LD48 — Deeper and deeper

drillerROBOT by Yamzho 2021-04-28T15:48:33Z

Nice game! I have to admit that it took me forever to understand how to actually start the game (i didn't properly read the instructions...)

Nice Game! The graphics are very beautiful, and menage to convey the mood even without sound. I would definitely play a post-compo version

Don't Drown by eusekerci 2021-04-26T22:40:48Z

Nice game! I really enjoyed the 'mood'. However, i think there might be a bug: as I went deeper, the charachter went closer to the lower end of the screen; upon "swimming up" after having reached 40ish, the charachter disappeared below the screen, and the things i nedded to click to swim up where outside the screen as well.

How deep is this rabbit hole anyway? by snesgaard 2021-05-01T18:42:08Z

Nice game! I have an unhealthy attraction towards "don't press me" buttons! I tryed to run the game from the source (I'm on a mac) but failed: love said something about not finding the "nodework" module, and the nodework folder was indeed empty. Probably I'm just missing something (I'm really not an expert) but I thought I should let you know anyways. I managed to run the game on my mac from the linux build, though (opening the game.zip file with the love app was all I needed to do).

The Deepest Dungeon by Susumu Asaga 2021-04-28T09:24:31Z

Lovely game! Something that I really enjoy in clicky games is some sort of "usless background interaction" (like torches flickering or bushes rustling when you click them). I think this could be a nice little improvement if you are considering developing the game further.

I loved this game! Even though my screen was cropped, so that i couldn't se the water level thing, which made things harder. Also the ending was vary nice, I found the slow entrance of the last fish was quite powerful. I think it may have been nice if things got darker the deeper you got (the sense of darkness is something that I always enjoy in ocean documentaries) but the mood was beatufully conveyed anyways.

Awesome game!!! I dont't know it is intentional, but when showing the drawings at the end, the images where fuzzy. Anyways, those are my drawings! Screen Shot 2021-04-30 at 13.00.03.pngScreen Shot 2021-04-30 at 12.59.56.pngScreen Shot 2021-04-30 at 12.59.50.png

Impalevator by Merpui 2021-04-26T18:16:39Z

Nice game! I really like the imp voice alongside the music, I imagine the imp just wanting to sing uninterrupted, but having to make the elevator work and defend it instead...

Deep Paper by axeltherabbit 2021-04-29T16:23:48Z

The mac version doesn't work (it says that the file "is corrupted"). I tried to download the source code to compile it myself, but it doesn't seem to be there... I would gladly play the game if you can help me!

Deep Paper by axeltherabbit 2021-04-29T17:02:20Z

@axeltherabbit it stil doesnt work :(. Before, it said that "The file is damaged and should be moved to the trash". After chmod, it says "The application “DeepPaper.app” can’t be opened" if I double-click it, and "LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810" if i try to run it from the terminal. If you have made it with godot (as the icon seems to suggest) i think i'll be able to compile the source code myself, but on the github link I can't find the actual game (there are just the readme and the .gitignore files)

Deep Paper by axeltherabbit 2021-04-29T18:31:06Z

@axeltherabbit I've been able to play it through godot: Thanks! The hand-drawn paper graphics are beautiful!

Journey to Atlantis by Kotzi 2021-05-04T17:37:54Z

Nice game! I haven't understood what flashlights are for (after i bought them, i always had 3 of them, and i was never asked to use them...): i don't know if i missed something or if it is a bug

Sleepy Trouble by Stevi60 2021-04-28T23:38:27Z

Very nice game! Have you considered making the windows transparent, with a slower-scrolling starry backround? The same pattern in all the windows is the only (very minor) flaw in the gorgeous graphics that I could find!

Vibin' Secrets by mDuo13 2021-04-26T02:51:48Z

Nice game! Loved the ending. Also, Cleopatra is very pretty, say hello!

Dungeon Painter by IanTheBee 2021-04-28T16:09:41Z

Great game! I feel like there might be the opportunity to create even nicer visual effects adding different colors (for example, the keys could splash around some yellow when they are pickd up, and the final boss bullets could also splash colors around when they hit the wall).
