Awesome soundtrack!:D
This guy behind the walls creeped me out o_O
You are ment to solve it. I have to admit that the game may feel very abitrary but there is no random element in it;)
That's the last one and like all end bosses it can be a *SPOILER* loooooong fight.
I really like the idea of a drowning simulator:D But the debug keys made me think that the game is broken..
I liked it. Has the end screen any special meaning?
I love it! The boss in the north seemed a little bit weird though. But it's probably my favourite entry so far!
More fun than I expected from the title ;)
The combination between distanced and close combat is very cool.
Wow, pretty meta. I was a little overwhelmed by the game's complexity at first, but after you get the mechanics it's fun. Impressed by all the stuff you managed to put in there!
Nice to see a fellow german game dev here. Enjoyed the game, with such a nice soundtrack I could clapp those flies all day.
@squeg-inc you are supposed to go back to your place and eat that pizza. Using the castle as some kind of space ship to go back is an exploit, so don't tell anyone xD
@gustavo-christino Thank you so much for your in depth review. I'm currently playing around with more content, experimenting with taking it into a more puzzly direction, where you have to be careful on which blocks to jump as not to make returning impossible.
Very feature rich and polished. I enjoyed plaing it.
Very unique art style. Game is funny, but the tasks could really be bit more exciting. But of course their mundanity is the point of the game, so I don't know :D
This game made me really happy.
It's wonderful.
Maybe mention somewhere that you have to press space though? And why is my dinoscore always 0 ? :(
Did take some time getting used to the mechanics, but after I got it it was a lot of fun. Pushing around cars feels sooooo good :red_car:
Very cool game. Love the physics based obstacles/bullet covers
Nice interpretation of the theme :D
The combination of Conways game of life with a farming simulator is very interesting, I think this idea has potential if fledged our more fully. Graphics are also very pretty.
Love the music, I think it's fitting the theme of a "fast speed farming sim".
Game is fun.
I feel the controls could be simplified though, maybe use always space to interact? Or always use mouse clicks to be consistent with the buying/selling stuff.
Very nice idea and very fitting for the jam's theme.
I think it would be nice to have a visual clue that you can pick up the babies. The first few times I was playing the game I did not read the instructions and thought you could only interact with the twins by blocking their path, which made the game way to hard/random :D
One of the best games I played so far! I'm impressed by the polish.
I liked the open layout of the supermarket where you can place the barriers because it adds a nice tactical element. But I would have liked if it would have been possible to remove the barriers because on my first try I didn't make a fully optimized layout and so made it only to day 15. There were also a few lulls where you did not have much to do but watch your defenses.
Great accomplishment though and big props for using python for this!
Love the concept and very good execution. Only issue with it is that it needs more balancing. I played against my girlfriend and she always managed to kill herself :D
Switching musical instruments was quite confusing and kind of overwhelming.
But enjoyed it immensely otherwise. 5/5 for graphics and sound.
Best game I played so far. Keeping the balloon alive adds a nice twist compared to all of those games where you have to protect the character itself.
Nice idea, but a little confusing. I was not really able to figure out what the perfect amount of drunkenness was. Maybe some visual clues on the bars might help with this? Graphics are great for a game jam game!
Top notch graphics. You really took the space shooter game jam game to the next level!
I'm afraid I did not quite get this game. What are the fires and the wood logs for? They don't seem to be necessary to progress in the game?
Nice little game, some visual feedback when for the correct time to hit the volleyball would be great.
Fun little game, some music would have been great though for a party game :balloon:
Loved the asthetic of this game.
I found it a little frustrating to figure out the mechanics of the minigame because you always had to fetch a new item before you can take another shot.
Very engaging game, love the soundtrack. Think it could escalate a little bit faster, maybe add a hard mode? :)
Very relaxing game, the music fits perfectly. I love the game loop, played until I had over 1400 living things. A feature I would really like to see is a line graph of the population dynamics :)
I think art and sound are good for a game jam game.
But 2 levels are just enough to get the hang of the mechanics. So this game real needs some more levels, so you can actually do something interesting with those mechanics
Enjoyed the scheduling part greatly, but not really cared for the actual DM part because it was kind of opaque to me what the players might enjoy and if there was even any system behind it.
Graphics are great and it's certainly a really innovative game idea.
Fantastic LIMBO demake. The spider is so creepy brrrr
Fun game with great graphics. Props for making the player character selectable.
I'm impressed by the polish of this game. Feels like a full fledged puzzle game with great graphics and audio!
