So much art work and so many levels. Great job, very cute! It took me a while to complete Level 5 but once I got the hang of the springs it all went well.

So much art work and so many levels. Great job, very cute! It took me a while to complete Level 5 but once I got the hang of the springs it all went well.
This game was very charming, I loved the aesthetics of it all especially the music and sound effects! The story was funny and the gameplay addicting, well done!
I love it!
Very cute and appealing, nice variety of levels too, very impressive amount of content for a jam!
Will say I didn't find myself without a finger on the boost the entire time, though. I think some of the following could've helped make more interesting micro-decisions while playing: -Momentum in movement that you'd have to counter act to keep steady -A boost-gauge that depletes and refill
An emphasized momentum based movement would require whole new levels probably done from scratch so really I think making the speed boost a resource you have to manage would be the go-to lil improvement I'd suggest.
Nice game! really liked the little cutscene at the start and the simple controls. Your level design skills are amazing and you explored everything you could do with that movement mechanic. Great work : )
Nice art and gameplay buddy...Keep up the good work
Cool idea, takes some time to get used to the controls :)
Unfortunately I'm not very good at it so I didn't get that far, but the artwork is excellent and it has tonnes of polish!
This was SO GOOD, and SO CHARMING! :heartbeat: An honest to goodness fun game to play, this is the kind of flash game I would have loved to play growing up. Cute art, great level design, catchy music. All around goodness, great job!
Interesting. Felt that shift was under used as I solved most puzzles without needing it. Couple of the levels really were challenging which I consider a good thing. Overall an solid experience.
I love the idea for your theme! The hilarious premise, art, and funky music = awesome game.
Such an awesome concept! Great art style and gameplay was unique and entertaining. Can't wait to see what you will create next.
A funny game that is *slightly* infuriating. I can see a lot of effort went into it, especially the art, so well done!
It's a decent game with a nice idea for core gameplay. I really like it.
Nice game! I very enjoyed it! Character design and game mechanics are very cool!
It's definitely cute.
It was a very nice game, very surprised by the gameplay ! The art is very cool and cute :)
chrome_bNp7v1iD4T.png Here is my speedrun time, it was my second run.
Fun game, I was happy to do all these levels. I didn't expect that many. The story is quite funny and fits well the theme. It would be interesting to see other difficulties maybe because it gets a little redundant at the end. I think it's a game better fit for mobile maybe and it would be interesting to see how you would manage the controls on this platform. Good luck with your future devs.
I hope Tina and Lina are ok after being blown up again and again... Managed to finish it, fun and polished entry!
Nicely done, from the art to music, gameplay and levels 👍
Nice little Kuru Kuru Kururin clone. Pretty good amount of levels for a game jam game, too. The characters are cute, I get big 2000's Visual Novel vibes from them. The difficulty level is good - it gets tough but doesn't feel unfair. I feel like the difficulty curve was a little off with some later levels being easier than earlier ones but it's not that big a deal. My only complaint is that some of the visuals clash a little bit with each other; otherwise, great job.
Fantastic game, lots of fun. Great art and fun little movement puzzles.
Well done!
16 levels is pretty big amount of levels for a jam, really impressive. The sound suited the game well, giving the right amusement park feel. Overall a nice game
I liked your game my congratulations, I also did one if you want to know, and give me your feedback I am very grateful, this is the link https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/resurrection
The idea of game mechanic is already very impressive. The lovely characters make it even better! It feels like I was having fun at the theme park.
I love this Game! This may be one of the better games that i played in LD47. I am very impressed how you made the art assets in just 3 days
Wow, thats really a nice game! It's nice, that there is a story behind and i like the art style.
the idea was very well executed with drawings full of personality, at first glance I thought I would play a game novel, exciting music great work!
The concept is simple yet addictive and well implemented. Had a blast playing this, great levels and pacing. The anime girls round off a very good entry.
So good! Such a funny premise for the game mechanic. 5.0!
Those screams will haunt me in my dreams!
Very impressive. I'm not a big fan of this "all around the place" artstyle, but I enjoyed that one bit of the story, the premise is really lovely and over the top :)
The gameplay itself sucked me in and some levels felt really great when you got the timing and movement right (I think that level 5 really hit me with this feeling first and I got really into it)! I really enjoyed the playthrough, like really :)
Great work!
Great artwork. Cute story. Game play is unique, but level design is kind of repetitive. I felt like each level could have done a better job at trying to present a new type challenge, rather than just the same "wait for the thing to spin into the proper angle so I can move through this corner". The spring was one way to do it, needed more things like the springs (maybe there was more but I gave up at a later level, feeling like I had seen everything.
Overall a good entry though! Congrats!
A wacky but super fun game! Not too hard but too easy.
I like the reverse button and think you should consider adding more modifiers like that :)
I finished the game in 3'34"65!
Congrats on a finished game!!
Very interesting mechanic that doesn't get boring and keeps the players attention. With more polish this game could be really great! I liked the art of the girls, you should try to incorporated that more with the art of the actual game.
So so so so cool! I love the simplicity of this one, and yet it was able to put me in a "flow zone" that I don't normally get out of jam games. These levels are all really cleverly designed, and once I started to get used to the character movement, I really felt like a master of planning things ahead!
I will say that some of the levels required a liiiiittle too much precision for my tastes, but I like how you gave the player some leeway between hits so one mistake doesn't completely ruin them.
The art as well was top-notch. Everything was so cute!! Very nicely done, all-around.
Such a bizarre concept and not really an art style I enjoy but probably one of the best puzzle vs skill, theme fitting games I have played so far. Awesome job
It's cute, it has nice illustrations that translate to cute graphics. The spin on the theme (pun intented) is quite interesting, although it failed to complete catch me. Nice mechanics and pretty polished experience otherwise, good job!
*double post missclick*
A very appealing and fun game! Writing/story/premise leading up to the loop mechanic/gameplay is masterful, as are the music and sound design + the fail animations. They got me totally immersed, seriously felt some kind of excitement like I'm there in an amusement park or at a fair. Altogether very well done (during a jam!!!)!
Oh wow that's impressive, everything is in there! Loved the idea, really fitting for the theme, loads of levels, with increasing difficulty, nice music and sound effects (super cool that each characters had their own sound when touching something). Addictive gameplay and not so easy to finish. Plus the arts were gorgeous AND there is a story behind. Amazing work, well done!
Thank you for the experience :). Nice vibes, nice atmosphere and reeeally good game feel! It makes you FEEL what it's like to be drifting for ever haha, and you get used to it and slipping through narrow places this way feels great. You created a very nice game around this very simple mechanic :). Congrats!
A nice puzzle action game with cute graphics and interesting gameplay - nice use of the theme and a surprising number of levels. Nice work!
Interesting mechanics that fits the theme very well! The level design is outstanding, with a good learning curve, a large amount of levels and even multiple background visuals.
Nice puzzle game. Good art and nice chill music(though it gets repetitive.) I kept exploiting the iframes when you take damage to speed through a lot of the tougher sections lol but the levels were cool overall. I never felt like any of them were too challenging or hard to get through. Having a timer at the end for your total time is a nice touch, it makes the player want to go fast even though the game seems pretty casual. Adding a couple extra mechanics, like something that speeds up/slows down the rotation would be cool too and would allow for even more levels. Nice work!
I love the sound and art style!
Great game, it's basically kururin but I liked the level designs and the music was upbeat and fun! Managed to beat the game in 2'19"47 so quite a bit below the 3 minutes you posted about :p
kururin.png
@herman-chau that time is very impressive! You are the champion 🏆!
Ha! I knew by the cover art, that I've seen this style before :) And then it dawned on me: AMT: Alien Medical Technician! Which I enjoyed pretty much if I remeber correctly. Great to see you back with a new entry!
Managed to beat the game in 3:44! I mean, this won't win any innovation prices being a obvious Kuru Kuru Kururin inspired game but at least it's the first I saw this jam. And this skill based genre is right up my alley. The art is as to be expected the star of this game even though the core game play mechanics are pretty solid as well. The controls are snappy and I didn't encounter any bugs. Good job! Aside from the cute character art, the rest of the environments lack some depth and fidelity. Would've been awesome if the stages had the same treatment as the main illustrations. The levels looked a little bland in comparison. But hey, it's a jam! Some corners have to be cut. I really don't want to exchange all those illustrated character animations with some better level tilemaps, if i'm quite honest :)
All in all a good kuru kuru kururin clone with a great anime twist including an absolute bonkers premise. Just how I like it! Hope to so you again in 2021 :)
Okay, that's pretty nice game, but the ingame graphic might be better fin the main art style. But overall I got my fun playing it, well done :)
I like the story you built around it and there were quite a few levels, which is nice to see. It's a bit hard to give you full credit for that though since it's obviously a copy of Kuru Kuru Kururin.
**Good game! Fun and very challenging! (This was pretty hard for me)**
**Here is my feedback:**
**What I liked?** - Nice main menu. - Nice art. - I liked the music. - I liked the story. - Nice SFX. - I liked it when the timer starts, only if I start moving. - I liked the level design. - Good transitions. - I enjoyed the mechanics and the gameplay of the game.
**What I disliked?** - I saw what you did there! [1]
**Bugs:** - If you collided with the wall while the scream, your hearts doesn't get decreased. - If I am not wrong, the game doesn't start, when I press Enter.
**Suggestions:** - Display the max level. - Hide/disable the cursor/mouse on the game.

No critical things were found. I think!

Final time was 4 minutes, 30 seconds about.
The screams were fun!
At first I thought it was going to be a novel based game, that's how good the intro was.
My final time was 3:57.27! This would be fine to speed run! I think some of the levels were a bit easy to cheese through, but otherwise great job!
nice game ,with a fun story and gameplay.
Female screams were a bit terrifying to hear  The pace and difficulty curve feels great. Backstory and full hand-drawn comic is a nice touch as well.
Here is my playthrough:
https://youtu.be/VtErRr6GcNA
nice game, loved the art work there and good level design
What a fun game! Didn't expect so many levels to get through, you really explored where you can go with this mechanic! I especially liked the level where you have to repeatedly press the "button" to align the wheel constantly in a straight line!
Very simple mechanic, yet so many levels of complexity to the levels. Feels like you explored it pretty well. Nice bit of story as well. I like this! Congrats!
Had not heard of kururin before playing this game, haha. Finished with a time of 3:15:12. Cute end screen!
I know it's hard for a game jam, but it felt like the aesthetic of the game could have been a bit more unified. If you look at kururin you can see they have this happy-go-lucky music and lots of cartoony/pastel backgrounds. Here, though, the backgrounds are things like...tiled grass/dirt textures? And the music is more EDM/dancey, which felt almost like it should have been for some sort of racing game.
I actually feel like this would be a really funny game using some other control scheme, like mouse controls or something...using the keyboard almost felt a little too precise. Anyways, fun game anyways!
Good but can be better in terms of fun and art.
Great Idea, I like the use of the theme, and the graphics are really good. I made it to level 12 before I kept crashing
The gameplay: nailed! The story: nailed! The graphics: nailed! The audio: nailed! You nailed it, No Grapes Games! This game is very professional-level!
Really enjoyed the level timer's reset on failure, allowing to optimize (including health consumption, hehe) to speedrun on the first playthrough!

Aww it's so cute and colorful! I loved the concept, great use of the theme, the music is fun and the characters are super cute. The story is also very humorous and the game is quite challenging, really awesome work! :3
Your game has a very creative and different mechanics. I liked the graphics as well as the sound. The controls are very comfortable. I don't think it was a very good experience. Congratulations.
