this game is very fun and I'm not sure why

LD52 — Harvest

Froot Processor by Joel Davis 2023-01-08T22:59:35Z

this is very impressive & I love that you made it in pico 8

great game

Space Harvest by lfreinoso 2023-01-08T22:48:26Z

lol I like the art style, looks like The Grand Budapest Hotel

I had to install UE Prerequisites to play, but the game was fun

Sow'n'Reap by PhilStrahl 2023-01-09T00:00:51Z

awesome game

after watching the tutorial (very useful) I couldn't hit play, so I had to restart the game

the art and music is very nice

the game seemed complex at first but after the first level I found it wasn't too complicated. it's oddly satisfying & fun to play :) maybe it's the sound effects

nice job

Reaper by aevek 2023-01-08T22:55:06Z

very impressive and clean for 48 hours

the jump sound got a little annoying, if you had a few variations it would make it nicer I bet

also I think a speedrun timer would be good for this game :)

Chihuahua Space Harvest by Zyper 2023-01-08T23:35:42Z

great game

gun knockback decrease is a weird upgrade, I liked my gun knockback, I was using it to get around faster :)

Tactile Harvest by JakobTheQuizGuy 2023-01-08T23:28:48Z

were you on acid when you came up with this idea? it's pretty great

the hand moves nicely

great game

Octo Garden by AppoxGames 2023-01-08T21:53:32Z

lol pretty neat game

I had trouble connecting to the seeds sometimes, and I wasn't sure if w/s was working at first since the guy moves so slow

I also flew off the screen by accident, whoops

Reap 6 (2 players) by VerttiXPertti 2023-01-08T22:43:12Z

nice game

I appreciate small game with polish over unpolished large game

Wakey Wakey by Jellybean 2023-01-08T21:25:27Z

I did it in 140

fun game

the poke hitbox confused me for a bit, I wish it was a little bigger

Harvest Inn by paloobi 2023-01-08T21:36:13Z

nice game, I like the music

I wish you could pick which seeds you purchase, and a bonus for more diverse foods would be nice

art is very good too :)

Blocky Battleships by FrederoxDev 2023-01-08T23:05:38Z

this is awesome, it must've been a pain to program the physics

it's a little glitchy but when it works it's very fun

you should put the controls in the game somewhere

Alien Harvester by Marcel0 2023-01-09T03:06:29Z

great game

the minimap is in an odd spot, but it is useful

I have to agree about the jump, it felt like I was waiting for it to end most of the time

the upgrades & rooms to purchase are cool though, makes the game more addicting

Alien Fruit Harvest by kossnocorp 2023-01-08T23:19:38Z

nice game, no bugs that I found :)

I'd like if the character stayed still while I aimed

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-08T21:41:06Z

@publicidadeba

thanks! me too, I think I made it a little too difficult too fast,

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-08T22:26:13Z

@0xwavy thanks, I'm pretty new to making art

some ambient forest noises would be perfect

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-08T23:00:18Z

@appoxgames thanks!

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-08T23:10:32Z

@lfreinoso great feedback I appreciate it

that lone tree won't give you any wood, my bad, I didn't have time to fix the collision for it :)

it's also very possible (likely) I made a mistake while exporting

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-08T23:36:36Z

@zyper thanks!

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-09T02:46:24Z

@pulni great feedback

dying to luck is no fun, I should tone down the luck a bit, and make the enemies more consistant

thanks for trying it out

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-10T15:11:11Z

@hypernoodlejon hey, it was inspired by a dark room, good guess. I love that game

I agree, I'll definitely make the 2nd villager arrive sooner & rebalance the enemies in a non-ludum-dare release

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-10T15:11:49Z

@enad96 a friend also recommended this, so I'll add it!

A Small Village by MostLikely 2023-01-17T01:41:15Z

LD59 — Signal

ALDIS by Kyle Farwell 2026-04-24T04:27:37Z

Great work! This game is super polished from beginning to end. Only issue I had was when I was scanning the bottom of a character and still saw them, but the morse code wasn't registering, so I had to rescan. Wish I was faster at morse code!

Survey by mattlevonian 2026-04-24T04:53:43Z

Great game, only the second one I saw the whole jam using this concept, and the execution was great! It was super unique to try to put multiple plane signals together to create a single wave, and use all three forms in conjunction. Great work!

Lit Up! by Fis 2026-04-21T23:52:00Z

This game is super fun. The speedrun aspect + leaderboard made me play it 10x as long as I would have otherwise. The controls are great, I noticed the coyote time and how well the wall jumping worked. I couldn't beat the #1 player, not sure how it's possible, even after looking for bugs (I couldn't find any). Not sure how falling faster is useful, I didn't use it in my best time. !> Once I noticed a time bonus behind the cloud I had to check every cloud. Also, the last jump seems strange to me, since I had to scale the wall by wall jumping 3x which seemed unintentional.

Awesome game, great work.

Edit: After rereading the description I noticed the rain lowers your score. With a new route the best I could do is 6290

Lit Up! by Fis 2026-04-22T03:40:04Z

@Fis I managed to get the last jump to one, but it's very inconsistent. Is it a bug or intended? It seems like I can jump, and jump again right before I hit the wall gaining extra momentum but I'm not consistent. I also managed to save time with faster fall but I can't get to a time of 7000. Maybe my route isn't ideal. I've played this game for way too long lol.

Lit Up! by Fis 2026-04-23T22:25:50Z

@Fis It took me 2 hours total but I finally did it.

!> I noticed to get the 1 jump consistent at the end, you have to face away from the wall and hit jump right before wall sliding, it gives you an extra jump which allows you to get over the wall in 1.

Dead Light, Green Light by ComicSans 2026-04-22T01:19:07Z

Cool game! The motion felt very satisfying, so the mechanics were definitely my favorite part, plus the art style was cool! I did have some issues with scaling on my monitor, but I found that if I just held my mouse click down and the moved around, it was able to work okay. Good work!

Traffic by Matt Swieboda 2026-04-24T00:42:01Z

The camera controls are great, it feels really good to move around. Cool concept, it fits the theme well. The fact that you can click a car to see it's route is pretty nice. For feedback, I'd like an alert or something on the side of the screen to see where the ambulance/police cars are, since I had trouble finding them sometimes.

Also I appreciate the linux build as a linux user. It runs very well on my pc.

Brainstorm Battle by MidoriMelody 2026-04-21T23:31:46Z

I like the 3d animations/particles and amorphous blob enemies. Cool game. Wasn't sure how it fit the theme though. Also the itch.io page may not be public, I get a 404. Good job!

Signals and Points by squimmy 2026-04-21T04:09:09Z

Great game! Felt like Factorio in some ways, which is my favorite game. The building mechanics felt very robust, no bugs that I found, well made! For feedback, I think the tutorial could have been separated into parts over time, instead of just one lump sum at the beginning. That much text adds a bit of friction for new players. Also, I wasn't sure how to use the depots and play the core mechanic of the game. It felt really polished and had a great vibe overall, great job!

Coo-Coo, Chef! by poboy 2026-04-21T02:37:42Z

Art is fantastic. Concept is good, overall really cool and fun game. The amount of combinations for commands is overwhelming, wasn't able to finish instructions before accidentally serving. On the first level my birds got so confused it was no longer salvageable.

Remote pest control specialist by sledzik 2026-04-24T04:43:56Z

This is the longest I've spent on any of the jam's games so far! Surprisingly so much fun, it had the perfect balance between driving and drone flying, buying turrets, collecting coins, so well balanced! I would LOVE a leaderboard aspect to the game, it would make me lock in 100x more, I'm sure. Amazing work!

Sinking Signal - Physical Rules Edition by NBumgardner 2026-04-24T04:46:35Z

Wow the art in this game blew me away! Really impressed with the concept, great work!

Fae'calling by BarnabeWild 2026-04-21T06:07:17Z

Super good audio in this one! Really spooked my roommate while I was playing it at 2am. Only issue I had was with the mouse not locking onto the screen, even when I clicked the letter m. I'm on Mac on safari for context. Great work!

HeliRescue by darkshadow 2026-04-21T01:41:22Z

Great game! The ability to hook the characters even while moving, like a sort of lead shot was a nice addition. I think the only addition that would have been nice is some sort of story to tell the player why they're there. Great work!

Pulse Rescue by Soul Grinder 2026-04-23T22:27:40Z

Really cool game! I love the ambient background music. I did have an issue where it got stuck in a loop during the tutorial, I've uploaded a screenshot of the part I'm referencing to this. Good work!Screenshot 2026-04-23 at 6.26.38 PM.png

Glacier Call by Kerioth 2026-04-25T05:09:14Z

Wow, this game looks beautiful, your color palette worked so well together! The vibe were spooky from the start but for some reason quite cozy as well. Only issue I had was my DPI was super slow when I played on itch.io for some reason. I am on a 27" monitor in safari on Mac. Great work!

Switchboard Sprite by Falk Hoeppner 2026-04-25T05:16:32Z

I just played "papers please" for the first time today, and then played this, which felt appropriate. The song was great, graphics were great, the game was super well paced! Only issue I had was the grabbing of the pegs was a little too finicky, I kept missing them... but that could have been user error. Great work!

Beacon by MostLikely 2026-04-21T02:48:21Z

@derek-glennon Thanks for playing, it's awesome that you played enough to have a build and won. What was wrong with the resolution?

Beacon by MostLikely 2026-04-21T03:33:17Z

@derek-glennon Thanks for helping me debug. Difficult to fix since it doesn't happen on my browsers on Linux or Max. I made a change to the scaling in godot and added a fullscreen button on itch. Let me know if it's fixed.

Morse Defense by ZenithStar 2026-04-21T04:41:14Z

Wow, this game was incredible! The visuals on the left to help you learn were so intuitive. To make something like this in a few days blows my mind. In terms of feedback, I think I would allow for a little slower of a memorization period a the beginning for those of use who don't know morse code, and get faster at a more gradual rate. Overall, absolutely incredible game, great work to the team!

Bad Advisors by Yoav Kagan 2026-04-21T04:26:40Z

This game blew my mind! There were no instructions, so it felt weird at first... by design. Then as I kept going, I had one revelation after another for how the game functions worked. This was built so intelligently, I kept feeling like I was a genius for understanding what was happening, but that just goes to show the genius of the creator of the game! For feedback, I would suggest the buttons on the Home Screen to match the vibe of the rest of the game closer, and there was no sound for me other than the intro music, which might be a bug, because I saw sound options in the menu. Overall, great game, had genuine fun, this should be launched on mobile or something! Screenshot 2026-04-21 at 12.23.00 AM.png

S.I.G.N.A.L. by BigDippers 2026-04-21T06:01:45Z

Seems like a great concept, but it didn't load for me! Maybe push an update and add a cover image. Screenshot 2026-04-21 at 2.01.12 AM.png

m01d by gujiufeng 2026-04-21T03:59:30Z

This one was incredible! The sound, graphics, UI overall was so polished, it felt great to play the game even when I didn't know what was happening. In terms of feedback, I didn't have a clear understanding of the goal of the game. I assume it was to fill the screen or maybe survive the longest, but somehow communicating that would have been nice. Great work!

Officially Dead by TechnicalityCreations 2026-04-26T02:54:37Z

Game was fun to play. At some point I launched myself into the air after hitting a desk lol. The chairs were the most satisfying to launch at zombies. Music was great. Appreciate the Linux build.

SpyMaster by vanny96 2026-04-25T05:40:50Z

Really cool concept, reminds me a lot of papers please, which I love! Music was a great addition as well. the only thing I would add is there's a bit of reading fatigue, especially as you just get started into the game. It would have been nice to be introduced a bit slower, so the reading wasn't so heavy up front. Great work!

Connection Lost by CoTiJeLucie 2026-04-21T01:29:45Z

Loved the tutorial, very easy to understand and clear.

Oops! Too Many Signals! by TBK_David 2026-04-21T05:49:10Z

Great first game jam game! Super fun, great challenge. The best part was that it was particularly challenging while still making me feel like I could do better, which made me want to play more. I think for feedback, I would just spend some more time on original assets instead of images just to stick with the theme of the game itself. Great work!

Send the Signal by Pavel Goncharov 2026-04-21T02:20:36Z

I really like this game. I think you scoped it very well and made the small amount of gameplay polished and fun. The controls are really nice, it feels great to move around & I instantly knew how to play.

ROGER-ROGER, LOGGER! by CHAD-GPT 2026-04-21T23:29:36Z

This game was great! Super polished, once I understood the controls, it as easy to understand, satisfying, and ran well. Only piece of feedback is that the frogs move really fast. Great work!

what's the signal by Makintosh 2026-04-21T05:40:26Z

Amazing game, one of the first that I've played here that I'm forcing myself to stop playing to go to bed. For feedback, the text was very small and hard to read in the sides of the screen because of the extreme curved monitor look. Also, if you're on an upgrade menu and click escape, you have to get through the upgrade before you can use the menu. Overall, playability was great, ease of use was great, vibes were great, the whole game is something I would be happy to have on my phone to play just as it is today. Great job!

Echo by FlameSeer 2026-04-21T02:45:01Z

The signaling effect is cool, especially watching the fish move over time. It took me a second to figure out if I should hit the fish or not. Also a cap on how often I can ping might be good to add.

i love you, too by tolviere 2026-04-21T05:59:46Z

This game was the epitome of what a game jam is supposed to be for! Amazing job coming up with a simple, yet extremely effective concept that keeps the player engaged the whole time. I wanted to know more about the story, and felt like I was making progress towards it by playing the game. Only piece of feedback is that it took a while for me to understand what the story was about, so it might have a bit of friction for a new player who is just stumbling onto the game. Amazing job!
