I love the simplistic visuals and the black and white theme works perfectly! Also, I really like the sound effects. Nice work!

Surprisingly fun. A new take on the classic snake with a few new innovations, making it quite challenging. Also nice with a linux installer. A little music would have made the game even more enjoyable though.

Fun game with great visuals! I especially liked moving several objects at once. Great job!

Very smooth and appealing visuals, would love some more complex game mechanics though

I liked this :) Simplistic , almost Vector-graphics era like. Interesting concept !

The twitch integration was fantastic!!!Super innovative and smooth,

I like the minimalist aesthetic of this! Only wish the hitbox were a little bigger when collecting food.

marcmagus 2020-04-21 05:32

Twitch integration is fantastic for interesting ways to distract the player!

Only downside is score seemed to be pure time, which creates a perverse incentive (how advantageous is chasing food, really?)

This game was surprisingly addictive, really nice graphics ! I lose my second snake pretty much as soon as i get it though, i’m not that good :P

I really like the clean aesthetic, and the adaptation of a classic game the really fits the "staying alive theme." The thickness of the worm makes it kind of hard to tell where your head actually is and if you're going to collide with something.

Pretty fun. A little slow for me, maybe a speed up hotkey? also holy crap @ the twitch integration. what a great idea! Could use more sounds imo. Overall great job!

Super simplistic but super cool because of it.

steve-dragon 2020-04-21 06:13

The game very quite strong. Loved the way the movement and sound integrated, feedback to player was really cool. The minimalist style fit well and the game fit the theme as well. The only criticism I have is that the snake was big, but perhaps the hitbox wasn't as big, so on occassion I would think I was in line to grab some food, and I wasn't. That said, the game is fairly relaxing and fun!

On its own, it's a pretty solid worm game. Really like the simplistic aesthetics but it seems like the dominant strategy is to simply keep yourself short with no benefit to keeping yourself long (unless I'm missed some rule in the game). Twitch integration however made this game like 500% more fun when I invited my friends to ruin my playthrough. Awesome job!

Surprisingly fun. The second snake confused me a bit though. Seemed random when it got generated. Music would have made it next level.
