were a bit terrifying tho :o
Cool, I like the diversity! Very interesting take on the theme. I enjoyed this one!
Cool take on the theme my guy! Had some fun with this one.
I didn't quite figure out how to kill enemies though, the attacking seemed a bit weird. If you held mouse one you would do the attack, but if you click, then it skips the animation. Other than that I enjoyed it!
Awesome game man, very fun to play! It's oddly similar to mine in the sense that we both have shooting squares haha :D Good job!
Very fun game, the sound effects were hilarious! I love homemade games haha :D Good job man, I enjoyed this one!
Nice! The only thing I struggled with was the shop, I couldn't seem to close it. Other than that it was a fun!
Cool entry, had fun with it. I'd like to see some sound effects though, but other than that it was great! Good job.
Cool my guy, mechanics are smooth. It's hella hard tho :D
Cool game, enjoyed it man!
The controls and overall gameplay was a bit confusing at first, but other than that I had a lot of fun with it :)
@xdude Heyo, didn't see this comment until now, sorry.
1. I might be in the wrong here, but this comment is pretty misleading. For starters, the rules clesrly state you need to upload source code, not project files. So no rules broken there as far as I understand.
2. When I first uploaded the source code, I did so via Google drive, I can send you the link which shows the date if you don't believe me. I just decided to put it on github later, as it's more accessible for people. I don't think there' a rule against that.
3. I did change the dash controls to make it more intuitive and easier to play. If changing one line of code to make the game more suitable for people is against the rules, I don't really have a problem with being disqualified. In my opinion that's worth it, as it made the game much more emjoyable.
And yes, I didn't rate any games. I don't quite like the Ludum Dare page layout, so I play and find most of the Ludum Dare games on Itch.
Ludum Dare is just meant to be a fun event, if I broke any rules, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. But at least I had fun during the event, and that's really what matters to me.
