This was a really fun game. The twist on Frogger was very interesting and it took me a bit to get good at running over frogs (not a sentence I ever thought I would say).
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD59 → ROGER-ROGER, LOGGER!

It's a funny game. At first, it's not very clear how to play correctly, but the game itself is more or less enjoyable
This game was great! Super polished, once I understood the controls, it as easy to understand, satisfying, and ran well. Only piece of feedback is that the frogs move really fast. Great work!
Fun take on a classic retro game. Graphics and sounds fit the retro theme. Good job!
Fun game, took a playthrough to understand the core loop. The frogs move a bit too fast, and could be useful to have the vehicle selection loop when you reach one end or the other. But overall great job!
This was quite fun to play but hard! Loved the music and sfx and the idea is quite original, great work!
Nice entry and good job! Took me a while to get the controls right, but it's a solid game:)
my first playthrough I thought I was controlling the aliens, but couldn't work out the controls. My second playthrough, after I realised I was the cars - I did MUCH worse :joy:
Me controlling the cars just made it easier for the aliens than random chance.
fun idea to mix it up! I tried to control the frogs on the first run and thought I was doing great!! xd
At first, I thought I was playing for frogs... :)
This is a really clever theme. I mean... It's not exactly a clever take on the theme "Signals", but it is a really clever take on *Frogger*. The gameplay hit me like a brick after that wacky exposition story. It's "out there" in a way, but also so obvious I kept thinking "Why hasn't anybody thought of this before?"
I don't know what to say about the gameplay itself. That almost feels beside the point. Great humour and innovation.
Got 1400 score after couple tries. This was really fun and simple idea. For me the tanks felt pretty bad those mainly got kills with aimlesly driving trucks and managing the CIA ship. The laoyt was intrestingly done with different layers. I could not stop smiling while play it. The music choise was great too bad it was not made during the jam :(
Awesome retro game. Adore the graphics and sound, and the inversion of the *Frogger* gameplay.
Excellent work -- very well done!
A very cool concept, a really good take on a classic game, and I love the NES style art! Super difficult to get the hang of initially, some sort of in-game brief tutorial could go a long way.
Reverse Frogger is hilarious. First game I've seen in a while where the humour comes from the game mechanics. It's very polished too. Well done.
these vibes are familiar to me :)
I loved this one! Who knew that boats are one of the biggest killers of frogs? I liked how the different tracks lent themselves to different tactics, for example you can't effectively hit anyone with the train, but it's good for giving you some control over the incoming frogs. A brilliant spin on a classic, and it plays very smoothly!
I think I ran into a bug where I lost with still an open slot left, but nonetheless this was one of the most fun games I tried this jam, bravo!
I loved the graphics; at first, I struggled to understand what I had to do, until I realized that by moving up and down, I was selecting a line.
Love the visuals on this one. It has good audio too. As others have said I also found the frogs a bit too fast. maybe they could start of slow until you've killed a few before ramping up to full speed. It was a lot fun though. Good stuff :8ball:
I managed to score 2600 after a few tries.
What a cool "anti-frogger"! Superb graphics and intuitive gameplay, and generally an amazing old-school feel. Maybe just the SFX could feel more 8-bit towards the style of the in-game music, but that's a little detail. Also, what a cool detail - the year 1993! It indeed feels very much like a 90s console game. Overall, great job on this one.
absolutely hilarious and genius concept, frogs are hard to kill...
Fun little game, although it took me a sec to realize WHICH vehicle I was controlling, so the first frog got a free pass to Area 51 lol
Cute graphics, controls felt nice, sound fit well with the overall vibe of the game. Great job!
