Great game! Simple but you managed to get some difficulty out of it. I echo the interface suggestions, but it's still playable as is. Good job!

Great game! Simple but you managed to get some difficulty out of it. I echo the interface suggestions, but it's still playable as is. Good job!
Great game! You used the mechanics very well, which led to good level design. Art and sound were both good, though the music was a little repetitive. Controls were smooth. Maybe be a little more forgiving when checking for collisions with the walls after teleporting. Good job!
Nice game! I like the idea but I think it will be hard to get it to work well. Right now, the game is very hard. Absolutely love the music and the art is nice too, though simple. Good job!
Great game! Very charming art. I liked the way the art and sound came together to make the enemies very otherworldly. The split ending was a nice touch. Great job!
Fun game! Loved the art and music. I feel like the cooldown on magic might be a little slow, because standing around waiting for it to recharge is just not that fun. Maybe add some more enemies to bump up the difficulty too? But I really enjoyed it. Good job!
Great job! The art is exceptional, impressive in the time constraints! I liked the music. Really only complaint is it's really hard to land on the small platforms with the very floaty physics. Also no checkpoints. Good game.
Love the art and the idea is pretty funny. Simple game, executed well, though it's not super engaging. I would have loved some goofy music, even if it's not realistic! Haha. Good job!
Cool game! It took me a while to understand the controls, but they aren't bad once you get the hang of them. I think I will come back and try to beat it, because I am intrigued by the premise! I liked the music although I wish it looped better. Good job!
Great game! I really like the monochromatic graphics and the transition to colors. Its beautiful about halfway through when the "stars" start changing colors. I think the flashing was a bit too much - it hurt my eyes. The way you implemented multiplayer is really nice. One critique: the players' balls should never leave the screen IMO. But, great job!
Good game! I liked the graphics sound effects. The music didn't seem to fit the gameplay too well. I liked how the story made this more than a 3D Space Invaders, so that was a good decision. Also, very hard! Good job!
Loved the music and I think this is the first LDJam game I've played with a video opening! I didn't really understand the gameplay though. Why do I need to build depots outside of the cities? Where are areas that need power? What did the second button do when you click on a depot? Also, the lightning strikes were very annoying to repair - maybe they should repair automatically? I feel like I'm being harsh but I still did enjoy trying to figure it out. Good job!
Great game! I loved the art and sound (though the music was a bit loud). My only real complaint was that the missiles seemed a bit useless. They might be easier to use if they had a longer range or there was some way to fire them in a direction away from the cursor? But that might have been a design decision so it's fine either way. Great job!
Great game, one of my favorites so far! I loved all the graphics and art. At first, I thought the physics were like Mario Galaxy, but when I realized how they actually worked, everything clicked. I know we talked a bit about the input while I was streaming - that's really the only problem I had but I'm not sure if there's a better way to handle it.
I also thought it was nice how you could "cheat" if a level was too difficult, but it does rely on players to regulate difficulty for themselves. If you expand on this, you could add collectables that require players to visit all sections of a level, for completionists.
Anyway, great job!
Great game! Once I got the hang of the controls, everything was very smooth. The main menu stumped me for a while. If you were to expand on this, some markers for past throws would be really helpful to solve some of the puzzles. Good job!
Good game! I really loved the art and mood. Nice that you included sound. I'm not sure I understood the mechanics but I was able to win. I did like the 4-lanes mechanic, I had to pay attention to them all. It seemed that the AI mostly just spawned things on lane 1 though? Or was just the RNG? Anyway, good job!
Great game! It was very thoughtful to add a color blind mode. Difficulty ramped up well and the rules were intuitive! I skipped ahead a few levels and had to go back to practice. I wish there was sound, but overall good job!
Cool game! It's very relaxing but could have used some more variation in game play. The different items did freshen things up a bit though. I liked the different musical themes! Good job.
Nice game! The gameplay is actually pretty polished but very hard. I think the beginning timer could be longer to allow for more scouting. Impressive that you were able to implement an options menu! I liked the music but definitely missed sound effects! Also impressed with the graphics! Good job.
Great game. Very relaxing, zen game. Music is the star, but I liked the art too. The world felt a bit empty but that might be the point. Great job!
Great game! I'm pretty bad so I would enjoy an easy mode but I actually love the mechanics. Loved the music and the art is simple in a good way. Good job!
Great game! Nice of you to include gender/sexuality choices. I loved the graphics! Very nice style. One time I got a game over for no reason I could tell. I think an ex snuck up behind me. Maybe a notification sound would help. Good job!
Love the art style and the graphics in general. Music is nice but maybe a little short. Some bugs with the camera, lighting, and movement around the poles. Also it's very easy but I found it relaxing. Good job!
Great game! I'm very impressed with the physics, I found no bugs and switched between 2D and 3D always did what I expected. Good art and sound. My only critique is that the spike hitboxes seemed a bit too large. But overall, I really enjoyed it!
I loved the art here! Gameplay is OK but could have used a bit more - powerups or enemy types or something. At first I thought the way that the skeletons stopped next to you before attacking was strange, but it does as a some strategy. I have to complain about the water sound a bit though... it doesn't sound like an ocean! Haha. But good job!
Good game! I enjoyed moving the planets around. The art was nice too! I think you were going for a funny juxtaposition of the "zen" game with the "Mother-" voices, and it worked, but for me the voice line got repetitive and was too loud.
Good job!
Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm glad you enjoyed jumping, I really tried to make that feel very fun. The backflip was supposed to be a very safe jump to help you build up height "charge," but it turned out to not be very needed.
I'm glad you enjoy the sound and art!
If I revisit it, more challenge, levels, mechanics and content in general would definitely be the first thing to add.
Great game! The controls were a little awkward, I couldn't use the arrow keys and it seemed more intuitive to me for return and space to be switched. I loved the music, and the graphics had their own charm. Great concept too! Good job.
Good job for sure! The game has many issues but I think with some polish it could really clean up well. The physics are too floaty and it's hard to control since you can't move in the air. I did like how you composed multiple music tracks. Good job!
Wonderful graphics and music. The game seems interesting but it was hard to play for me because I had trouble reading the text. I think I will come back and try to unravel the mystery. Plot based games are always impressive due to time constraints, so good job!
I liked the idea of placing the guns, but it seems unintuitive how they shoot, or how the game decides which gun will fire when I click. I never really got the pattern. With some work I think you have a good idea here. Good job!
Cool little game. I loved the art and the idea of little planets! The sound effects were a little loud compared to the music. Jumping on the star's heads seemed to be a little buggy, but that's really the only issue I encountered. Good job!
Great job really! Controls smoothly. Only real complaint is that the comets seemed to fly by too fast to react to. I also didn't realize what the coin sound meant as first, I thought I was collecting something but couldn't tell what! Good job!
Great game! The difficulty ramped up really well. The last level is missing the second pink portal! Only other complain is the text is difficult to read. Great level design! Good job.
Good game. I think you took the theme in a pretty good direction. My only complaint is that as you get more planets, and the camera zooms out, it becomes very hard to see asteroids. But it was fun to fly around and collect planets! Good job!
Good game! It's fun to sling the planets around and listen to the result. I wish the play area was a little bigger so planets did not despawn as easily. Good job!
Interesting merging of genres. I wish you could speed up the planet phase, since it's pretty boring. I'm not sure what I needed the rock/ore resource for. But overall, very cool idea. Good job!
Fun game! Was it randomly generated? Nice touch. Jumping is difficult to use and I actually tried to avoid speed boosts because it made it very hard to control. Liked the music but missed sound effects. Only other problem I had was I would get stuck on the sides of the teleporters, making it hard to use them! Good job.
Really nice game! I liked the simple concept. I think the gameplay could be better if the humans moved in a less random way, maybe followed a pattern. Controls were good and I didn't encounter any bugs. Good job!
Wow, super impressive! The graphics are all really pretty, and the shader work is top-notch. Towards the end, the bloom and chromatic aberration started to hurt my eyes a bit, but I think it's worth the experience. Also, I could see myself listening to the music outside the game - it was great! I especially liked how it synchronized with specific points in the course.
Gameplay was fun! The course is also surprisingly long for a ludum dare game! My only complaint here was that crouching didn't seem to really do anything, besides maybe dodge under obstacles.
The theme is fun too. I was not expecting to see that first foot in the forest - I guess I should have expected it from the game's name!
Anyway, great entry!
This game is just so cute! The art is great in general and I was really impressed with the music. The sound effects give the game a goofy vibe.
The collection aspect is right up my alley, and I found myself playing for quite a while! I do agree that it takes a while to get going, but fishing games are about patience, right? The reel sound got a little grating after a while, but that's my only real complaint. Very nice job!
This game is really charming! I love your models and visuals in general - nice and bright and the blur effect is cool looking. The "twist" at the end gave me a chuckle!
I was a little confused at the beginning, since I didn't realize I had to capture a specific bug. I kept thinking my 'F' key wasn't working, so I guess given more dev time, error feedback would be nice.
Very good entry! Thank you for giving me the link!
