Very nice looking game. a little hard to know what you need to do in order to do the tasks
Quite a fun game with an intresting gameloop. I found that the soul essance upgrades were really good and almost necessary to progress. a few of the weapons didnt function very well such as the multishot which dealt very low damage for the cost. Sometimes the game wouldnt let me cast even though I had ample life essance left maybe there was a failsafe to not kill yourself but it should have been indicated in the UI if that was the case. The music fit your weird church theme very well. 9/10 would play for few hours if it had more enemy variety.
I like the hades-esque gameplay with inspirations from diablo maybe. I can see that a lot of work went into this. onlin eleaderboards is a plus. Somehting to work on: sword sometimes goes inside the wall and it cant be commanded from there so i would maybe work on its ai or something. Overall one of the best games i have played in this jam.
score was: 8349 great graphics and snappy gameplay .I always love when developers add a good options menu. critique: game got fast too quick and it was hard to see forward. I didn't really see a connection with the theme of the jam either.
I liked the candle light being your healthbar mechanic of the game which was very unique. audio was wayyy too loud at some points. Combat was really easy and enemies could be hit through walls. end boss was way too easy also. athmosphere and mood were both phenomenal tho.
Really fun game, encountered a bug where i went too fast and got stuck in the wall :0. i can see that a lot of care and love went into this thumbs up for sure.
I like the simple graphical design of the game, however game had a few bugs and fighting was kinda awkward. Maybe the ghoul coud grow visually too.
Really good work, wouldnt mind playing this for a few hours. A game of this scale however i wouldnt even try with the webgl.
I love the animation death does when looking at you and board. I couldnt finish the last? stage where it is a big board but i guess that is the point lol :D. As a huge fan of chess i really liked this puzzle game as it served my nieche very well. This game has suprisingly many levels for a ludum dare project and i commend you guys for that. audio fit the game perfectly and starting cutscene was good.
Suggestions: -Maybe add some sort off saving system so that you can continue where you left off. -Maybe add better tutorial what the enemy pieces were meant to do as i just kinda ignored them and it worked out well for me, but left me kinda confused.
Really confusing... didnt really know what to kill and you cant even die which is weird. I get the element of delaying with the pursuer, but it didnt really shine through because it seems that you added a lot of things and finished only a few things. next time lower the scope of the game and aim for a more polsihed experience
Draws some heavy inspiration from baba is you's artstyle, but i liked the machanic of turnbased movement with the burning. That being said maybe the player could only burn if there are still enemies alive in the room as then you could actually backtrack and see all the stuff. Great little game nontheless.

Great twist. At this point i dont even know what is intended and what is not. Game ended for me when i met a black screen that lasted way too long otherwise nice cutscenes and simple but effective story that fits the theme of the jam very well.
Bonecost and cooldowns for traps would be nice. also maybe timer for how long the wave is gonna take. nice game otherwise. audio was too repetitive for me
Quite a sad game. Loved the atmosphere and the photo graphics. Really short but worth the time. Improvements: add volume slider / turn down the volume it was really loud and no way to turn it down.
I wish i had a line like that when im lagging in video games. :)
But seriously nice game with a nice bit of humor. I would have liked some audio and a little more polish but thats about it great experience.
The game starts off very sudden and could have needed a better tutorial. The graphics look great tho and loved seeing different ending cutscenes since they very beautifully made. Gameplay wise sometimes the meteor spawns right after you jump and there is no way to stop it which is a bit annoying maybe add a bit more time after the metor sound to when it falls on player. Seems like a great browser game.
Starting cutscene was top notch gameplay was a bit lacking tho.
needed a deathscreen / some way to restart if you fall off. music was pretty good.
I had some bugs when opening up the game maybe about the missing dlls you mentioned. The game was a bit on the easy side maybe make krök faster and have some sort of deathscreen with how many blue balls you collected or something. Good job though on your first ldjam game:)!
Cool game my highscore was 13. Maybe have some indication / highlighting of the object you are searhing for when you are close to it. Loved the humor and the fun design of the characters. I had some problems with lags when switching screens.
I like it much more than getting over it thats for sure! At first you think the pentagrams dont do anything but in the heat of things those stray bullets make the difference sometimes.
Its got some bugs for example when i summon a warrior it summons a archer and the other way around. The idea is kind of cool and fits the theme if only the game had some meat. Maybe next time you will have more time to implement the idea fully.
I am getting heavy getting over it vibes from this. There is a suprising amount of dialogue in this and it gives the player the need to go through the rage parts.
I like a game thats simple to pick up. Summons are quite intresting but a little buggy (at least the ones i got). With a goal in there this would have gotten more stars from me but still I enjoyed my game time quite a bit.
Personal gripe with the game is that you cant jump with space bar :D thats just me though
I think this is the first game that I played which took the theme and made it literally like I imagined a summoning game to look. You summoning dudes to fight for you. Nothing fancy but still a good jam game
5/5 Im amazed at the level of depth. Great artwork also. Love these types of games :)
The game is just too hard at the start. figuring out which demon to summon takes half the time and then you cant even tell which item is which since there is no tool tip.
The summoning moves are funny but need to be even more clear. I like that you added them to the itch page as a clear picture but in the game there is no time to alt tab and look at it.
Why did you take ratings off it was a pretty good game?
played it pretty easy game especially since when you die you respawn with the same state
I played it and had fun! tried to rate it but it wont let me. however i think the mechanic you implemented was fun to explore.
I like the graphics but the actual experience of playing the game is a little gruesome with difficulty. The angel noises are super annoying however I do like that there are sound effects in the game.
Perhaps if I didnt have to deliver 3 pieces of clothing but clothe the thing by the machines and then bring it over in one piece. I see you put a lot of effort into guides in this page which is also a plus.
also had to download since i think 3d games are a bit much for webGL
I am unsure if screensaver can be called a game but thats innovative at least :D
The amount of guidance I needed to read at the start was a bit much, but the game was pretty fun and fit the theme really well. maybe the guides could be introduced bit by bit as they appear in the game.
