It was one of the most humorous games in this LD so far! But a bit confusing also. Didn't really catch the main idea of the game. Other than that, nice graphics and idea!

It was one of the most humorous games in this LD so far! But a bit confusing also. Didn't really catch the main idea of the game. Other than that, nice graphics and idea!
Loved the art and music! Not sure how much there is replay value, but still a fun and very solid game :)
I liked the graphics and the smooth easy gameplay. There could have been a bit more response to the users actions (For example if you hit an enemy, there could have been an effect or something). All and all a great and solid game :)
Well it surely was a great interpretation of the theme. There were so many customers that it really made it stressful :D But still a neat game and a solid execution!
I love story driven games, so it was pleasure to play this. Loved the graphics and the solid gameplay
A solid and funny game all and all! :) Hitting the missiles felt really rewarding!
The tutorial was really helpful and made the basic idea of the game very clear. I liked the music too and the sprites of the aliens had their own feeling to them. The environment could have been a bit more diverse. Other than that, it's a solid game
Cool idea! The balloon was a bit hard to maneuver but other than that, I really enjoyed it!
I liked the atmosphere, where it's quite a happy feeling game but really everyone is just on the verge of death and your floating boat is being overrun by mysterious creatures. You guys have a great imagination!
Great concept and for a jam game it really looks great too! :) There could have been a bit more instructions on what to do. Still, as for me, I was just happy that I got a bit of that zug-zug action in third person. :D
@jayometric
> The pools of blood stopping the bullets seemed odd.
This is not a feature  We shall fix this on the next PostJam release!
All and all thank you all for suggestions on improvement! The game was fun to develop and all of the feedback will be accounted during the further development of the game!
This is the best take on the theme I have encountered so far! Better life simulator than Sims for sure  Great entry!
I liked the atmosphere of the game and the mechanics were fun to play around with. The player could have had some animations, the "floating around" movement is fine if this is an artistic choice, but even floating around could cause some animations. Overall solid entry
A Challenging, yet quite fun game! The controls seemed polished and the music gave a bit more "actiony" feeling to the game. Well done!
Funny game with great music! A bit annoying that fighting didn't give any feedback if an enemy was hit. Other than that, I liked it
Loved the visuals! The gameplay was also fun and the game was quite challenging. The audio and sfx fit the tone of the game. A nice add would be an option to skip the start splash screen, but I don't see this as a big issue. Overall it's a solid entry!
Looks gorgeous and plays smoothly! This is a great and innovative spin on the theme "Your life is a currency". Overall great job!
Thanks for all the great comments! @maytch Yeah, Friday is the last "level"
Beautiful and clever game! Especially loved the dialog!
Loved the music and the art. Made a great mood for the game! Also, a game just around the sliding mechanic would be awesome! Don't get me wrong, I liked the game overall, but I especially liked those parts in the game! :D
This just shows that you never should have a pet dinosaur during quarantine :joy: But seriously, a really fun and challenging resource management game you got here! The biggest challenge was finding anything with vitamin! Other than that, I was able to keep my dinosaur happy... for a while
I liked the models and the UI, they really shined on this one  I had some problems with the aiming, which made the game quite challenging. Other than that, a great entry!
Quite a complex game for a game jam for sure! As stated above, this is clearly something that needs some more time from the player to really dive in to the game. Overall a great entry!
Quite a clever game! The intro already was so epic that it made me hooked  Great entry!
Quite simple but still fun! It's really nice to see stuff made with Godot's 3d engine!
In the tutorial I just moved around the ship, since I had so much fun testing out the magnetic movement  Overall a very great entry and especially liked the voiced dialog
Looks and feels amazing! Challenging but not too demanding for new player.
I really love to see simple games made with great polish, like this one! Also, I think I had an unfair advantage, since my mouse sometimes registers one click as two clicks :joy:
Love the old handheld feeling of the game! I was using mouse to play the game, so it was quite challenging but fun to play! Great entry!
Looks gorgeous! You have packed here quite much for a game jam and I think the objective of the game fits the theme quite nicely! A great entry I must say
I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't fix the bug before the deadline, since I can see from the recipe book and the art that a lot of effort was put into this. If you can, just fix the bug and release a postjam version, I would really love to play this! :)
Really liked it! Great entry!
Quite a difficult game, if the idea was about connecting the pipes? Good concept and idea, more originality than many other games I've rated!
Thanks for the comments and feedback! I do admit that the game at its current state is more about the atmosphere than the gameplay itself.
I think I went too far ahead with the whole feeling of "it would be cool to make a game that is about you blowing up a nuclear reactor!", that I forgot to make the primary gameplay loop more interesting. Truly noted for the next game jam!
Thanks for the feedback! We made a postjam update for the game which addresses some of the problems: - No more inventory slots. You can have just one item equipped. - Wrench doesn't need to be picked up, you already have it at the start of the game. Attacking happens from different buttons than interacting with the machines. - Zombies won't be spawning as frequently as before. - Fixing machines needs you to only not have a brain or bun equipped. If you have brain or bun equipped when there are no uses left in the machine, the option is always to fix the machine.
@ben-parisi Yeah, I think I used a bit too many vertices for the couch :D I might try to decimate it for a post-jam release
Hardest game ever. 10/10 (Jokes aside, f'in brilliant!)
Surprisingly addicting and tactical game
I thought first that the "incompleteness" was just a selling point and the game was about to blow my mind like Stanley Parable  Still, a great entry and I really liked the ambient sounds and the whole "vibe" of the game!
Very fun take on the theme! The nihilistic text-to-speech narration was a great touch to the game :D
