I really liked it! Great job! Good use of the theme. I wish it had been longer, but I know you only had so much time!

My 5 starts for the Mood! It feels really nostlagic and the rain only adds more to this calm and relaxing music while exploring the ship and the environment. Super inspiring, as I'm looking to prototype that kind of experience on my spare time. Thanks a lot for this game, it's super well made. +1 to the rain sound that goes down once you enter the ship. Awesome again!
Very awesome atmospheric game! The visuals and audio are superb and create a dense, dark mood. There's not that much gameplay, but the exploration aspect is a very nice touch. The movement sometimes felt a little choppy, but walking on water was awesome. The game reminds me of Far: Lone sails, which seems to have inspired you quite a bit, but in the best way possible. :) Overall, I enjoyed this a lot, great job!
loved the visual screen effect, and the music/ rain
Really cool exploration/puzzle game. Awesome graphics and music as always, it blended together very well. One complain I would have is, sometimes it kinda difficult to figure out what to do next when you are not paying attention (this is more of my fault). Overall I really like the game, good job once again!
Also, not sure if this happened to anyone but, there is a bug with the game on Chrome (works on Firefox) where the game would not load after the instruction screen. It just have a gray background like this: bu.png
Ohh, your art style and sounds are great, I love it, but idea and gameplay aren't worse. Maybe sometimes I didn't know what I should do, but in all this is really cool game. Keep it up!
This is the best game I've seen here by far! It's amazing! The atmosphere, the storytelling, the cute main character, the mood, the pacing of the gameplay. This is amazing and whoever made this is a master of game development. I've rated this game 5/5 on all categories because I genuinely can't justify a lower score. This deserves to win! Well done!
High Fives all round. Great mood. Simple gameplay which ran very smoothly. Loved the art and the pacing of everything. Bravo.
This is a really great game, and easily one of the best entries so far. The art looks nice, the mood is great, and the sound effects really blend in to the game.
Great job overall, this was really nice!
Very atmospheric and moody piece. Got lost looking for the next item to advance the game a few times, but no biggie. Great pixel art and splendid soundtrack.
I got stuck when i found the weldgun. I had no idea what to do with it :) There was a nice gloomy ambience in this game. Perfect for a dark and lonely saturday night. Just what i needed.
The first time I played, I went down into the ship before jumping off and got stuck in that compartment because there was no ladder out and the doors were not powered, so I had to restart after a while. Then I made it as far as blowing up the hatch, powering the doors, and being told it's time to sleep, but could not sleep in the bed.
love the art & gameplay
@Jern You just go back to the shelter to sleep. I did realise after the deadline that this might confuse some people, so sorry :frowning2:
@supernapie You climb up onto the top of the ship and there are three holes to weld (marked with red Xs). That is the last task of that day.
@erkberg Thanks for the nice comments. i haven't played Lone Sails yet, but it does look fantastic. Although this is actually similar to an idea I had years ago, so I was a bit upset when someone else came along and did it really well
@mister-kweh @ekilibr @egawag @wfmg @smurf @mikomikisomi @zeusx212 Thank you all for the kind comments
@randomphantom @borys I understand that people might struggle to quickly figure out where to go. To be honest I wanted the game to be a bit vague and encourage you to explore, but that was probably a bad decision in a game jam, as players are trying to rate a lot of games and just won't have the time or patience to wander about. So that's my fault, thanks for playing and enjoying the atmosphere.
@spyispie120 Thanks for always coming to give the games a go, it is appreciated! Not sure on your bug though, all my testing was on Chrome and I had no issues
I know it was a bit hard to follow as well, see my comment above! Glad you liked the atmosphere though, I'd say that was the main focus of the game anyway.
Just realised that I accidentally changed the link to an unfinished backup, so some of you were playing a broken version! I guess that will hurt my score, but it's my own fault. Oh well. Thanks for playing anyway, anybody playing from now on will get the proper game!
great game! really love the sense of time progressing, routine, learning the surroundings. i liked the snippets of dialogue from the character but often wished that they remained quiet as they spoilt some of the joy of discovery/puzzle solving. graphics are gorgeous and so is the sound, really helps to create a mood! beautiful stuff! the music is great. would have loved if there was maybe a couple more sound effects to just make it feel more punchy to play, but seriously cool stuff one of my favs so far
A really good entry. The graphics style is very pleasant to the eye and the music makes for a nostalgic atmosphere. The story is simple, but still engaging. Good job!
Just like the others I especially liked the little touch of the sounds and music which lets the player feel very comfortable.
The idea itself really reminded me of Rain World and I sadly have to say that I saw the idea of a shrinking playable area in too many games for now so thats the only critical downside that I had with your game ;)
I love everything about this, very fun and atmosphere was awesome. music was simple and pretty. Whole game left me kinda sad.
Wow, this was excellent! Great atmosphere, clever use of the theme, solid mechanics, and a story that felt complete and satisfying even if short. Very well done all around :)
Really nice and beautiful game. Very well polished. Only improvement I can think of is maybe a back story to the game. Its really well done. Good job
I really love the it, the music, ambience, art !
Nice little game, seems pretty complete, well done !
Like this game ! It's a bit short but for a game made in 72H it's already a lot. I loved the ambiance the music and the graphics provided !
Really good entry. I did a fantastic travel playing your game. I love the aesthetic - and the amount of work you acheveid on the pixelart is just impressive. The background music is gorgeous ading a special effect to the mood - something creepy, but so quiet. Impressive what you did in les than 3 days. Bravo ++
Beautiful art and music, really lovely. It was super laggy for me in places for some reason.
The mood was amazing. It seemed weird that I could not drown, but maybe my mask helped me breathe underwater. I really did not feel like I was running out of space because the rain was not really a hindrance in anyway. I actually thought the game made it pretty obvious what the next steps were, I always thought it was weird that I couldn't sleep on the ship. I felt a little sad at the end, I didn't really want to leave the planet, but I know the little guy did. Overall good job.
The ambient of this game is amazing. The art and audio really tie the experience together. The sound of the rain was absolutely on-point with how it gets muffled when you're indoors. I did get confused about what to wire and where to wire it with the first wiring kit, but overall props on not having overly-convoluted adventure game puzzle solutions! Glad I played this, well done!
Your focus on atmosphere really makes it. Love the audio, rain effects, and animations. Very well done!
Really loved the graphics :) Well done!
Nicely done! It's quite difficult to make a game jam game with an actual progression, atmosphere, and sequencing like this (speaking from experience), so good job! The music quite reminded me of the somber main theme of Rain World (ahh, the feels). Sound of the rain was a nice touch. The gameplay was fairly rote, but the exploration and dialogue (though minimal) kept things from getting stale. The SFX could really use some more love to match the rest of the atmosphere. Overall, I love how you created a world and a space here. It's great.
Wow, awesome mood ! I love the music, the dynamic, the graphics, and rain sound :o
A really good story game IMO ! Great job guys
The only improvement I could propose is to give the character some SFX :)
Wow. There is just so much that I love about this game. The movement is smooth, the exploration is directed without feeling like it's cutting me off, the music is excellent, the audio effects between rooms is exceptional and the story is great. All of this comes together for a rather Brilliant Mood. Terrific job on this!
Yeah the mood was fantastic, the overall affect of the game reminded me a little of Milkmaid of the Milky Way. Loved every minute of it. Plus it led me to your other games and now I'm a follower for life.
