i liked this! the time you have to shoot the incoming demons is a bit on the short side if they are all the way up, preventing me to do much singing :p sound was awsum and so was my singing of course!!

Things I liked: - I like that the different imps actually look different rather than the same assets - great graphics - good music and great sound effects - interesting core game mechanic - really polished game

Improvements: - perhaps some tool-tips to point out the parts of the game; I killed 30 imps before I know I was supposed to be turning the crank, and even then that was only after 10 seconds of chanting on the other side of the shaft - It may be the look you are going for; but the parallaxing can be dizzying; it makes me feel like we are spinning in side of a torus rather than descending in a pit; if you want a classio pit descent feel; then the background should be scrolling slower than the walls.

Bugs: - I didn't find any

The artwork is great. The game is fun, I feel like I would enjoy it more if there was maybe more enemies but they spawned from further away. The quicker demons are hard to get when they spawn at the top while you are cranking the elevator.

At higher speed the background is a bit hard to look at.

Almost reached 7K before 2 fast imps took me down! Really fun gameplay, awesome graphics and cute elevator music. Really strong entry!

Nice game! I really like the imp voice alongside the music, I imagine the imp just wanting to sing uninterrupted, but having to make the elevator work and defend it instead...

Simple and effective. Played it a couple of times. Took me a while to realize I was supposed to be touching the elevator and facing right to crank and descend. The gameplay gets a bit stale after a while, so giving a means to spice things up (with new enemies or upgrades) would be nice. I think the singing mechanic is charming and definitely something you could've used as part of the combat mechanics!

I really like this little concept! It would be nice to have a bit more warning that the other imps are coming, or if you could shoot a bit faster -- I feel like having to see them and shoot them is a bit punishing especially if you miss. Some additional variety in enemies would also be cool to see (though of course it's hard in a jam timeframe ;D) Other than that I really liked it, I think the control scheme is interesting and I like the "multitasking" gameplay. And I really appreciate that you took time to add the "singing" option, I think it makes the game that much more charming.

Got down to 11000 and something before dying. I thought the difficulty was really well balanced. Enjoyed the singing action and the music too!

The singing on the elevator part genuinely made my game! Great little game, it's really fun to play and really fitting graphics as well. It all works so well together, great job!

По-моему, лучшая часть - это микрофон. Без нее игра была бы не полной, чего-то не хватало бы. Микрофон добавляет атмосферы, глубины. Забавная штука! ^_^

Fun innovative experience! Nice stylish graphics and sound effects. Acceleration of the elevator is catchy.

Some remark: difficulty is pretty plain with spikes based on random appearance of multiple imps. Expectation: difficulty grows evenly.

That's a hell of a job to ride the elevator to the inferno! I really like the visuals. The monsters are cute, the animation is nice. The difficulty level is a bit uneven, I agree, but that's an underworld elevator, what can you expect? Overall it's a great game! Nicely done!

The little squeaky crank sound is great. I'm not a huge fan of the inertia on the movement, though I admit it did make the gameplay more interesting at least. I guess maybe the pole just needs to be well-lubricated in order for the elevator to travel downwards so smoothly?? Haha ;P

In terms of gameplay, I think right now it's a bit boring because it's more or less just a reaction-based game. I think if you added more enemies, but have them take a bit longer to travel, and travel in more interesting patterns (move up and down, to make them harder to shoot), it would make the gameplay less one-note. Maybe!

This is a really cute and nice.

Its a simple concept and thats exactly what you should be going for in game jams i think its overall pretty fun only things lacking are better sound effects and tighter movement on the pole and perhaps a tiny bit more mechanics with the enemies or the elvetor.

But overall a pretty fun expirience!

Reached around 7k meters depth, I liked the increase in difficulty. After a while I was surrounded by imps and I couldn't make it... who know where the big boss in suit had to go... I think it reached the bottom a bit sooner than expected XD
