Pretty solid submission, I thought it looked really hard when I saw it but it was surprisingly ok.

Very great submission. RIP my poor laptop trying to run it, it looks amazing! Not just graphics but the style as well. And loved the dialog. Like others have said the game itself could be expanded on to make it a bit more interesting, but for a game jam this is amazing

Maybe you could make the interactible ojects stand out a bit more, make them glow or something. Its a cool concept though, like a moving tower defense game.
No. I wont let egg get pregnant. That's what this game feels like :laughing: haha I like it. I also made a game about protecting an egg. I thought that was a random idea but I see that a few people have used a similar story

The controls were a bit to sensitive, but omg this is the funniest game Ive played yet.

Wow this reminded me a lot of my own game, its pretty fun! Kinda wish there was more different guns, but I like the few that you made! If you want I made a more portable/usable version of my twin gun script, you can even modify the behavior quite a bit with just a few simple edits. Let me know if you want to check it out.

This is really cool, but also really hard lol. Not because the controls are too hard (like I get it thats the whole mechanic) but I think the levels are too tight to start off with. If you had a bunch of easier levels first then players would learn the controls more for the harder levels. Anyway great concept and looks tidy! Would make a great little mobile game, I'd play it.

@thatothernerd its programmed that one scroll click to change forward or back. I think its your mouse unfortunately. But you can use the number keys instead.

The audio is bugged, it starts a new track each time the game restarts but the old one is still playing. Well done for making a game though!

You should look in to path finding methods, would make the game feel a lot better. And maaaaaaby a touch less screen-shake. But good effort!

Kinda confusing that you cant see the prices of each unit. I kinda like the game but the UI makes it hard to tell whats going on. The idea is good though!

Why are there so many games about eggs? AHAHA :D I love it. I like how there are 2 main strats. Carefully edge the egg along, slowly making its way to the next surface OR... Yeet that egg and hope for the best :ok_hand:
Fun, really satisfying to get kills but the controls are REALLY hard ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
its frustrating but kinda fun, the only thing I think would be better is if the game auto scrolled faster when the egg moves to the right side of the screen. Its annoying having to wait for the game to scroll. Also shout out to a fellow egg game lol <3

Nicely polished, dem squares are looking crisp son. But I think you should have added a cooldown on the space button attack because I just spammed that bad boy until the whole screen was completely fulled with dudes. also the default (not arrows) keys are wack.
