you should make it compatible with the keyboards
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD46 → Party Killer

Dang, made by the guy who taught me how to make my game.
I won't rate this one because I haven't got anyone with friends with. :(
Looks very nice though.
Asbjørn!I am a 15 year old Game developer and I learnt everything I know about game development from you. This is my first Ludum Dare and I was motivated to take part in it by your behind the scenes videos... It would mean the world to me I you would check out my game and comment what you feel about it  . https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/hosted
Should I use the handle to play?
Sadly no controller here so won't rare as well, I'd love to try it if you decide to add keyboard support. I dig the tune, and the art looks very unique and beautiful. The description text on the itch page is very hard to read (maybe change colors).
please make it keyboard compatible, I really want to give this 5 stars
Artwork looks fantastic! Music on the intro screen is good too. Wish I could play. Will there be a recording demonstrating game-play for those without a controller?
Big fan of the YouTube channel btw. Thanks for all the work you do.
Hmmm... For me keyboard an gamepad don't work
KEBOARD PLS
i cant join because i don't have controller :( Nice music though
Would it have a keyboard version? Hope I can play that somehow...
Whoa, I've got to try with someone at some point.
The controls felt awesome and the game was just amazing for beeing made in just 2 days
Awesome Game!
So.... wanted to do something not too similar to the previous entry.. mission accomplished  It looks very cool - would be fun to try with two controllers
(And yeah joining the choir... you, Quill18 and Jason really helped me getting in to Game Dev - so big thanks for that) :thumbsup_tone1:
Congratulations on the entry :thumbsup_tone1: :purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
i found the joystick to play and it was awesom, brackeys you tought me a lot of stuff over the years, thanks man
It was probably due to an issue with my own controller, but I couldn't get the game to start even pressing X and A, I did see the little widget moving around when I bumped the control stick though.
Well, I was just finishing setting up my itch.io account when the blazing colours of this game's cover caught my eye. I had finished my submission so I gave it a click. After being wowed by it I realised it was made by Brackeys and that it was for LD46, so I made sure to come back and rate it highly. Absolutely spectacular visuals (especially with my RGB controllers) and great audio! It's fun to play and I like how the theme is about keeping the party alive (except one of you plays against the theme). I'm glad someone decided to make a non-singleplayer game, really adds some diversity to the range of games. Brilliant!
This game is freaking amazing, the visual and audio quality is god tier and it's extremely fun to play. Keyboard support would be nice, and there seems to be a bug that at the start of the level you will move in a direction even when you're not inputting any command to move. If this game doesn't end up on steam i'll be sad. Love you Brakcey's <3
What a freaking cool game ! That's a huuuge work !
Being in quaratine and all I don't really have anyone to play with sadly. Looks really cool though! You tought me all I know about Unity, and I used your menu tutorials for this game jam! My game turned out pretty alright, i think I'm happy with it.
Anyways thank you for putting out your videos, they help so many people. Cheers man :)
Great game, super clean!
COULDNT PLAY BUT RATED YOU ON THAT BANGING MUSIC
Pretty nice entry. I really like the lights and colors in the game.
Best visuals I've seen so far in the jam! Really, really well polished. My wife and I liked trying to hit each other with trick shots off of the walls! I'd like to see some sort of end point--maybe the first player to 10 points is the overall winner?
Love the visuals! Great effects!
It looks great but I couldn't play... :(
Looks really cool, but requiring another player during a quarantine + only controller support puts up too many barriers for players to experience your game.
hi brackeys what a nice game check my game as well waiting for the video to come out
Keyboard not working :) , BTW if you make this game so , it should a good game
I am enable to join the game...
I also can't get it to play using my keyboard (not responding to A or X!). But I'll be back to try with controllers
Ì don't have friends, so I tried with my second controller. The visuals look very nice! Good job :D
I like how the controls make use of the controller axes and the ricochet. Visuals are slick. Had to search for my old controller and play against my wife. Still fun  I would love to hear your feedback regarding my entry.
no one of my friends can play this with me due to quarantine, probably worst time to publish local coop game heh
@nick-barrash and then getting more ratings on your game rather than the guy who taught you to make games
We are 17 - 18 years old game developers and i know show our game its 3D and have good graphics check it out ! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/ahter-games
it is so ironic playing a game about the guy that have taught me everything I know to day about making games!! I really liked the beats of the game! I did love the music and the graphics, it is a fun kind of game! if you can review my game, I would feel honored if you do so!
I came right after watching the video, great one as always! I hope one day i will become better than you as Chris Brandt says >When the student surpasses the teacher, the teacher becomes immortal.
Such an amazing game as expected! I loved it! Very captivating and addicting to play
As always a beautiful game. The graphics are unreal. What a great entry. Nice take on the theme
Awesome visuals and music, but I can't rate on much else because of the requirement of 2 controllers. That's a tough requirement for a jam game.
Amazing game can you pls check my game out? and thank you for teaching me everything i know.
The link for my first game https://abhilashpawar14gmailcom.itch.io/home
And if anyone wants to join the creation of the last ones the game i am currently making pls send a mail at abhilashpawar14@gmail.com I am looking for a artist and a musician I have made the basic movement. If anyone wants to help please tell me your email address. So I can give you my project for editing and adding music and art. I look forward to working with you.
Awesome I played with my family who aren't rly gamers but still had a lot of fun allowd my dad to rate ur game and he gave u 4s and 5s
The man, everyone uses to implement certain stuff himself :D I saw the making of video, BUT WHERE IS THE TUTORIAL :D Great game Brackeyes! The cubes could be party people and the playfield the DJ Booth, maybe with moving elements? But I like it, your games look always visually appealing!
Amazing
Amazing
Dancing Cubes as a background fit the game perfectly
I rarely see someone made a local multipler game for ludum dare, awesome...
Interesting game. I like the concept. Visuals and music are amazing. But the fact that you need two people and play with a gamepad really cuts off the amount of people that could play it. But overall game is good. I liked it.
We played it with my girlfriend and we had so much fun! Great control response and feeling. The graphics and music are awesomely chosen! Hope you will make a little video on the making of especially on graphics and music. I learned a lot about Unity thank to you and I expect to learn a lot more in the future! Thank you for this little game and thank you for your videos!
How sad, I don;t have controllers. I thought the game can be played with the keyboard as well. I've seen your behind the scene video and i think it's pretty damn cool tho ngl. I also surprised about the visuals and the music in the game, I'm so amazed! Please keep enter the Ludum Dare event, We sure learn alot from you and I want to know how you implement the idea from the given theme like keep the party alive? I didn't even think about that. Overall it's such a beautiful game!
Liked the video about it but sadly I cannot play it myself I have a controller but no one to play it with due to me living alone and there being a virus not letting me have friends over but good work on the game
So glad you are here as well @brackeys on my first Ludum Dare! Just watched your video and I had to play this! Love the backround effects! Started being your fan 5 years ago and you were my motivaiton to start a YT channel as well! Thanks and congratulations!
I have only one controller unfortunately, maybe if you get time post-compo - you could do some AI so it's possible 1 player?
I rated on the sound / graphics, as I don't need to play to apperciate that.
The music is minimalistic, but very driving and suiting the game, love the atmosphere! It would be great if there was an option to play with an AI and to use keyboard.
Love the pulsing cubes and all the neon club vibe :)
vibey
Had a lot of fun playing!
Very good looking game. Music was nice too.
Guys if you know to code a little bit u can change the script if u download the source file so u can control it with the keyboard. BUT U SHOULDNT PUBLISH IT ANYWHERE!
