| Apr 21 05:19:33 | HEX ATTACK | ♥ 2 | The fact that I got briefly angry at your game means you definitely did something right. Good work. A slightly smaller map might have been good: some games I felt like I was doing a lot of slow chasing of the enemy. I could see playing this for a good few hours if more enemy types were introduced. ETA: Thanks for bringing your game for me to play on stream! You can watch again at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/603497058 | |
| Apr 21 05:26:48 | 7m 15s | Botanico | ♥ 1 | The tension of the laser build-up before a burst is fantastic, and plays well into the contrast of "gardening game" with "post-apocalyptic blaster". Interesting game, thanks! ETA: Thanks for bringing your game for me to stream! If you'd like to watch again, it's at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/603459353 |
| Apr 21 05:32:08 | 5m 20s | VURM | ♥ 1 | Twitch integration is fantastic for interesting ways to distract the player! Only downside is score seemed to be pure time, which creates a perverse incentive (how advantageous is chasing food, really?) ETA: If you'd like to watch me play again, the highlight is at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/603459354 |
| Apr 24 03:17:44 | 69h 45m | This is Fine | ♥ 1 | Good puzzle game, that does the most important thing a puzzle game can: something interesting with its own mechanics. Well done. ETA: Thanks for bringing your game by my stream. You can find the highlight at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617113705 if you'd like to rewatch |
| Apr 24 03:25:49 | 8m 05s | She Rocks | ♥ 1 | I think it would help to sacrifice realism a bit and let the bird live a bit longer. You have to have quite quick reactions and accurate jumping to get out of a gas zone without losing your canary (and thus the game). ETA: Thanks for bringing your game for me to check out on stream! You can now rewatch the highlight at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617113687 |
| Apr 24 03:31:13 | 5m 24s | Fly Zone | ♥ 0 | I liked this more than I expected to. Between the tough shortcuts, the shinies, and a couple of difficult stretches there was some good thought in the level design. ETA: Thanks for bringing this by my stream for us to check out! You can find the highlight at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617113703 |
| Apr 24 03:58:34 | 27m 21s | Scrambl'd | ♥ 3 | If someone told me they'd found an obscure lost GameBoy cart with this game on it I might have believed them. Very well done. The real proof is that when people ask me what game they should try and I skim the list of all the game I've played, this one jumps to the top. ETA: Thanks for bringing this for me to play on stream! I really enjoyed it. You can find the highlight at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/606399389 |
| Apr 25 16:31:37 | 36h 33m | Silence, Please!!! | ♥ 3 | Sadly, could not play. Linux native build gave me a blank black window after your splash screen and got stuck there. In-browser I ran into a bug where dialog displayed a template message and the game froze. If there's a bugfix update, please tag me and/or come by a future LD stream and let me know. |
| Apr 25 16:40:44 | 9m 07s | Space Exodus | ♥ 2 | Very interesting concept. Generally nice execution. I think I would have preferred the Stereo effect be relative to the ship orientation rather than the camera so I could "turn my head [ship]" to try to locate things as I approached rather than having to use North/South navigation. ETA: Thanks for bringing your game by my stream to check out. The highlight is at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617290854 |
| Apr 26 17:38:16 | 24h 57m | The Halting Problem | ♥ 0 | There are some really interesting things in this game. Accurately placing tiles was challenging with the camera jumping away from you, something to compensate for that would have helped a lot. The springboards were fun but pretty much pointless; perhaps requiring that each piece be placed before the next becomes available would improve the gameplay. ETA: Thanks for bringing this by my stream for us to check out! Sorry I didn't get to try it while you were present, but I caught up on some of my queue and you can watch the video at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617517581 |
| Apr 26 17:39:18 | 1m 02s | Grasp | ♥ 0 | I kind of wish stamina had regen when standing rather than at a station, to make it more distinct from the hope timer. Overall a nice entry. ETA: Thanks for bringing this by my stream for us to check out. I'm sorry I didn't get to it while you were there to watch, but I did get a chance to play. You can watch the highlight at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/617517580 |

| May 12 17:46:55 | 37h 26m | Protect The Light! | ♥ 1 | Very cool arcade-style game. Moving the obstacles gets compelling after a little bit of play getting used to how it works. My only complaint is having to click to chase the mouse pointer, which got painful for my wrist either spam clicking or holding down the mouse button for the whole game. Optional keyboard controls would be great, but even just having it chase the mouse pointer without clicks required would improve the experience a lot. |
| May 12 17:56:30 | 9m 35s | IN THE ANCIENT RUINS WITH AN IDIOT | ♥ 0 | Very nice concept. I wish everything were just a little nicer to the player: it's a bit tough to move accurate distances, timing for rolling across a gap is pretty tight, and, most of all, the "idiot" starts moving *very* quickly at level start, often with a pit very close, so you have to be pretty on top of getting moving. Either a little extra time at start (especially on respawn), or just pausing each respawn until you touch a key, would help a lot. |
