Apr 21 20:04:38 The Last Wizard Alive ♥ 0 I think that the soundtrack is great and idea of having some requirement to make player shoot is really cool! :) I'd love to see enemy HP, because it seems like some guys take 2 hits and other take 1. Also when you reach higher score the heart starts moving fast which allows you to shoot a ton of bullets but there are not enough enemies (their amount stays the same), so you just become overpowered. I'd also suggest putting the main heart bar above player or somewhere closer to playground, because I ended up looking mostly at the bar and not at the game. :) Otherwise solid entry, well done!
Apr 21 20:07:34 2m 56s Cacophony: The Ballad of the Celestial Goblin-King ♥ 0 Would love to hear some music in the game, otherwise it's incredible how much random generation you managed to make in such a short time! I love the chat window, too, it's very informative.
Apr 21 20:09:46 2m 12s Ignitus Dead Paw - The Revenge ♥ 1 Cool animations, even though they don't always seem to work correctly haha. At first my bear could only walk in air.
Apr 21 20:12:12 2m 26s Why Baby? ♥ 2 Ouch, Serpens is kind of rough with its language, haha! :D The game was a bit hard to understand at first, but great graphics kept me playing. Thank you for sharing the source code, too! :)
Apr 21 20:16:02 3m 50s My family is me ♥ 3 I'd suggest putting some of the items on item bar by default, because I thought I didn't have anything at the beginning. :D Great entry, you did a lot of work, well done!
Apr 21 20:17:50 1m 48s Dungeon Ball ♥ 0 At some point I disappeared from the game but apparently didn't lose, but otherwise this killer volleybal was fun to play! :)
Apr 21 20:23:48 5m 58s Fordhill ♥ 2 Wow, you surely don't choose easy paths! You managed to put a lot of content into the game in a really short period, well done! Graphics are awesome, crafting and putting stuff where you want it feels nice. It's a bit confusing that the game doesn't end on player's death though.
Apr 21 20:27:17 3m 29s Zombie Horde ♥ 2 Simplicity is king! I like the idea, SFX and art style, but I found the game a bit too easy for the genre. I also think that the time wasn't quite correct on the last few seconds (or it's just not measured in seconds?) because last 10 seconds lasted for half a minute or so. :)
Apr 22 12:27:00 15h 59m Pixel Ninja ♥ 1 I like the cool dash while using slow motion effect. I didn't get the point of collecting blue items however, because it seems that they don't affect range or cooldown speed of the dash.
Apr 22 12:31:16 4m 16s Plum ♥ 3 Awesome art style, very innovative and interesting idea to explore! I also love the SFX you made with your voice and the "no-no" sound when you try take water back reminded me of Machinarium. Thank you for a pleasant entry, I had a lot of fun! :)
Apr 22 12:35:08 3m 52s Claude Van Clamme Presents: The Pet Snake Chronicles ♥ 2 I love the backstory for snakes haha! :D
Apr 22 12:38:46 3m 38s The fisherman task ♥ 1 Very relaxing and peaceful, maybe some actions take a bit too long, but I like your approach to fishing :)
Apr 22 12:45:29 6m 43s Super Immunizer ♥ 2 Wow, it's actually a bit educational! :D I loved the experience, thank you for this entry.
Apr 22 12:45:49 20s Frozen Tundra ♥ 3 The idea is interesting, but it my opinion it lacks a bit of interesting decisions and things to do other than exploration. Well done anyway! :)
Apr 22 12:48:24 2m 35s Safe and Sound ♥ 1 I enjoyed the turn based mechanics, though it was a bit unclear that you can't step on these 'halfblocks', maybe you could add more holes in them? :)
Apr 22 12:52:00 3m 36s Polygons of Light ♥ 3 Very interesting and innovative mechanics, I'd love to see more tbh! :) I like that it's very clear what you need to do and still very relaxing.
Apr 22 12:54:53 2m 53s Lights Out ♥ 1 Eyes are a nice little touch which made the game very atmospheric for me, even though labyrinths are not really my cup of tea
Apr 22 12:59:27 4m 34s Tale of a Little Guardian ♥ 3 I normally don't download ludum dare games and only play HTML ones, but this one really caught my eye with its awesome art. The game is incredible in its art, atmosphere and music but realistically it truly lacks on the programming and VFX parts. I could get stuck in enemies, attacks didn't seem to work as intended and certain layers seemed to be in wrong places. However, it's still a very solid entry with nice story and visuals! :)
Apr 22 13:02:27 3m 00s Tablet Force ♥ 1 Wow, modern magic wand! Haha, I wish I had such a tablet!
Apr 22 13:04:12 1m 45s "THE" ice cream game ♥ 1 Music fits the game very well, but ugh these child cries are awful xd
Apr 22 13:07:12 3m 00s Careful Defense ♥ 0 Interesting, I always wanted to see a tower defense in which you'd have a good reason to sell towers! Well done making a reverse tower defense! :)
Apr 22 13:10:01 2m 49s Orb Crunk ♥ 3 I love the art! It's interesting that you managed to design a cool itch.io page and even voice acting for a story.
Apr 22 13:12:57 2m 56s Space Drone Guy ♥ 0 Finally asteroids game has a purpose! Minimap is very helpful, but the game was quite hard for me to control. I lost signal many times, but I guess that's part of the challenge: deciding whether to shoot or not
Apr 22 13:15:56 2m 59s You should have stayed out of Derry.. ♥ 0 Colliders seem to be a bit off on characters and projectiles and I couldn't read text because it faded away very fast. I suggest adding a button to skip text, but letting player to read it at their pace. Otherwise this duel idea might have something in it
Apr 22 13:17:35 1m 39s Purple Thing! ♥ 1 I failed a lot so I'd like the restart to be faster, otherwise very cool idea! :)
Apr 22 13:20:28 2m 53s Gate Crash ♥ 2 Unfortunately I didn't figure out the main idea and I could go through the walls along with enemies, but the sense of mystery was interesting to exerience
Apr 22 13:24:30 4m 02s Tomk ♥ 2 Great idea, matching graphics and atmosphere, maybe a bit too much text to read through for me. Maybe certain things don't really need explanations and others could be gradually introduced in the game one by one instead of all at once?
Apr 22 13:26:32 2m 02s Johnny The Stupid Electron ♥ 0 Interesting, kind of educational, but maybe a bit too fast paced. :D
Apr 22 13:30:09 3m 37s Son of a Liche ♥ 3 Wow, I have no idea how you pulled this thing off in terms of programming and it alone deserves my respect! :) It seems like missiles don't always go in correct direction though. :c
Apr 22 13:31:44 1m 35s cloudy with achance of unicorns ♥ 0 The game looks very polished and charming, well done!
Apr 22 13:42:19 10m 35s Party Animal ♥ 2 I like taking a personal wolf to deal with rude guys at a party!
Apr 22 13:44:36 2m 17s Gallop to the Carrot ♥ 1 Wow the game truly becomes crazy with time! :D Art is awesome, too
Apr 22 13:46:59 2m 23s Apopecalypse ♥ 1 The game looks very cool but it is very hard for me to control. I'd love to be able to fly the ship at max speed but it seems that the game favours being careful instead
Apr 22 14:06:12 19m 13s Controller ♥ 1 It's great that you don't punish player for mistakes (you can bounce back and run again) and I absolutely love games with controls as simple as ones in yours. Well done!
Apr 22 14:10:58 4m 46s Fill Up Yum Yum's Tum Tum ♥ 2 The difficulty curve is great and it's a very nice short game!
Apr 22 14:13:10 2m 12s HarbaVid19 ♥ 1 I really don't appreciate the theme of the game, but it's incredible how many polished and well implemented 3d models you managed to make in such a short time
Apr 22 14:16:05 2m 55s Medically Inaccurate ♥ 1 It's very interesting that you sacrifice own health to keep the heart alive. I also like how the shells fall on the floor, it's a nice addition to the game
Apr 22 14:18:50 2m 45s The Sword of Saturn ♥ 2 The screenshake is nice but a bit overdone imo, otherwise the game feels good to play
Apr 22 14:20:59 2m 09s Picturesque ♥ 1 Wow, that's a lot of game story in such a short time!
Apr 22 14:24:16 3m 17s Untitled Caterpillar Game ♥ 1 I like the concept, but it seems to defy logic. You are capable of moving big boxes and can touch the caterpillar without harming yourself, but you can't pick it up instead? :D Anyway I like the little puzzles you made
Apr 22 14:26:17 2m 01s The Toiling ♥ 2 Controlling the character is fun to control and the sound effects are just incredibly powerful xD
Apr 22 14:30:06 3m 49s 9Lives ♥ 3 What a cool way to control a cat!
Apr 22 14:32:59 2m 53s AmbiSphere ♥ 1 I guess it would be fun to play the game with two players?
Apr 22 14:37:16 4m 17s Space VIP: The Needyon Ambassador ♥ 1 The game has a lot of polish and details in it, but I really wish I had more clear directions on what to do
Apr 22 14:38:52 1m 36s Dunkegg ♥ 1 I absolutely love games which mix black&white color scheme with something juicy and bright!
Apr 22 14:45:32 6m 40s Rolling Chicken TD ♥ 2 Rolling chicken is the best defensive tower!
Apr 22 14:46:50 1m 18s Can you look after my plants? ♥ 2 Oh no, they all died on the same day. %_%
Apr 22 14:49:29 2m 39s Whisper of the Flame ♥ 2 Using player's vision as a way to represent player's health works incredibly good in this game! You don't need to use any UI and thanks to well defined creatures in the game it is easily understandable
Apr 22 14:51:57 2m 28s Blood On The Snow ♥ 3 Art has a very nice and interesting angle, the game is made really well and I like how you implemented a menu
Apr 22 14:56:11 4m 14s Keep it on light ♥ 1 I feel like the game has a great potential and it definitely has great graphics, but maybe it would be better to introduce elements one by one. I couldn't get it for a long time, even with the tutorial
Apr 22 15:00:01 3m 50s Redshift-Recursion ♥ 1 I wish I could skip the tutorial and I find it funny that after death you keep your weapons. I got 3 guns by dying at the very beginning. :D I like how the game looks though
Apr 23 08:44:29 17h 44m tyle ♥ 1 The visuals are great and simple, the main game loop feels responsive and juicy. Unfortunately, it isn't clear for me why the cursor becomes white. I'd love to see some mark (dot, line, whatever) near the place where the circle will become white and clickable. Nonetheless it's a solid entry and I enjoyed my time in it!
Apr 23 10:43:53 1h 59m S.L.I.M.E.S. Division ♥ 1 So far this is one of my favorite games! Sound effects are juicy, impact feels great, fire particles are awesome, the rocket controls just as I'd expect it to. I love that what you do is dangerous and you can feel it, you can kill your own population. Instructions are very clear and you always know where the danger is coming from. I have just one tiny remark: I'd suggest waiting for fire particles to fade before destroying the particle system, because they just disappear into nowhere. Great job, fantastic game!
Apr 23 10:55:52 11m 59s Mycelium ♥ 1 Please don't take my following comments as an offense, because I really enjoyed the game and it totally sucked me in. Plus it looks incredibly good. Unfortunately, I found it a bit too slow paced, especially player and camera speed. Also, my "main plant" died on first try and since I didn't get a "you lose" screen, I continued playing whereas later I figured out that restarting was the best option as there was no way to get new plants again. Again, this is an awesome entry and I loved it! :)
Apr 23 11:00:19 4m 27s The Last Guardian ♥ 2 Woow, what an incredible and well-executed idea! I kind of wish you couldn't attack in this game at all so that your whole purpose was controlling the nature, not physically harming enemies. Maybe clouds could extinguish these fire foes? :)
Apr 23 11:45:40 45m 21s Soulectron ♥ 1 Graphics are definitely a plus in this game, but I found certain mechanics (like push downwards) quite counter-intuitive.
Apr 23 12:32:14 46m 34s Solar ♥ 0 The game looks good and what's notable is that it has by far the best implementation of a tutorial out of all the games I saw today. Well done integrating it into the gameplay!
Apr 23 12:36:25 4m 11s Drivin' Alive ♥ 1 It's the first game I saw in this jam in which you can get drunk
Apr 23 12:39:12 2m 47s Come to Mama ♥ 2 It's interesting to see exactly where the creatures will go, very nice idea! Maybe making easier controls would make the game more pleasant to play without actually making it less hard or less exciting. Maybe you could put blocks right next to you instead of 3 cells away?
Apr 23 13:00:45 21m 33s Guardian Reaper ♥ 1 Awesome story and cool mechanics! It's interesting that both you and I made games about flying around and possessing stuff, but they turned out to be extremely different
Apr 23 13:08:37 7m 52s The Dark Cave ♥ 1 Great idea! I would love to see the amount of objects I can throw somewhere and I'd suggest adding some cooldowns on sounds while you're running through noisy environment. :)
Apr 23 13:12:20 3m 43s Activated ♥ 2 Great visuals and very interesting bridge building mechanics! I had some troubles trying to understand why on certain clicks bridges were deactivated and on other - not, but overall I enjoyed the experience.
Apr 23 13:19:35 7m 15s Leafy Hero ♥ 3 Very challenging game with a lot of concepts to grasp. I can see how it can be enjoyable, but maybe ideas could be introduced one by one?
Apr 23 13:31:41 12m 06s Keep your Distance ♥ 1 I like the feeling of time pressure in the game, you need to move on very quickly which is tricky at times :)
Apr 23 13:32:28 47s Peck Beach ♥ 1 I like 3d games with 2d art and yours looks good!
Apr 23 13:34:13 1m 45s Tumbleweed ♥ 2 Awesome game with extremely good graphics. I found myself stuck at one point where I was supposed to build a bridge and I had two metal pieces on each other, one of which didn't allow me to move upwards and there was no way to move them away. The controls are truly intuitive, however! :)
Apr 23 13:39:25 5m 12s Lost Goblins ♥ 1 Extremely well-made puzzles and definitely an interesting idea! To make it easier to grasp (or as a different difficulty level) you could show the path zombie will take by placing marks on the ground or something like that.
Apr 23 15:00:11 1h 20m Tiny Fragments ♥ 1 Amazing game, super puzzles, I want to see more of that! I can't imagine how you managed to put so many clever ideas into a game in such a short time.
Apr 23 15:07:27 7m 16s Chicken Guide Simulator 3000 ♥ 2 Thank you for a nice experience! The game wasn't too hard and chicken calling controls were intuitively understandable
Apr 23 15:09:48 2m 21s MEGABEAN ♥ 0 I'd love to be able to proceed faster, you have to click a lot to get at least some result :D
Apr 23 15:12:34 2m 46s Crab nightmare 🦀 ♥ 0 Nice idea, but I wonder why crabs want to become my meal so badly? :D And it seems like you can stay on fire without kicking the crabs and they will cook themselves to death on their own
Apr 25 13:42:02 46h 29m Egdar's Blobs ♥ 0 People already left a lot of positive comments, so I will try to point out things that could be improved in my opinion. 1. "R" to restart is set to GetKey, not GetKeyDown, so if you hold the button you respawn indefinitely. 2. You made it possible to control everything in the game with a mouse, except for the "game over" screen and restarts, maybe it could be a good idea to make it a "mouse only" game. 3. A few times per level there's a strange animation glitch in which the blob becomes 2 times bigger for a split second. The game looks great and I had a lot of fun playing it!
Apr 25 13:48:29 6m 27s Moo Problems 2021 ♥ 1 Music doesn't fit the game well, but I love the pacing! The game gives you a sense of urgency and it is pretty hard. :)
Apr 25 13:51:20 2m 51s Perish alive ♥ 3 Humans don't seem to fit the art style, but otherwise the game looks great!
Apr 25 13:54:03 2m 43s Bun-o-gotchi ♥ 2 I like that you can take care of multiple eggs at once and you managed to add real pacing to the game
Apr 25 13:57:26 3m 23s It is tired ♥ 1 If you go very fast, then you can push bombs out of the playground, especially at the farthest edge. It's a bit confusing, because if you don't move fast - the bombs won't fly out of the play area, so I am unsure whether it is a bug or intended feature. :D
Apr 27 19:31:57 53h 34m Party Killer ♥ 0 Dancing Cubes as a background fit the game perfectly
Apr 27 19:34:30 2m 33s Pug Panic ♥ 1 Yay, a whole game about Spelunky's damsel!
Apr 27 19:47:03 12m 33s Sector 7G ♥ 0 Pause/Run are nice mechanics to have in the game like this and I enjoy its the idea. The problem is that this game is hard to understand unless you know what you are doing, which I didn't. However, it seemed like I could just place 2 green 200 credits batteries and cool them to stay in good position, which means balance needs to be worked on. Great entry otherwise, well done!
Apr 27 19:49:23 2m 20s Lifeline ♥ 1 I can't see why killing a driver is a "Game lost" XD
Apr 27 19:53:29 4m 06s Petulant Critters ♥ 0 I wish I could see the picture of what happened to my pet when my tamagotchi exploded, because it was shown for a split second for me. Unfortunately, I don't see why you would need the devise to play the game on if you can't interact with it. Maybe having more space would be a better idea? Otherwise that's a one trippy way to play a tamagotchi game, wow! :D
Apr 27 19:56:24 2m 55s Enshrine ♥ 1 I love animation on the walls, it truly caught my eye
Apr 27 19:59:12 2m 48s Keep it Fire ♥ 1 Very nice music and consistent logic! Cold = die, wood = live, very realistic for a fire! :)
Apr 27 20:01:43 2m 31s Elements ♥ 1 Very solid music, controls and idea! My only complaint can be about the camera, I'd suggest moving it a bit towards the mouse.
Apr 27 20:04:53 3m 10s Nessie Alliance ♥ 1 I love the idea and the game kept me interested. I wish there was a bit more feedback on the actions I do, because I really couldn't tell what to hit and whether I hit that something or not.
Apr 27 20:09:36 4m 43s Fireflies ♥ 2 What an atmospheric and extremely well-executed game! I love how you implemented the tutorial, but I wish there were a bit more interesting choices (which bug do I burn? which plant do I choose for each bug?), because as of right now the amount of bugs I had was approximately the same as amount of flowers and I couldn't do much but combine the two together, instead of choosing which would be the best option. But damn, this is a great game! :)
May 2 15:16:48 115h 07m do not go gently ♥ 0 I love the idea of this game, but it seems to lack interesting decisions. Whenever you get a card you don't need or one that is harmful, you just pick a mystery option.
May 2 15:26:26 9m 38s HYPERHOP: GALACTIC LANCER ♥ 2 Planet destruction animation is awesome!
May 2 15:27:12 46s The Keep! It's Alive! ♥ 2 Finally I can be the boss!
May 2 15:27:49 37s HareFare ♥ 1 Visuals are incredible, but unfortunately it's super hard to hit anything.
May 2 15:29:38 1m 49s Apple Factory of the Insatiable ♥ 1 Would love to see a bit more motion in the background, but the idea is extremely good!
May 2 15:35:13 5m 35s The Seeker ♥ 0 This is truly one of the most original "keep the fire alive" interpretations in this game jam! I would love to see the torch all the time though, because sometimes it's behind walls.
May 2 15:36:25 1m 12s hype dream ♥ 2 Wow, so much to look after! The gameplay is very tense (in a good way), but I really wish I could have some "breaks" to rest from all the madness that is going on. :D
May 2 15:40:07 3m 42s MR BUZZ'S FANCY-ASS PICNIC ♥ 0 I fell in love with these crazy eyes
May 3 11:30:24 19h 50m MACHINA ♥ 1 Woah, such a clever and well executed idea! I doesn't necessarily fit the theme in my eyes, but it was super fun to play!
May 3 11:34:50 4m 26s No Fish To Die ♥ 0 It's a bit hard to hit the buttons with the bullets, partially because your gun flips together with you and isn't placed directly on top of you. However, that's an incredible idea and I had a lot of fun playing the game!
May 3 11:36:28 1m 38s Agewalker ♥ 1 Woo, someone definitely got inspired by original Zelda! :D
May 3 11:38:47 2m 19s GhostVac ♥ 1 I have no idea why you'd decide to use 2D sprites instead of 3d shapes in that case, but I have to admit it looks good. :D
May 3 11:44:52 6m 05s Interstellar Connection ♥ 1 Wow, what a cool way to implement a story into the game!
May 3 11:48:52 4m 00s Sharkbait ♥ 1 I love the simple upgrade choices: it is clear when you will get them and what they will do to you.
May 3 11:51:38 2m 46s Ice Light ♥ 2 This game has so many clever ideas! I love how little of a screen you need to see to be able to play the game and the "throw preview" mechanics are awesome.
