The game is very fun, the mechanics are very intuitive. I loved the graphic design. The only thing that could be better is the level design. Good game =)

The game is very fun, the mechanics are very intuitive. I loved the graphic design. The only thing that could be better is the level design. Good game =)
Loved the aesthetics and the mechanics. Nice work!
It was quite fun, the graphics and audio I think are 10/10, one suggestion would be to allow throwing your swing towards a direction rather than clicking on a wall? I found it difficult at times to click on something while falling with the camera movement changes.
Quite a good game. It's a big plus that it runs in the browser. It took some time to master the rope mechanic but otherwise it was pretty solid.
The graphics and theme were super cute, but the controls felt clunky and imprecise. There was a specific part where you swung from one platform into a "hidden" pocket, but then there wasn't any way out of that pocket other than to attempt to climb with your rope, which was extremely frustrating and may have been impossible. The level design was also rather confusing and felt like it should have been more open-ended than it actually was. You could clearly see future areas of the map that you could theoretically get to easily, and even that I did occasionally reach, but half the time you try there's a mysterious kill plane or the camera stops and lets you fall to your death.
Nice visual and audio. A little strange level design. But it's actually nice game
I really like the graphics and the atmosphere of this game! I found it a bit difficult to manage the controls with both the keyboard and the mouse at the same time, but that mushroom is adorable and it's really good that it's within the browser!
Brilliant atmosphere brought together by fantastic art and wonderful music! The smooth animations and the color shifting as you descend really make the world feel alive. I found the level to be a bit confusing to navigate, but I enjoyed exploring it nonetheless. Great work!
Wow seriously great game. Animations and art were very well done, same with the audio. The swing mechanic was a little bit tricky to get down but a lot of fun to learn!
Incredible work. I'm speechless. It has the quality of a commercial game in all aspects (controls, graphics, music). The only problem is I don't feel proud of my entry anymore.
+ The art and soundtrack are great! - The rope-swinging felt a little clunky
I think the mushroom puns made this worth playing just by themselves  I love the aesthetic and thought the characters were super cute. I think I would have preferred it if the rope fired all the time instead of just at the wall. I thought it wasn't working to begin with until I figured it was only at certain points. I also got a bit lost in the level, but I had fun. Nice work
I really like your game. The pixelart looks neat and I love the details in some of the animations. The soundtrack also works well. The only thing I would critique are the swing mechanics/physics. Because it is such an important part of the game I would have expected them to work a bit smoother. Great game.
The game was really fun to play and very unique as well, it's not very common to see a rope swinging game in game jams. loved the artstyle and and atmoshpere of the game. :D
The game is very cute and really nicely done ! I don't have a lot more to say, except congratulations !
The graphics are beautiful, I especially liked the character art. I died many times but I think it's the kind of game you want to keep playing just because the atmosphere is so nice. Great job!
Graphics and music are amazing! The tutorial at the start gives me some Binding of Isaac vibes. The gameplay is very enjoyable to go through. The health pickups are well-placed. There is a decent variety of enemies. The level design was different enough, and was good at ramping up the challenge. Also really nice attention to detail where the day turns to night over the course of the progress in the game. There were a few times where I fell to my death thinking it was safe to land on, but I learnt eventually where to look to find the path. Great game!
Great atmosphere, fully formed look and feel, totally fine sound effects and excellent music.
Could easily see this getting fleshed out into a full game available for purchase in all the game app stores.
As someone mentioned, the level design leaves something to be desired, but you can't really be picky in about that kind of thing in a game created over a weekend.
Y'all should be proud - very nicely done overall!
Great work, very nice graphics, but the controls feel clunky. I had hard time moving upwards using the swinging, I was struggling a lot to make simple things. If it was allowed to jump once from swinging, it would be a total game changer. Still, ipmressive work.
Feels very polished when it comes to the visuals and the music! The grapple feels a bit awkward at times, but it's a very nice entry overall ^^
Absolutely beautiful art and lovely ambient music, the gameplay was fun and pretty intuitive too. It really seemed like you'd find a cool secret if you crawl up the shaft at the start, but it looks like there's nothing so that's a little disappointing. Also I think it would have been better to always let you fire the rope even when it won't hit anything.
This is beautiful : art, animation, sound design (really great job on the different mushrooms, they're so cute). The overall mood of the game works really well for me. In terms of design, it's simple and effective, the only thing I'll add is maybe that the hook felt a little weak or maybe it's the level design that's a bit too narrow. Thanks for this, it's really great (:
Really love the art, music and the entire concept! Only thing that felt a bit frustrating to me is that I never felt like I understood when I was allowed to shoot the hook and when not – I ended up getting hit or falling to death quite often because of that. But hey, at least I turned into some nice shiitake! :)
Wonderfully unique mechanic and equally wonderful character design! I'm a big fan of what you have here, I was sometimes unable to gain enough momentum to really get where I wanted but I would just have to take more time to get used to the mechanic. props!
Great art, music and graphics. The game was fun to play, but the rope mechanic was difficult to master. There was this one glitch where I got stuck inside the wall, and the level design was a bit weird but apart from that it was a great game.
The graphics and sound were decent. I liked the world and the characters, the dark world and atmosphere were super nice. Good job! Maybe some checkpoints were helpful. It's a bit frustrating to start completely again when dying.
Beautiful graphics with a really well balanced colour palette. The game mechanics are interesting and work well, would love a full game with even more polish, especially on the momentum of the grapple.
Great work!
Really really nice work! - The concept is excellent and the graphics are spot on. - Maybe it's just the browser version of the game, but the controls felt a touch unresponsive / delayed. - The grapple mechanic should ALWAYS shoot out imo. When you aim in to the abyss or too far from a target, the player should see something happen instead of silently failing to fire the grapple. - The enemies were cleverly designed and well-animated. - The level design / guiding the player the right direction could be better. Consider "lighting" or a consistent design language for leading the player the correct way. - Climbing a vertical wall felt too difficult. Maybe I have the wrong technique for it though :) - The mouse cursor icon is hidden behind the grass sprites.
Nice work folks!
This game has a beautiful aesthetic. The graphic design, in combination with the music, really sets the mood :) It takes some time getting used to the grapple mechanic. Also I was quite lost here and there, but I didn't really care, because of that I could explore the world a bit more :)
Well done!
I really liked the game. There was no music, though (is it just me)? The hidden cave/tunnel reminded me of Hollow Knight. haha Really liked the graphics and everything.
Let me tell you that this is the best game from this LDjam! I can't believe it's so well polished and was made only in one weekend. GJ!!
So cute! Amazing game bro! Good Job! Hello from Brazil!
I loved the hard to reach/secret hearts, the gameplay is fun, the graphics are charming, the music is relaxing, the soundeffects are adorable! Very nice game overall, like it a lot!!
The graphics and music are great. The game mechanics I like a lot.
This was very well done and I enjoyed it immensely. Solid design all around
I love so much the bounce of this tiny mushroom ! So cute. And the different kinds are really cool. The mecanic, music and graphics are also great !
I love so much those mushrooms T_T
I like that you guys tried to make a grappling hook mechanic, the only problem I have is that the controls are a bit wonky but that can be easily fixed
What to say, I always like some good old grappling mechanic!. I feel like almost every platformer that I have played should increase the gravity because the fall down is really slow, but overall excelent. I also like the SFX on this one.
The atmosphere is crazy !
But I didn't always understand why I couldn't or couldn't hold on. I suppose that some wall on the side does not allow you to hang on. But there is nothing visually different, so you need to die on this walls to understand that "it's not that way", a little bit frustrating.
The rope swinging is a fun mechanic. Well done! I can see this being featured by speed-runners ;) I fell into some shortcuts a few times, I'm sure there are more!
The gameplay and the art is amazing ! awesome work !
Fun swinging mechanic, and the art and sound were great as well! It was hard to figure out where I could and couldn't go without dying (invisible killboxes, maybe?) but I found my way to end regardless. Great entry guys! :mushroom:
Art and sound are awesome, but as others have said it was a bit difficult to determine where I was meant to go (other than down) and why I couldn't attach to some surfaces
At first the game couldn't start for some reason, but eventually it worked fine! I really love the aesthetics!! The art and the animations are amazing!
The swing mechanic is kinda weird, i thinnk it can improve a lot.
Music and sound effects fitting perfectly to the mood of the game.
I like the fact that you have many ways to get through the levels, especially the hidden places.
Really enjoyed it, nice game!

I love mushrooms. I love grappling hook games. Without realizing it you made a game exactly for me. Loved it, great work!
Polished and great looking game. Really impressive.
the physics are so good! but its a litle bit hard to start all the way up again. btw. there are a tons of short cuts.
Nice game! The atmosphere is on point! The swinging is fun but climbing back can turn out to be a bit tedious at times! Still very enjoyable with a neat chill vibe 🍄
Good game! Great job on graphics, I love the animations of the mushrooms and the lighting. I just find the swing physics a bit weird sometimes.
It took me a while to get the hang of the swing mechanic and I think there's still a lot of room for improvement, but the aesthetic atmosphere is on point. The graphics and sounds are really cute. Good job!
5 stars across the board.
ty for the game Great job!
I'm amazed! I love the graphics, the character and the mood you created for me while playing. The mechanics are fun. If I would have participated in the LD I would give you tons of stars. Keep up the good work!
Great game! Love the graphics and music/sound. Love the mushroom designs and how they were animated. The game looks really good. I think you can polish the swinging mechanic and at times I wasn't sure where I should go, so maybe some pointers/markers would be good. But overall amazing work for 72 hours! Well done!
Great little game. Play mechanic is a touch jank and it hurts my enjoyment of the game a little, but still a tremendous entry into LD48.
The characters, graphics/art, sound and mood atmosphere you put forward in this game is just top tier stuff. Love all of that.
The movement and rope mechanic is a really fun novel concept I've only really seen in Worms/Worms Armageddon and Bionic commando so it's a really untapped mechanic. The current mechanic you have is pretty alright but I think with some more fine tuning and testing, could make for a really fun satisfying game about swinging and jumping around.
Like @pnkvrt I was also a little confused on where to go so workshopping level design/some markers would be a really beneficial thing or streamline the level design perhaps.
Overall a solid entry and great job at finishing!
This game was already winning for incorporating mushrooms into it! Goblin loves mushrooms! It was fun swinging around being spider-shroom!
Awesome music! Can you upload game theme on SoundCloud or YouTube please?
Fun game, nice sounds. Can get a bit challenging with the limited lives. Overall, nice job!
Nice music and super art! It's quite challenging to get the rope mechanics right
I love the artstyle and he mood. Moreover, I had fun playing it.
Good job
Great art and nice level design! I always like a grappling hook mechanic :) I liked swinging between trees and beating up other 'shrooms!
Controls felt a bit sticky at times. The fact that it does not shoot if the target is too far feels unresponsive at times, and it was hard to swing correctly. Also the difficulty was a bit too hard for a jam game - I wish the game did not restart on failure and that there were some checkpoints.
Loved level design. Not sure how non-linear it actually is, but it feels really open-worldy. One thing I'd add is the ability to climb the rope up & down with W/S when you're hanging on it.
Just finished it, love the ending!
The art and audio set the mood nicely, i loved the "de-motivational" quotes on death :p
The controls when swinging were a little bit off for me, especially when you tried to gain momentum by swinging back and forth the felt like they were to direct, like it was moving the character to the direction but not affecting the momentum gained while swinging to the correct direction (not sure if that makes sense).
The level design was really nice i liked the shortcuts that you had, overall it was a great experience, good job!
Hi ! Sound and graphic design were really on top ! Controls were a bit hard to master but overall so cool, thanks !! Nice shroomed world !!
Fun entry! Visuals and audio are top notch. Maybe would help at first to have a small indicator of where your aim reaches.
This was a really nice and smooth game, congrats!
As a small feedback, some jumps felt a bit like leaps of faith (maybe you could fix this by allowing the player to move the camera a bit).
I'm not very good at this game, but it was great, the music felt like a mysterious bog, the puns after your death, the only problems I have with it are that the mycelium doesn't feel too great, like it's too bouncy or something, hard to get inertia. Graphics and animation were great though, can't believe you did this in 3 days!
Excellent work! The art was amazing, the main character was really cute, and the swinging mechanic felt really nice.
This game is so good, that I'm really stretching to find areas of improvement. I did notice 2 small things while I was playing that would be good to fix if this is going to be developed further:
1. The art was so good, that the inconsistency in the level tiling was jarring at times. Capture.JPG
2. Occasionally, I couldn't tell where to jump. This was telegraphed to the player at times with the overhanging branches (almost like a hand pointing "go over there"). At other times however, I wasn't sure whether I needed to climb down the side of a wall, or take a huge leap to the other side of the screen.
Really solid work. Good job!
Very nice game. I love the artwork and overall feeling of the visuals. The audio matches the mood and feels nice and whimsical. I'm a little thrown off by the abruptness of the transitions between scenes, for both the audio and the visuals (from title to game, or death to respawn).
The mechanics of the game feel okay for the most part, the jumping and movement feel fine. I like the grapple mechanic, and how it's used as an attack as well. The swinging takes some getting used to.
But I had a huge issue with how the grapple only shoots out if something is in range. It didn't feel good to press my action button, and have nothing happen.
The level is filled with a good variety of enemies to deal with, they all look different and do different things. There were some questionable level design choices, a couple "leaps of faith" that don't feel great to face. I also didn't notice any checkpoints, which really raised the stakes when facing a leap of faith 2/3rds of the way down.
Again the visuals are very nice, lighting looks great, the music and sounds are good.
Good job!

was the retraction bug fixed in webgl version?
Really enjoyed this game, something uncommon and well done for a short jam. I like the swinging mechanic. A note to anyone playing on the web, it took me about 5 minutes to load the game for some reason. Anyway - well done!
Nice game, although sometimes a bit frustrating to make some of the jumps.
I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to ascend, but clearly you aren't meant to.
It was an excellent game that felt very well thought out. The actual means of getting the grappling hook to connect took me a bit to get used to, but once I did, it started to feel really good. Well done!
Graphics are nice, controls are a bit difficult.
Nice game!
The art and music are really really cute. I loved the jumping sound. The gameplay feels surprisingly nice. It's not perfect, but platforming controls are hard as hell to make properly, the rope mechanic feels really hard to do too and yet the game is very enjoyable. Good job! The level design feels a bit meh at times, maybe making the game shorter by cutting some uninteresting parts would make it even better.
Thanks for the game I had fun!
Yay found another game that lets me swing around! Cute! Incredible art and animation! Really fun to play too. I think it would be nice if I can just swing my mushroom web at anything and not just when I click on walls. I'd like to be able to sling at anything hahahaha. Also, while hanging on to my web, it'll be nice if I can also extend the web or shorten it at will.
This game did a really good job, I love the art and the sound effects are cute! The web-swinging mechanic is neat, even if it doesn't really make sense for a mushroom to do it. (It's a grappling hook, but also mycelium?) Regardless, good job with this!
