Neat game, smooth gameplay
I'm honestly envious of how much mileage you get from such simple looking art. The animations were fantastic
This looks gorgeous, and even if the game parts were a bit confusing and simple the presentation takes all the points for me
Hmm on my system I had some serious performance issues, this was particularly anoying for the last part were you have an archer inmediately after a swordman and the game would just not take the input to jump quickly enough. otherwise this was actually a good game, took me a long while to realize the icons were meant to be controller inputs, the art was super nice
Great voice over! also this kind of management game is exactly the kind of game I like. very well excecuted
@lyon Yes! the Idea is that it starts SUPER easy because all the cards are overpowered, but as they run out of power it gets increasingly impossible
@sgt3v There is actually no error, just ran out of time to make a game over screen hahaha! sorry about that! (it does print a "Game Over" on the log thou :P)
@tastymascarpwne
> don’t quite understand the connection to the theme but it’s a nice concept.
The idea is that all the cards run out of power as you play them until they become mostly useless and you loose
@gilborn Glad you liked it!
Couldn't make my keyboard inputs do anything, the music was GREAT though
That was a whole lot of something, what did tools did you use to make this?
Really great name, the only nitpick I have is that I wouldn't have showed the percentages that you are going to loose, seems like a pointless bit of information, but that's just my opinion, also the conceit that it is the warrior telling his story afterwards 10/10 great idea
Hi I really liked this one! really neat graphics, especially the UI elements which look sick
Great graphics, also, looooove the fact that enemies can steal the energy drops, keeps up the sense of urgency

Super cool idea, feels almost like a rythm game, super fun, also the idea that the whole game is powering down is great
This was one the best submissions I have seen so far, the presentation of the new character after each generation is just genious, also the fact that you have many different portraits to itterate different people was a super nice touch.
The puzzle itself was what made it for me, very clever nd challenging but easy to grasp (at least after you die once and get the "tips")
Ammo is really scarce so I just mostly tried to skip all the plants that could be skipped, also I was not super sure what the relation with the Theme was?
Always nice to see puzzle games, this one is particularly entretaining, with just the right level of challenge to keep it engaging
I'm not really used to hard plataforming, so this was painfully hard, but very fun.
Also I would LOOOOOOVE if either the level restarted automatically after you died, or you could restart it with a keyboard key, having to grab the mouse to click after every death was the only thing i didn't like about this.
cheers
I really like the grainy effect on the screen when running out of energy. Im really bad at these physics driving games, so this was like super hard for me, but it was very fun anyways
This looks super professional, the sounds were so good that I cannot but complain about the one bit I did not like: the bit used when displaying texts was very jarring when contrasted with the excellent music. Also are you aware of the digital card game Solforge? just curious, loved your game!
Maybe color consoles/doors diferent colors so it is easier to tell which console opens which door?
reaaaally nice crafting/building system, also gotta love those meme names
This is probably the most intriguing game I have seen so far, as a piece tech this looks super impressive and I will be delving into your source code, I'm not really sold on the game but yeah the room for improvement here is great
I found Lvl 2 MUCH harder than the others, the topmost bit was devilishly hard to find, especially since you can't see it when the level starts. Great submission!, the dash feels a bit jittery maybe, but the game is very fun,
I really like these one key controls, but some of the physics were not vere intuitive, for example when you hit a wall you are stopped but when you jump over your previous speed is almost automatically restored. Very good overall, also I think the music really fitted the art
Alnmost forgot: it is the nitpickiest of nitpicks but could you please next time call your file as the name of your game hahahahahah, i have been downloading a lot to play and my folder is already filled with ld39.exe
This is a game well made, my only nitpick is that sometimes you click on a space to put a power generator and nothing happens (altough it looks like it should fit)
yes, webGL error, win version works fine thou, if you want a quick and dirty way to procedurally generate the pipes game you might be interested in looking up tsuro tiles: you can place them randomly to make a 6x6 grid that always has a solution for any given start/finish if you allow to rotate the individual tiles
When the first person appeared on the window(and casted a shadow on the wall) I almost jumped from the scare, also some of the questions made me laugh, did you take them from a database or did you just come up with a bunch of them?
Very polished game! I love your take on the theme, also the way you marked sections as small squares within the same screen instead of new screens was very clever
Gotta love those cheat keys, but seriously, this was surprisingly challenging and fun to play
The art was super nice, and I did like the over the top death animation. Is there no fail state? I just left it open for a couple of minutes without pressing any keys and it just kept going
Great art/music. reminds me of those old school side scrollers like TNMT (the good one)
The web version ran at like 1fps for me, I downloaded the windows version and it ran just fine. really neat game, very satisfying to just crash into things and watch them explode into pieces. there's some things happening when you manage to "jump" by using fallen cubes as ramps
