Cool concept, I think this could be a full fledged game with the addition of more humor, as I feel it's a bit too serious at the moment. I like to image this type of game in the style of Papers Please, could be a really fun experience. Good Job
Well done for a UI-focused game, I wish the manual can be a bit more clear, I was literally clicking randomly because I have no idea what to do XD

It's fun and sleek. A nice one for a jam with a potential for a full fledged game=)
Fun game and interesting idea! Reminded me of the game "Orwell".
Nice game, I liked the idea of it and it was fun to play.

The idea is great! And I love the neat minimal UI art.

Nice idea, it's a bit hard to figure out what to do, and a bit long and repetitive. Nice concept, and seems well polished. The background sounds of a busy office was a great touch!

It would have been more interesting if I understood the content well.
Was excited to try this one out. The guide is helpful and the theme is nice. We must admit we felt pretty guilty doing this stuff tho haha. The colors and sounds are nice. Something to consider could be adding "office" background noise to really add to that "call centre employee" vibe :D
It could be good to add a bit more feedback on some of the actions to help keep track of when something is done and what's going on.

Is this game a requirement for banking employees?

I am not into text oriented games but this one was actual interesting to play. :)
@valeth2124 @saathvik @gamefive Thanks for playing! I didn't have a lot of time left so I rushed a little when writing the manual, I agree it could have been better. Some things, however, I intentionally wanted to not explicitly mention because I think it's more fun for the players to try and figure out for themselves (but maybe it wasn't haha). Thanks for the feedback!
@cakts @lossypi @thegamerasd @brielley @dzefris @cataractar Thanks for playing all! I really appreciate it.
@anaxie-studio Thanks for playing, it really means a lot! You're right about the feedback on actions, it's just one of the many things that I didn't get the time to implement.
@xpycm Haha I hope not! Thanks for playing!

Interesting game. It was fun to navigate in the UI without much instructions and experiment with everything. The UI is so clean and responsive that it was really satisfying. One thing that was a little bothering was the speed of the text. Other than that, great game !

Wow I have to say I'm really impressed with this! It's a really nice cohesive package that was nicely put together all around! It would be fun if the customers were randomly generated and you had to pick up on queues in the chat! Well done on the game.

I think the manual was a touch overwhelming at first, but I was able to meet all the goals! It was fun and a very complete experience. I also liked the way the everything way laid out!
@havok06 You're right about the text, I was going to add an option to show all text at once when you click but couldn't add it in the end. Thanks for playing and the feedback!
@zoarfy That's actually a great idea! Thanks for playing, I really appreciate it.
@kinart Thanks for playing and commenting! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
A very original game, it has blown my mind, and it terrifies me at the same time, because I think everything that happens with banks and debts is quite real. Excellently done.
Nice UI! As a menu/text driven game, it's nice to see attention paid to the color palette and layout.
I do think the premise bordered on funny, especially with the puns and fake company names, but the actual situations you dealt with were kinda depressing. A bit more over-the-top depressing might have actually pushed this over the edge into a really funny game.
Good work!

Idea is very good! Unfortunately, I don't always know what to do, and I choose actions at random. I remember something by repeating the whole game from the beginning. I want the text to be printed a little faster and there is an option to quickly scroll through the replicas. You can add a link to the manual in the client interface so that you can access it faster. Very nice minimalistic graphics. I like the sound and the fundamental decision to make the game without music. You can make the noises on the location more interesting, so that there is development, more plausibility and less conventionality.
Well done take on "deeper and deeper" into debt.
Good visual layout. Feels like bank colors.
I wish the text was faster, or just instant, it kind of drags on, especially when reading the repetitive dialog.
Trying to read accounts and guess which cards people would take was a neat puzzle feature.
Good job!
I love how simple your game seems to be. I'm sure there is a lot of planning behind every dialogs and every informations put in the game. Good job
@javicoder @verygenuinecraze Thanks! I really appreciate you taking the time to play my game.
@andrewkennedy You're spot on about the humor, my plan was to have a comically evil bank make everyone over-the-top miserable. I'll think about how I can push it further. Thanks for playing!
@shumarie @ismael-rodriguez Thanks for playing and the feedback! Fixing the text speed is on the top of my list.
@shumarie That's a good idea about making the manual accessible on the client pages. My intention was that players would only need to read one section of the manual at a time based on the target they were trying to achieve so they won't have to remember everything at once.

wow, nice idea!
I really like this, and it's a really awesome take on the theme, but I think I got stuck? Everyone already has a card, one person doesn't have one but doesn't give me a chance to get them one, the only transactions I was able to reorder are reordered, and I don't see a way to increase fees, credit limits, or anything. Also, it'd be really nice to be able to speed up the text of the calls, it's a little slow and annoying to wait for it to appear. Holding a button to make it faster or even pressing a button to skip it entirely would be nice. Other than those things, I really like it. The colors are really nice and soothing, you chose a great font (which is important for a game like this lol), and it's overall just really slick. If the manual was a little more intuitive and maybe you got more things to do piling up as you play, this would be a really cool game that I'd probably pay money for! Provided there's enough content of course, lol. Gj!
@danyvk Thanks so much!
@crispybun There's an option to increase rates, fee and limit below the credit card statement. You need to click the card icon at the bottom (the second circle in the right section of the client info page) to view the credit card statement. Thanks for playing and the feedback, it really means a lot!
Wow, a little to close to home! j/k. This was fun, would have been nice if I could fast-forward through the conversations (by perhaps pressing space). Overall, very innovative.
@gordy-keene Thanks for playing and the feedback!

Great game. Super innovative and well designed. Good dark sense of humor.
@joe40001 Thanks! It really means a lot!
Hmm. Good sense of humor, it felt like it could be the basis of a clicker game with some more automation - grow your bank's profit and rise up the ranks with new goals.
