This was a cool entry. Im always excited to see what people make in gamemaker (due to the fact that i am a unity guy myself) however, for you first attempt on making a game of your own great job. There are a couple small bugs such as falling off the map and enemies instantly killing you but, with enough practice you can develop this games and all your future ones into something great!

I really like this type of game and used to play and make tons of them when i was little. I think your mechanics of the game work great with the theme and love the graphics even though they are simple. Overall great game! Thanks for rating our game as well!
This game is so cool! I love the graphics and characters of this game especially the different personalities each one has. The gameplay is rather difficult though and is hard to hit enemies but, the music is great which really sets the tone. I am a sucker for any game with a story so top remarks from me! Great JOB!

Hey Great Game! I really like the mechanics of the game and the art reminds me of many old games and animations i used to make and play. The music was really good and it went pretty well with the theme. Overall GREAT GAME!

Great Game! I see how you tried approaching the two different themes and think that if you decide to further continue developing the game, maybe trading out the system of buying cards for one where the enemies drop cards. each of your different enemy types can drop better or higher rarity cards. The mechanics of the game work well with each other. I especially like how when you take damage it reduces the amount of cards you can hold. It is probably just personal but, i feel like the amount of screen shake could be reduced quite a bit. Overall though great game, with some small tweaks you have a lot of potential!

Cool concept! I've worked with this type of coding before, maybe if you attempt this type of project again you should allow the player to make choices affecting the story. However, the story is very nice and poetic. Overall great Job!

This game is amazing. Your gameplay is solid other than a couple UI bugs that are probably easily fixed, the music of the game is phenomenal, and it goes completely well with the theme. Great Game you should be very proud!

The sound Fx are random and probably my favorite part. Your concept and how it relates to the theme is cool. A little more instruction would be nice in the beginning. However, for what seems to be your second entry its very well done great job!

This is a great game for your first entry. There were just a couple things that were annoying such as not being able to figure out how to shoot slime and the level design on your second level. On platformers like this, the player should not be immediately hit by an enemy give the player time to learn the level. I also found myself getting stuck in the columns because my size was too big. Then being able to glitch my way to the top even though I was falling. However, I really like the graphics and mechanics behind the game and feel like with enough polish and time you could really get somewhere with this. Great entry.

I really like this concept and the mechanics of this game. However, I found the controls difficult at times. The current state the game is in now is a great start and has a lot of potentials. Maybe changing the controls from the arrow keys to the ship following the mouse or at least making the ship a lot less sensitive. Overall this game is great for your first entry well done!

Cool art style and mechanics. I feel like if the collisions were better the player would be able to stand a better chance. they player also should be able to move while lock picking. overall this game has great potential and with enough polish could become something great. Great Job!

I like the concept of this game. All the graphics work well with each other. It was a little hard to see when the bobber was underwater/yellow. Maybe some sort of feedback like sound or an effect. Great job!

This game's visuals are very good and the movement and controls flow very well. I was a bit confused on the purpose of shooting the enemies if they are going to turn into a wall anyway. But, i kept going and found the game getting progressively more challenging. Especially when getting one hit KO when the massive block spawns. This makes using the teleport function very useful. Your instruction screen is also very basic and conveys all the controls to the player perfectly. Overall Great Job! :)

This is probably my favorite game from others in this game jam that i have played. I used to play a lot of these types of indie games when i was younger. This game really hit the spot for me. I found it very difficult at first due to the lack of instructions. However, once i realized how the mechanics worked, meaning switching weapons, shooting the different barrels to get water to wash away the green goo, shooting the different crates to get more ammo, etc, the game became very fun and addicting. I love the little alien like dudes that come out and attack you they are very cute. I wish there was just more to do in the game like upgrades or better weapons. A nice main menu would do the game well. The little starting animation is cool also and could still be played. Id be cool if the boxes that resupply you had a bit less health or you could kick them open cause i would waste all my ammo shooting one box and almost run out. Maybe putting a small reload time in could help also. Staging each level or giving the player more time in between so the player can clear some of the goo would make the game pace a bit smoother. My high score at the end was around 250 sec. Really great Job! :)

This game is very cool. It is fast paced and its animations are simple, but give the player a visual response to their inputs. It also goes very well with the theme. While i really like the concept of the game, i found it very obsolete to even move around when i could just stand by a flower spamming all the arrow keys and not die. However, i Think this game has a lot of potential and can be improved into something great in the future if you decide to keep developing it. Overall, Great Job on your entry!

I appreciate how the game is made to look like its mimicking amazon. The graphics are really crisp and well implemented as well as the controls. I Encourage you to include more instructions in the game next time because it took me a while to figure out where and how to pick up the boxes. I also had a lot of trouble seeing the numbers on the boxes while playing. However, the entire game feels and looks great. Overall Great Job!

This game was very cool, like other people the graphics for this game were great highest grade for me. I just felt very lost even after reading the instructions multiple times. I feel like this game has so much potential but its just very hard to understand. Maybe try an interactive tutorial next time so people can learn how to play. Overall though this game was very cool!

This Game is Amazing! I love the graphics and visual effects like the clouds. The music also add a great ambient touch to the entire game and makes it flow really well. I would recommend that you add some form of instructions because i found it a bit confusing, i just walked around till what i thought was the end of the game. However, this game looks and feels amazing. I could totally seeing this visual type of game being expanded into a very large exploration, puzzle, story game. Overall great Job!
