Very cute and addictive. I'm keeping it running. :D
The graphics are amazing, I love the gameboy style and the color palette.
Soo beautiful pixel art and colour palette! Great work!
Simple and genius, really catchy clicker
Very fun game :D The graphics are so good and the game is so addictive^^
Loved the pixel art. The game has a Gameboy Pokemon atmosphere, I enjoyed it. I missed some challenge in the game. I played a little and upgraded a few times, but after a while I wished the fights were harder. But in the overall you did a great job, congratulations!
A simple but yet addictive and effective game loop. Good art work, fun game! Great job all-around :)
Very cute aesthetic, and a fun cookie clicker! I must admit I am quite addicted to this kind of game, so that + this style and this setting was a definite win for me! Good job :)
I played this way longer than any of the other games here so far. The formula works.
Graphics and the atomosphere is nice. While gameplay-wise I saw little challenge, maybe that's the point. It's soothing to keep this running on.
Very addicting. I have no clue how I spent half an hour clicking one button.
I finished it! That's a rewarding ending. :D
One of my friends got the dungeon replaced by a black screen instead of the ending but I shared my screen so he could see it anyway.
Beautiful graphics
I wonder why enemies don't attack me back. But I enjoyed killing them all anyway
I wish the enemies were actual threat. Other than that, it's fun clicker game. The gameboy-ish look really hit the spot for me!
@jeanbon Thank you and your friend for playing all the way, and for reporting the final screen bug so we can fix it.
Enjoyed this clicker game. The creatures don't fight though. Got me some retro vibes and 8 bit music.
I really like the gameboy graphics. The concept is simple but I'm already at floor 11 playing it way longer than I thought I will be. After a while with too much speed the damage text gets kinda mushy and I can't see the enemy health bar anymore.
addictive game, good job!! :D
Very nice take on the clicker genre. Fresh with nice old school pixel graphics :)
Very cute little click game. Maybe add more upgrades or a little bit of danger so you can loose
Nice entry with a auto clicker game. I liked the simple mechanics and the art atyle :) I would have loved to see a little more extras in it, maybe something like a boss or more items to buy! Well done, guys! =)
Thanks for participating in the jam!
Loved the graphics, everything looks so good and coherent. Didn't expect it to be a clicker game by looking at it, that was a fun surprise.
It feels silly asking for more difficulty because thats not how clicker type games work.
Definitely one of the more unique entries ive tried.
Nice work!
this game has adorable graphics! i love pixel art and the pixel art in this game is done so nicely and cleanly, especially for 72 hrs :) nice job, i'd love to see it developed further
I do like the style and music. Feels very game boy.
Really cool take on the clicker genre! Very impressive submission!
Nicely done! I really like your implementation of this clicker game and the art style and music work together really well.
A solid rendition of the idle genre, distilled to its core elements. I love the GBAesq graphics and sound. I only wish it didn't pause in the background so I could keep playing it and see how far down I could get! Great work!
I love the nostalgic feeling this game gave me. reminded me of the simple times where games didnt require advanced visuals and instead provided fun content. Id totally play this to pass time!
Very cute graphics, they bring me back to Pokemon Gold/Silver :) Fun to leave in the background while I work elsewhere. I'd love another mechanic to make things interesting, another place to visit in the village?
I'm not usually into idle games but I know I'm weak towards them, especially when they look, sound and feel as polished as yours. I love those retro graphics and the 4colour palette  The music is super catchy as well, I was sad to see that I couldn't vote for it.
Congrats!
Played through it by clicking very fast manually. The graphics are very cool and it's well polished. I got a bug where sometimes the were pitch black. Overall i'm not the biggest fan of idle games, but this wan was fun to play. Good job!
This idle-game-pretending-to-be-a-dungeon-crawler is well-polished & small enough that I was able to finish it before getting bored. The art is nice as well. Pretty good overall.
I love the aspect of the color ! thats look very cool with the game, gg
Love the graphics! I like clicker games and yours is pretty good! I tried on my phone and it didn't scale quite right but it still worked. Pretty impressive for this short of a time frame!
Lovely game! Something that I really enjoy in clicky games is some sort of "usless background interaction" (like torches flickering or bushes rustling when you click them). I think this could be a nice little improvement if you are considering developing the game further.
Haha nice ending! extra humor points :P Love the style, simplicity without sacrificing gameplay.
Nice game! The music on ending surprises me!
Finished the game, pretty fun. I think there should be delay for manual clicking... Still Great game for jam) Снимок экрана 2021-04-28 184430.png
What a nice and relaxing clicker. Good job!
really nice, I enjoyed this very much
A very cute and well done clicker. Though, I did long for some threat (I sat in front of a few monsters before I had auto damage to see =X) but needless to say, I enjoyed it.
You need some transitions between enemies, its really jarring for the left to disappear and the right to appear.
(on further analysis this is because I was playing in full screen, not sure if that's a worry for you considering the layout.)
I really like the art and the music, it reminds of the NES era I never got to be a part of. I don't bash for oldness.
That's all I'm going to say, I'm not not a huge fan of idle games so I'm really only gonna criticize things that I can do fairly
Ignore this comment (not the one above), ludum dare glitched up I don't see a delete button anywhere.
Very cute game. Pretty addictive too, though my finger did get tired by the end. Nice entry :)
Lovee the pixel art! The concept is nice but more attacks variety would make the progression cooler. cute game!
Love it! Really enjoyed the art style. Very addictive. Nice job =)
I loved this game, made me feel like a kid on my gameboy again.
Above all else, you really nailed your presentation. The visuals felt spot on, and the music did a great job complimenting it (well, maybe not quite as much when Conga kicked, lol).
I think the big thing with this game is that there's so much potential for more going forward, if you chose to continue on it. A bigger variety of powerups, more things happening as you go deeper (a little more to dissuade people from doing deeper as soon as possible may be a good idea), perhaps the village section could be expanded upon as a mechanic of its own so you could interact with things or build up support to recruit other members to you dungeon runs. You really have a great base for an AFK clicker style game here.
It's never been my genre of game, but I still went far enough to beat it, so I'd say you've done a fantastic job!
Great game - awesome art and vibe.
I wish there was more things for me to click. After upgrading to level 4 weapons, the game essentially played itself. Maybe allowing me to activate a powerup or have more autonomy over exploring the dungeon. Something to keep me engaged in the mid/late game.
For a game jam this is an incredible entry. Well done!
Really loved the pixel art and the idle/clicking was absolutely addicting. I always get trapped into these games, I'm so glad it had an end!
Very nice game, cool graphics, love the nostalgia vibe, and kudos for doing a mobile game for the jam !
The music is nice even though it’s a bit repetitive.
The scaling is on point, very nicely done, never felt too easy or too hard to buy the upgrades.
The difference between "auto" and "speed" is quite hard to grasp at first.
Overall, I enjoyed playing through it and very nice choice of music for the end screen, had me chuckling, keep it up !
Very cute graphics! The music and sfx are awesome too. The game is very reminiscent of those old game boy games, you nailed that nostalgic vibe. But the gameplay is very repetitive: maybe if there were more challenges, like life, defend or if the monsters blinked and you had to press the right mouse button to do a critical attack or something, it would increase the variability and make the gameplay more interesting. Overall it was a great experience, nice job!
Cool little idle clicker, the problem is that it's a tad bit repetitive, more variation would be cool, but overall not bad!
Cute clicker game! Like the pixel art and music. Great jam guys!
Wasn't expecting a clicker game, it looks like it'd fit nicely as a mobile game!
The Gameboy aesthetic is spot-on. Great pixel art and music; it really looks and sounds like an old handheld game.
I had never heard of "clicker games" before, so my criticisms are probably more relevant to the genre than your game in particular. That said, since there was no challenge or choices or story or significant player agency, I didn't have fun and didn't really understand how it was a game. Once you buy the "auto" ability you can just stop playing. Maybe if the enemies got cooler, or the environments changed significantly, it would be fun to just watch stuff happen. But by the time I got to level 5 the only developments were that the enemies took longer to die, even after leveling up my weapons, so I just ended up watching my character stand next to idle enemies for longer and longer.
Clearly this type of game is just not for me. The presentation was excellent.
Lovely gameboy aesthetic. The animations and music are really great. Nice variety of enemies too. I know it's a clicker game but I'd love to attack with a keyboard input because I'm not a fan of the mouse-clicking, the less I use it in a game, the better actually. I agree with some of the commentaries above, because I bought the auto stats and upgraded it so much that I didn't have to play the game anymore and just kept going. It's a nice option, but definitely needs a debuff. Also would want to see the music changing as you get deeper and deeper in the dungeon, and the last thing to point out is that the sound effects where overlaping themselves when I reached level 7 of the attack speed upgrade. Those are all of my considerations, but I really enjoyed the game because I played it for more than 20 minutes hahah so would definitely want to see it more polished to play it again in the future.
This is a really fun base game, and the core gameplay loop is already there and pretty strong. I'd love to have a bit more variety with the things I could do - what if enemies could attack me back? Potions? Magic spells? BOSSES? I could totally see myself playing the full version of this for far too long!
I did not get any fun from this game  may be I play this game in a wrong way ; I just click attack button and move than nothing else :smirk:
Good art and sound design. Got a little repetitive towards the end, also on level 11 it just glitched and blacked out, not sure why.
Good game. Very well designed.
A cute game. I love games with pixel art of gameboy and the color palette was very well chosen. The music is in keeping with the style too! It could change according to the level. That would be a nice plus. Very good! Well, about the gameplay, I found it a bit boring. I can just drop the character in there and do something else (which is exactly what I did) and only stop when I have enough money to buy upgrades. It made me pay less attention to the game and I think it did a lot of people too. The fact that I couldn't lose made me not pay attention to the game, because I already knew that I was going to win. The possibility of losing is an important thing in a game. Even if it is a very silly thing, but there must be that possibility. Other interactions would also be enjoyable, not just "attack". But, congratulations! It is going the right way.
