pd. nos ha costado resolverlo mazo rato entre 6 personas.
10/10 por obligarnos a leer la biblia
Wow, nice atmosphere. In my opinion, maybe tower defense was not the best way. Really love that concept. GG.
wow, that looks great. I love the windows as landmarks. Good job.
Best game of 1st day!! fantastic IA. GG
@maxim218 imagine they were muslims!
@bootygangdisciple you've understood, which is no small thing. Thanks for playing.
@jake-marks thaanks guys, it was very enjoyable experience. You're lawful people.
@almighty-games You didn't play two minutes, your christian upbringing didn't allow it. Go clap an Oscar's speech.
@adamcyounis Due to of the short time we have, I tried to focus the gameplay on making it as fun as possible. I hope I've come close. Thx for feedback!

btw, thanks for the idea. I'm gonna save it for the Afghanistan GameJam!
Really love the idea, but I missed effects to understand what was happening. gg overall.
Nice idea, hard to play. God job!
Nice atmosphere!! Great game! but... I missed checkpoints...
Fantastic, I love that game. I had to play several times. The game make you to let it grow. I don't really care about the score. I miss a color palette as comfortable as the game. GG guys.
Really satifying game. Love the use of the physics at the beggining. Simple but funny overall. GG
I really want to play that game... but only for macOS????!
Really fun! it looks very simple but is really confortable to play it. GG
WTF!
Now John is my best friend
Whaaaaaaaat a good game
nice game, which engine?
Nice game guys
Good game, title mate!
hahahaahhahahaa soviet anthem. congrats!!!!
Wow, congrats. Nice game
hahaha funny. Is not a submarine!!
WTFFF Amazing game guys
At first I thought that the fall mechanic was the whole game, but I was surprised to see that there was more behind it.
The narrative is very good for the short time that the game lasts. You get to express in two frames what you want to tell. Congratulations.
I think you would be good at designing games like "Kids" or "Plug and Play".
@kro thanks for the feedback. We implemented click for faster text!
@local-minimum ty for feedback. We found it useful and we'll try to fix it
the art =D. good game
original idea mate!
Well, the game is like a wallpaper. The mood is very good, also the concept. My problem is with the level design. The jump mechanic is really bad. Despite this, good game overall.
@geckoo1337 Maybe the jump mechanic would be better if you implement a "falling delay" time. You know, this time the game allows you to perform a jump even if the raycast is not touching the floor.
The main mechanic of this game reminds me a lot about "The Unfinished Swan" :)
I did not smoke enough. Very good art, very good gameplay. 420 4ever
Very good game, I really enjoyed.
Wow, very good concept. I like how simple it is and how well it fits the theme. Good music, good art. I'm saving it to vote for as soon as voting opens!
Love this art style
WTF what a game! Best of this LD in terms of gamefeel. Very nice work!
Good game! Wind in the Sails is simple, fun, very well implemented, it's a short game and adapts to the theme. The art and animations are very nice, catch your attention and make you want to keep playing. Definitely one of the games to consider in this edition of Ludum Dare.
I think the design of this game allows to make a bigger and more fun game. If, for example, instead of just one mission there were more, and at the end of each mission the inventory would change (in size or shape). It would give an extra dimension to the game in terms of design complexity and learning curve.
Very good game, I'll keep it for when the JAM voting opens!
*ESC = Application.Quit() made me cry.
@wonkanese Thank's a lot! The difficulty curve is based on the map and also on getting familiar with the controls! I hope you enjoyed it.
@voidred I know, the main idea was to do something different with that die. But I thought this was more fun
@stronf dude, have you passed the three levels of the game??
I am delighted that most of you enjoyed the game. Both @kinami and @mcbombadev agreed on the feedback recommending me to reset the counter when hitting the ground. It's a mechanic I had already implemented but I thought it made the game much easier. On the other hand I agree that a lot of times players try to re-roll by giving little hits... and I don't like that part of the gameplay. So I think you are right. I'm going look into that mechanic some more. Thank you!
@kinami , I'll also do a couple of tests by changing the direction of the force. Thanks for the feedback!
On the other hand, @jk5000 , I really encourage you to try it again. I know it's not an easy game to control but the difficulty in its controls is completely intentional. I've tried to focus on increasing the feeling of satisfaction as much as possible by gradually becoming better at the controls. Anyway, thanks for playing!
@jacinto-mba Well, the truth is that I was able to play from my mobile through HTML5… I liked it so much that I’m going to port it to Android and IOS these days! I’m completely addicted hahaha
Thanks for playing dude!
@aweskybear You are absolutely right, but I have always tried to be loyal to the core idea of the game: to make the player feel more comfortable with the controls gradually. I understand that the more anxious people (myself included) are going to quit the game before they can fully learn the controls. However, as long as a certain percentage of the players play the game as I have designed it, I'm satisfied.
Thank you very much for playing and for taking the time to write a comment, your feedback is very useful for me :)
@ilunailuna Regarding point D, many have already mentioned it to me. I think you are absolutely right. Thank you for bringing it up. Point C feels like giving too much help to the players, I want to keep the game casual but close to hardcore. Thanks for the feedback!
@moonlightbomber Well, there is some more difference hahaha. The sense of satisfaction of getting to a place apparently unreachable is what I like the most about Getting Over It and I've tried to replicate it. The mechanics, levels and physics are completely different.
Thank you for playing :)
@notnasiul If you keep hitting the die you will realise that the closer you hit it the harder it will go. You can also hit it in the air! I know the learning curve is slow but if you give it a chance you will find it satisfying! Thanks for playing, I encourage you to keep trying. I know it's not a game to spend 3 minutes playing.
@notnasiul Exactly, my idea is to make the game difficult so that the player feels that his achievements are more satisfying than in other easier games. Thank you for giving it another chance mate!
@aweskybear Wow, you are amazing. This feedback is fucking gold to me. Right now I'm just keeping up with the development of the game. I've tried several improvements, among them, every time the die drops it goes back to number 6 and it feels MUCH better. I agree that the game has a very hard first contact. Being a Jam I didn't have time to do a proper tutorial :( I know that many players don't reach the first minute of play and that's a problem. Also, the game feels great on mobile. I've tried it and it's even more addictive. I just want to say thank you very much for your feedback and as soon as I have a major update of the game I'll let you know!
PS: I beat it in 180 hits hehe.
@constance Thank you very much for playing and for your comment. I'm really glad you liked it :)
Thanks to the feedback I receive from players like you I'm fixing a lot of issues in the game and adding a lot of improvements. I hope to upload an update soon on this page as a sign of gratefulness. Cheers!
I can't skip the tutorial window :(
Nice idea. Fits quite good with the theme
An incredible game. The idea is good, and the setting is nice and the game design is very good. The progression is perfect. Very good game.
