Great job here. The art is nice and clean and easy to look at. The audio fits nice. The puzzles were unique and interesting. Good entry overall!

Great job here. The art is nice and clean and easy to look at. The audio fits nice. The puzzles were unique and interesting. Good entry overall!
I'm just awful at platformers, but overall a really fun game. Solid entry and I really liked having to go backward through the level again. Though I didn't get through it. Lol
What an awesome entry! It definitely helped that I had a bunch of viewers on my channel to play with. The lag is a bit intense, but if you can get past it and play with a group of people it's really enjoyable I wish it were a bit easier to get going so we could have tried out other movesets.
Super fun entry. The bonus level was such a nice tough. I'm really glad it was there to show the true difficulty potential of the game. The character art could have had a better color/texture to separate it from a default Blender material, but overall a great entry. I want more!
Wow! Really fun entry. I had a blast playing this on stream. The last level was definitely a lot harder, but oh so satisfying and a great challenge after all the build up. The audio is a bit lacking but overall a fantastic entry. Thanks!
Whoa. Really interesting concept here. Loved the dragging mechanic and especially the feedback when you dropped them off. Knowing the direction you're facing would have helped a lot as I shot a lot of walls. Solid entry. Tripping balls for sure.
Really great entry. A very fun little game. The spells felt nice when you combo'd them together and the balance was on point. Music and a run animation would have been two delicious cherries on top of this wonderful experience. Thanks!
Fantastic entry! Well deserved praise. I know you claim there are some bugs but I couldn't find them. What a great game that really hits us all right where it counts. lol. I loved being able to simulate skipping on all my responsibilities for once. XD Thanks!
This was a solid entry for the jam! The feedback on your gun was on point. It would have been nice to see more enemy variations and a shorter level before the boss. But the boss felt good and it was really nice to see alternate mechanics and even a second healthbar! Good fun entry!
Overall a decent idea, but I felt the combat was out of place and just too unfair. The sacrifice mechanic was okay once I got it but I still think it could have been executed better. Good work in general. Fun game and the leaderboard was a nice touch. 4th!
Hey fun little game! I finally got around to playing it. lol Definitely felt rushed like a jam game should. Good job, man. Hope you learned a lot.
I loved the aesthetics here. The gameboard feel was really nice. I felt like it was a bit too rng focuses unless I missed a mechanic. Nice entry!

Really neat little game. I like that you added extra paths in some of the levels but I would have liked to see more levels like the first one but overall a solid entry. Thanks!
Other than the movement issue, which I think you should fix and reupload. lol, it's pretty great! The swapping mechanic is really really smooth and definitely unique. Nice work!
Nice little puzzle game. Not so sure the genres were super incompatible but overall a good solid entry that was fun to play.
Hey! Pretty cool little game here! So when I got to the first town I was super excited when I saw all the things to buy and sell, but then couldn't figure out how to swap weapons or mine rocks from my quest so all that excitement to get to the next town and upgrade again was suddenly lost.
Some sound effects and hit indicators for enemies would have helped a lot.
The art was pretty good given the time constraints
Overall it was pretty fun but a little too challenging for me. Good entry!
Wow. Seriously too deep for an LD game. I was taken by surprise by the depth of this. Thank you for making such an awesome entry!
Wow I wasn't expecting to be stumped so quick in single player. Really fun little game. I might have to play this with my brother tomorrow. Thanks!
@theArtifacts I think this concept could have worked better if each bridge/roadblock had all blank letters and you had to create the entire word yourself. The diagonal movement bothered me a bit, but that's just the nature of isometric games, so you're fine there. In general I think you did a good job. The art looks really nice. I want to play a life sim in this map (minus the fog and the gaps in the road of course) lol. I got trapped in a section of the world that took me too long to backtrack through to find another way around so I was consumed by the fog. But I kind of enjoyed the impending doom, waiting for my inevitable end trapped between a car and the edge of the city. Good work!
Ha ha ha! Well let's just say I grow some tasty babies I guess. Awesome entry. Thanks for sharing!
What a cool concept! You mashed the genres together almost too well. lol I love the upgrade system. It gave players a lot of gameplay potential and made me want to keep going. Good solid entry. : ) Well done!
Really awesome take on a tower defense. I mostly loved the bug that made me feel like I won even though I didn't have a clue what was going on for half of my first attempt. : ) Great work.
Awesome! The voiceovers killed me! lol Felt a bit too tough. I would have liked to experience a victory screen once at least. Lol Really good feedback on the bullet hit. Loved it!
I loooove the aesthetic in this game. Some of the very best art I've seen so far in the jam. Awesome genre mashup too. They seemed pretty compatible to me. : )
Really interesting idea with a single boss fight. It was a lot of fun once I figured out the controls and realized I was supposed to be in a car. Something about knowing it was a car made the controls feels o much more reasonable and correct. Awesome game!
Wow. What a fun LD entry. Good work! I could punch that old pc all day long. : )
Dang. Really fantastic game here. You did a swell job combining the two genres and capturing a doable aesthetic within the time alotted. The puzzles can be a bit misleading but once my entire twitch chat just gave me the answer it was much easier. Lol Thanks for thinking outside the box. Really fun!
Of course @theArtifacts ! Drop the link or send it over Discord! And thanks for all the comments. I'll be playing a ton of games on Twitch over the next week.
@AfroAnt So I think if we would have gone more with a more Mario and less "fall to your death a whole lot" approach then it could have worked better with the fully written controls. But we wanted an almost puzzle/twitch platformer feel to really smash some opposing genres together. So shortcuts were pretty necessary. There's definitely some situations where you end up just mashing your keyboard trying to get her to stop before falling of a ledge. Lol
After the prototype though, I can see some actual text adventure-esque potential here if we cut out a lot of the twitchy platformer stuff.
Thanks everyone for the kind words! It's really exciting watching everyone stream the game, and so satisfying when they figure out some of the nuances in the commands and figure out how to finish each level.
@Kovakomes Oh no! Lol You just have to "enter" the portal to go through it... We ran out of time to polish our tutorial. Biggest regret so far. That and level 4.... *shudders*
I finished it! Really fun. Real physics could have been a blast in this, but overall it was a nice little jam game and fit the theme well. : )
Chills ran down my spine. My hair stood on end. My nails instinctively found my mouth and my stomach turned. I watched in horror as my best friend, Eight, was eaten alive right before my widened eyes. I turned and began to run, knowing in the back of my head I had to find more friends that equaled 16 or my fate would be sealed. For some reason...
This was a blast. But I can't math very well. I just collect 1's the whole time until I win. ;)
Awesome game!
Really neat. Wish the red spaceship wasn't such a jerk. Having a split second to collect my ships would have helped a lot. Fun game overall. Felt good finally getting back at those damn asteroids with a whole fleet of ships.
Omg. I raged the first try. Lol Then it got better when I noticed the coords were laid out for me. Phew. Then I did much better and the game won me over. Awesome theme and mood. Really immersive.
