Hi there! I made this game on a half witted whim, without the most clear and concise gameplay flow in kind... you may chain together combos by collecting identical pieces in a row. when you finally break the chain, you will get 3 points for each chained piece. thanks for playing!
Good game, interesting concept. But I'm with others - great, but long. :)
I can relate to this game; avoiding people, throwing grenades at them to avoid awkwardness. ;)
Bahaha. Nice work.
I had quite a bit of fun with this one, sure, there's flaw in the game, but it didn't really spoil things for me. I rather enjoyed myself. It was quite fun attaching loads of parts to my character, seeing how terrible of an abomination I could make. :)
Virtual Pet Simulator. LOVE IT.
I had a lot of fun with this. Outsmarting the rabbit was fun, as was the puzzle bit. The platforming scene was a sudden increase of difficulty that made me unwilling to finish playing. But for what I did play, I severely enjoyed myself. I'll try the jumping puzzle again later. Awesome job!
Such beautiful art in this. My mind... was blown.
(Please, don't actually upvote this. I'm sure many other games are out there that deserve your attention and enjoyment! This was a joke that I threw together in a couple minutes just to be involved with the Jam, since I wasn't able to dedicate the time.)
Trying to be unbiased... ...hehee, this was fun to play! Good job!
Wow. Welcome back to the 80s. Now I know what I missed. :D
Awesome game.
Rather nice and nostalgic!
Simple, pretty, over all kinda fun for a small concept. I feel manlier already.
Good job. Makes me think of Portal + Antichamber
Good job. Makes me think of Portal + Antichamber...
Drowning in Debt... ...well now there's a character we can all relate to. Sadly, I don't own a sub! :< Overall good game, would love to see a more complex version with music and such later!
Interesting Motherload inspired game
Okay this was kinda fun. Controls are a little finicky but overall cool game!
Cute game! Would love to see where this goes in the future.
Just a heads up: [There should be 'Regrowth_Data'
folder next to the executable] happens, can't run the game. I believe you may be able to patch and fix it post-deadline. Good luck in the future!
Interesting game. Bit hard on the ears at first, but not too bad. Good luck in the future!
Cute game! Could sort of feel the theme while playing. Slowly less and less water.
Overall, this is a great first game. I'd love to see more of it. The lighting really makes things interesting and the audio fits rather nicely.
Congrats on completing your first LD Jam! For the most part this is a good start. I find myself kind of wanting more story text, curious where this game is going.
Hahaa I died within the beginning second or 2 a couple times, but managed to get through for a while. Overall good job! I love the audio.
Double You Tee Eff did I just play!? XD
Cute Flappy Bird clone. I'd suggest perhaps making the 'hop' Spacebar action stronger. Part of the challenge in Flappy Bird is balancing falling and flying, which makes it difficult. Good job and good luck in the future!
Pretty cute game... though I managed to get a game over AND survive hopping to the next cart - was rather cute to push my cart around curiously while the game said it was over. Good game overall. Welcome to LD!
Pretty decent game, very nostalgic of the MS-DOS days.
Thanks, folks, for the positive and helpful feedback!
Thanks for the feedback. Regarding glitches and such, we are developing a patched and updated Postmortem version. Land Sharks are terrifying. XD
Nice job. :D
Fun times. :) Simple, easy. Good job.
Instantly I love this game. :D Good job!
Her.... HER... Ugh.... I liked this game :D
I found it to be really difficult, but enjoyed it!
NICK CAGE!!
Neat!
This was surprisingly awesome. You and I both ran out of time on our games - I know how that feels. Good luck in the future!
Did you not submit a game to play? I don't see any submitted files.
Strong Graphics and Audio. I really liked it, though I would love to see more! Good work.
I smell potential in this. I dig the gameplay.
Pissing lasers at Hitler while wielding a 50 inch dick. I don't know if I wanna close it and throw my computer into a furnace or push this towards Greenlight. I will say this: Good job on making something this catchy, confusing, and fun!
It's a good start!
Personally I loved it. Having grown up in the era of the Sega Master System. I've had my share of 'slow' characters. This felt fine for the pacing, adding somewhat to the difficulty level. Slightly annoying speed, but that's part of the fun.
I loved it. I only take up issue with the fact it's a clone of Hotline Miami but you shoot hearts, not bullets. The effect is the same though.
Not entirely sure, but I think I put the baby in the wardrobe... like all good mothers should do.
I can't... even. I will never look at a microwave the same way again.
Great game. A little tweaking will help. Looking forward to PostJam!
Fantastic play. The art seriously deserves a 10 out of 5.
Using a game... as a weapon in another game. Good job. This is, much like Super Hexagon was for me, a very difficult thing to get into first-off. But I see the appeal in the difficulty and love how you've built it. Fantastic work!
I LOVE IT. Never would have thought a swinging blade would be both a weapon and a player character. Good job!
Beat the meat while working in the office. No one noticed. 10/10
Grade A, across the board. A very fun way to spend a coffee break: Murdering helpless critters.
...well, they're virtual helpless critters, it's totally okay.
Fun concept!
Oh! I'm so sorry!! If you hold SHIFT, you'll run, which makes the jump much easier. (I will add this to the controls. I knew I missed something)
Rage quit on the dance floor. Coughed up a lung. Was claimed by some lady. 10/10
Interesting concept!
.love files are for Love2D - a development platform for Windows, Linux and Mac. When Love2D is installed on your system, .love files can be run. We've released a stand-alone Windows version as well that contains Love2D embedded in it (no need to install). Alternatively, OSX and Linux users can play our game if they install Love2D.
Mister T is a PIMP.
Excellent Work! Not sure why you opted in for voting on Audio, though.
Cute little shooter. Didn't really use the Shapeshift much but it was fun.
WONDERFUL game, but I really find myself hating the inertia when I want to hop up on a 1-block platform. I'll run too far 9/10 times. It's a great concept. A crazy good game for 3 days work in spite of having little to do with the theme. Great job!
This one is great. The camera moving between stop and go is very fast and jarring but otherwise I had a lot of fun.
Regarding custom keyboard controls and gamepad support, you can press escape and bind the controls as you see fit. Gamepad support is already in. :-D
This is far deeper than I anticipated. Is it bad that I want to print the manual...?
I got the concept immediately. This game was rather enjoyable.
A great game overall!
