Sorta got slow at times; but the graphics, audio, and story were amazing! :D

Sorta got slow at times; but the graphics, audio, and story were amazing! :D
Sweet Game! I really liked the final level with the multiple areas you had to clear. Though it would've been more fun if there was something you could do while the battle was going on. :P
I really loved the art style! And though the game was simple, the AI was elegant. Well done! :D
I would've really really loved to see ring toss used as a weapon. Like maybe to bind up some robots or something? :3
Anywho, as a ring toss simulator it was okay, and I liked the color selection for the environment.
Quite a fun little typing game. Got a score of 290! :D
Not having to type spaces kinda threw me off though. I'm too used to it! >.<
Quite a bit of fun! My strategy was to hang out in the break room and lure people in with the stapler. :3
Neat idea about being the sun. :)
I kept getting a "Murderer" message and I'm not sure why. :\
Lol, the deadpan voice made it! :)
I couldn't get past level 3, needed just a bit more limited invincibility. :P
Excellent graphics and music! I really liked the color choices. :)
Great graphics and sound! :D
And I know what you mean about running out of time, 3 days is rough. :P
I wasn't able to make it to the end though because there's a certain part where the enemies could shoot through the boxes. :\
Sweet game! :D
The graphics and audio were amazing.
Made it to the score of 3000. :)
Great job on the music, very catchy!
Nice classic arcade gameplay feel to this game! :D
Game was pretty simple; and I'm not really a dog person, but man, that was sad.
So at the end you're just trapped? :P
Nice graphics, innovative game mechanics, and pleasant puzzles! ;D
Really like the concept! :D
Though, it would've been nice to have some computer controlled enemies to fight (all alone tonight :P).
Really amazing look and feel to it, but the insta-death is infuriating. >.<
The graphics sorta remind me of Commander Keen. :)
Pretty fun gameplay, but I liked the graphics best.
The controls were a bit tricky at first, maybe having a practice room would've helped? But once you got used to it, it was really fun to try and figure out ways to build block structures so that you could hit the enemies but they couldn't hit you. :)
Nice! Got to be a roomba! ^_^
Really liked the graphics and gameplay, I could only make it to defcon 2 though.
Nice idea for a game mechanic. :)
Sometimes the sword would just disappear, but I could get it back by pressing shift a bunch.
Woooooah! Did not expect that at the end! Glad I finished it. :D
I think the guy could've used a sprint button or something though.
@Smiley
What operating system and browser (if you're using the web version) are you using?
Didn't know you could kill enemies at first, lol, should've read the README from the getgo. :P
Took a while to get used to the controls, but once you do it's pretty darn fun. :)
The graphics were really neat as well!
Excellent mechanics and theme! :D
I really loved the way you had to keep moving in order to accumulate a limited resource (which is wonderfully familiar to anyone from a snowy region).
Got a high score of 66!
Simple yet highly enjoyable game. Really liked the silly animations and sound effects. :D
It was a pretty interesting idea, but would've been better if you could see what it was that was looking for you (unless I missed it). At any rate, I'd like to see more games with this kind of theme! :)
I took me a while to get the hang of it, but after that it was really fun. Though I wasn't a big fan of the slow-motion effect. :\
The aesthetics of this game are really solid! :)
Very dark theme! :)
Excellent voice acting and music, and I really liked the camera angles. Though the gameplay was a little simple and short.
Very clean looking text game. :)
The story got pretty dark, I wonder if there's a happy ending?
Fun visual novel, liked the humor of it. (got ending 5). :)
Moving the little boxes around was oddly satisfying. :)
Would've liked to see some sort of points counter though.
Also, I did the Web version and I saw all the game decals.
I kept glitching out when I got to the administrator portion and couldn't continue. But I'm really a fan of these sorts of stories and wish there were more visual novels like this! :)
I loved the whirlwind plus guns combo. Neat game! :D
Excellent job for a first game! :D
It was fun to control the tower and shoot the taxmen, but other end of the staff was really difficult to aim since it went in the other direction.
Amazing graphics and menus! :D
The gameplay was a little difficult though, maybe if the main player could be hit a few times before death?
Lol, fart jokes! :3
The game was pretty simple butt also elegant in its design.
I'm not really sure what to do except explore... :|
The graphics and audio were great, but for some reason I found the combination to be sorta creepy. :P
Got to a score of 147801! :D
After a while, no more blue dudes were spawning so I ran out of things to suck. :<
I was able to win one fight, but it was by accident. I was really confused about what to do in situations where the jokes didn't seem to make sense. Maybe if I'd played Monkey Island it would've made more sense?
At any rate, nice job on the graphics and look of the game! :)
Neat concept! :D
But I found that the easiest strategy (at least for me) was to just make a mad dash for the orbs. :P
Simple but neat! :D
Found a decent strategy with the knife that works for me: lean a bit towards other player in the beginning and then spam jump.
I'm the Paul who helped work on this. This was the second Ludum Dare that I've been a part of (and I already can't wait for the third). :D
Thanks for the input Andrei_S, and I know where you're coming from. We wanted the confusion of not knowing what is going on in the beginning to be an element of the gameplay, but the UI could certainly use some polish. We were working on getting everything functional right until the end and I'm sure many of you know the feeling of "If only we had one more day". :P
