Web game is very slow so I tried to download the linux version but I get an access denied error. Same for windows version. Are the download links not public?
Got a few performance hiccups here and there but overall this was a pretty fun title. Would love to see what this looks like after some extra polish!
Great concept, I enjoyed playing it! It wasn't very clear which items need to go to which people (icons) at the start though :D I would have loved the items to fly faster when thrown, they were a bit too "floaty" for me :) Great job overall!
@kayahr Hi Kayahr! Thanks a lot for let us know! We have just update the link, now you should be able to download the game in our itch.io webpage. Give it another try if you wish!
Hi @megamasterx and thank you for your feedback! The dowloadable version should perform better than the WebGL one so we encourage you to give it a try.
Pretty fun, though the memes were a bit overbearing and not that funny. The gameplay is also very difficult. It seems to be a bit of a developer game in that it's too hard for people who didn't make it and know the ultimate strategy to it. You seem to have to be perfect in order to save a significant amount of people. Pretty good overall, though.
Good stuff! Very difficult. I thought I would have to memorize who gets what treatment but you thought 2 steps ahead and color coded it all. It took me a bit to realize that I had to throw away the used treatment, so I wasn't actually grabbing the new treatment on the first try. Good job on the game!
Overall coherent game and good fun to play. The animations are cute and you get an immediate feel for why people are usually assigned beds in hospitals ;). I find it a bit difficult to pick up objects at times and wonder if the game would lose something if used up items just disappeared. I think some soundtrack would go a long way to making it a bit more engaging.
Great job! Thanks for sharing it with the stream. The game itself is superbly made. The only thing I can criticize is the overuse of the color yellow. All other critiques I have are just things that could be added on top of what's there to enhance the gameplay. Great graphics, well executed game loop, lots of humor, and a fun take on the theme. This game has it all!
Really enjoyed the game! No major complaints at all actually. The game played and controlled well, I think there was an appropriate amount of difficulty, and it was just silly enough to keep me entertained while playing (nice easter egg btw).
As I said on stream, I think the easiest way to improve it would be to make each of the medicines have a slightly different mechanic (e.g., the washing your hands with the virus, reusable defibrillator) -- but that is a small nit pick.
I think you should be very proud of the game you put out especially for a 72 hour jam! Great job!
@toddthewraith Thanks a lot for the feedback! Regarding audio, we know that adding a soundtrack would make the game more engaging, we didn't had time to find a good soundtrack :)
Nice take on Overcooked, you should continue working on that one, that can be fun (a part from the covid related theme haha)
I liked it, was fun to play but a bit too stressful for my taste. I don't see where you can improve much outside of maybe adding music and upgrades for your character that appear (faster movespeed, making the medicine not expire, etc)
It was really fun to play, i loved that you put the corona there and reminded us to wash our hads, the colors really helped me to know what medicine to give!! The art was really cool, congratulations!!!
Hello! Your game was played during my stream!
If you happened to miss me playing the game, you can go to this spreadsheet to find what timestamp I played your game https://tinyurl.com/yau8hjzn
And then look in my latest videos and find your game being play (after the current stream ends) https://www.twitch.tv/ursagames/videos
This was really great! What you have is already quite well fleshed out and polished so I can see this expanding quite well! Possibly a levels based system where you have to cure "x" number before moving onto the next level, having different hospital layouts the get harder and harder, combination diseases later on? Idk lots of ideas but this base is great! The only issue I had was that I cured too many people too fast and the cured patients were filling up and blocking the exit and flooding into the hospital blocking me sometimes. If you guys are tracking highscores I managed to clear 112 patients. Great work!
Love the style of game, needs some frantic background music. Solid entry overall.
Cool twist on Overcooked! Thanks for bringing it by the stream!
i like your graphics. 5 stars
They're dying so fast! It would be cool to be able to change the controls or just having left mouse click and right mouse click instead of the c and v. (I played as a single player). Music would be cool to add if you want to work more on this. Nice idea, I like the small details like washing hands after handling the virus
@sandra-jasionowska Hi! We will consider to make player customize the controls thanks for play it and thanks for the feedback!
Really neat game! I was only able to save 16 people.
I like that it gradually gets more intense, but I think it could start out even a little bit slower. By the time enemies were pouring in, I hadn't yet figured out what all the equipment does.
I appreciate the detail of holding the "used" items and having to discard them.
Great work for 72 hours!
Frantic! Took me a few tries to really figure out the controls but once I did on my best run I was able to save 20, so I'm proud of that.
I gave you feedback in the stream already but the character art is adorable, the concept and mechanics are solid, and the abuse of physics is really comical. I found it a very charming package. Just missing some BGM as frantic as the gameplay!
I cured 11 people. We played with my wife. At first it was difficult, but then everything became clear and fun. Good mechanics. Graphics that are enough for understanding. And most importantly, you can play this together! Good job!
@anaferus it's great to hear from people playing the co-op mode! We didn't have time to balance the difficulty on either of the game modes, in the beginning it's usually quite hard but it tends to get too easy after the first minutes playing. Thank you for your comment, we're so happy you had fun playing the game!
I, lord of corona, saved 25 people alone. pity I couldn't play with friends. As I said on stream, I think the button setup could be better, but otherwise good game. Nice posters lol.
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my livestream!
