LOVED the music for this and how each instrument you grab changes the tune! Very cute and well-paced puzzle game. The text screens in between levels were well-designed and pretty funny. I'm a true cumbia dancer now π
This game is hilarious! π I was not expecting to have so many choices and such a wide range of responses available. This was really cool. I just wish there were some sounds, even if they were some royalty free music tracks, because it got really quiet in my room while I was playing and sort of impacts the aesthetic of the game.
I made it thru the final round although I had to do the date mission twice because I whiffed it by talking about The Land Before Time. Emile just doesn't understand me. I played with someone else and we were both giggling the whole time. The dialogue is pretty great.
P.S. I played version 1.1 with the more legible modules and text-skipping accessibility updates which I think improve the experience quite a bit.
Game is cute and fast-paced and the music is fitting and up-beat. Pretty fun little game. My critique would be that it would be cool to see different sprites for the people and have the main character be more unique, and to give some extra gameplay element like a way to shove people away from you so that the game lasts a bit longer, similar to what @snowdrama was saying. I got a score of 290 π

Some critique: Some of the very diagonal text can be hard to read in large paragraphs, and it would be really cool to see some movement in the graphical elements even if it's just some slight rotations/rocking back and forth.

I really enjoyed this game. I got someone to play it local with me and we had a pretty good time, although we didn't finish the game because my opponent walked away π This game is perfect for people who love chess and want to try a new game mode. The rules are easy to get used to and the pace is faster than chess. I can easily see this being a game played online with friends in a turn-based style where you log on and make your move for the day, playing over a long period of time. The sprites are cute and work well. I feel like you should have opted out of audio for the jam ratings though! Had a lot of fun, awesome work.
Fun concept!
Had fun playing level 1, but couldn't get through level 2. The sounds are a little intense and not very comfy. The art for the rabbit/carrot/portal is super cute I just wish the platforms were in the same art style. Cute game!

I played this with someone and we tried to wait out the acid on our turns to kill each other. Then, we both died in the center pit like twice on accident. It seems like a wall-jump would have saved us, but we could only stick to the walls and not jump off. Also, it would be entertaining to be able to jump off of the other player's head. I was able to jump on top of the other character but not off of them. I like the turn-based style with the stress of rising acid.
- Loved the humming tune - Fun game mechanics - Wasn't hard to pick up on what to do
- I wish the humming tune was louder - Something in the beginning pointing in the direction of the pawn shop would be helpful - Levels/goals that can be met quickly would help so that the game feels more rewarding and doesn't run on too long
Overall a really fun jam game :)

- Gameplay confusing - Unforgiving, makes it difficult and frustrating - Gameplay alone makes it hard to pick up on what you're supposed to do to avoid the monster

This was a really fun game. As mentioned above, gave me great Pandemic feels. Earlier in the comments someone said there's no way to lose... But I totally caused the indiepocalypse.

Overall a great jam game and I enjoyed it. I love this type of game.
Great environment, great use of storytelling and character building through subtle dialogue, humorous and moody, fitting and beautiful aesthetic. I really liked the way you incorporated the theme as well- it obviously wasn't disregarded but included in the narrative. I TOO WANT A SPACE LAGER
Really attractive game. Game mechanics are cool. Kind of difficult. Had the same issues as some others in the comments where I was unable to push blocks most of the time and was unsure of how to collect points. Is really cool otherwise. Replayed a couple times. :)
Idea of managing two systems simultaneously, gameplay was pretty repetitive though and I grew tired quickly. I had a high score of 45!!
The first time I played, I went down into the ship before jumping off and got stuck in that compartment because there was no ladder out and the doors were not powered, so I had to restart after a while. Then I made it as far as blowing up the hatch, powering the doors, and being told it's time to sleep, but could not sleep in the bed.
The concept of the game made it super interesting to explore. Finding ways to bucket thoughts and feelings was such a unique experience. The way the buckets would explore different timelines, the overlap between them, and the image the story paints of this person's life. Was truly a comfy and mind-picking experience.
I loved the audio. It was sweet and complemented the feeling of the piece really well.

Cute game! It took me a while to figure out the star-shaped tool is the "care" action and you can spam that on the plants to make them grow. My poor dog became a snack, though, because I am not a very good gardener.
