Very well made game. Loved the art, music and animations. I'm also fairly sure I saw a danger mouse looking character. Great work!

solid work ! level design, nice story, lots of sprites.. it would be easier with a pad I guess.

Great art and animations :) Some tricky keyboard combinations, W A S D by default as well as directional arrows would be nice.

Regarding custom keyboard controls and gamepad support, you can press escape and bind the controls as you see fit. Gamepad support is already in. :-D

Well-drawn art and animations. It remind me cool Nintendo game "Tiny Toon". I liked the inventory system. And the phrase "It's dangerous to be a bunny" really сheer me up

This game. This game. ♥ It felt so much like I playing an old platformer from my childhood, reminding me of the days I sat on the sofa as a kid on my Gameboy Colour. It was an absolute delight to play, from the narration to the tiny old-school cues such as cracks in the walls meaning secrets, etc.

The highlight for me though was the character design. Very 2000s gaming mascots/cartoon design.

I did however cause it to crash during streaming it. We played it over on twitch which you can see here (https://www.twitch.tv/cantgetourname/v/88809110) and here (https://www.twitch.tv/cantgetourname/v/88815811). Sorry for the two parts, had to take an emergency break.~

Hello everyone! I'm so glad everyone's been enjoying the game.
A few quick notes to help everyone out:

You can break a few small objects with your sword (sand mounds, torches, fire alarms), and if you have the Charm of Fabrication these objects will drop small items.

The shop at the beginning of the game sells bombs after you've collected the Tome of Bombs.

The game is pre-configured for an X-Input controller, so an XBox 360 controller should work out of the box, even under Linux.

Regarding the crash mentioned during the previous poster's stream, that error is due to a debug object we forgot to remove. You can safely press escape if you see that error and the game will continue normally.
