This game was VERY polished! I loved it, had a blast playing. Very casual but fun to play, UI worked very smoothly 😍 The writing mechanic was well implemented and very original. Excellent work!!!! 👏👏👏👏

I love the game design. Very interesting combination of mechanics, whoever did the game design on this did a really good job. There were some weird things (the girl's arms looks a bit weird) and the music was a bit repetitive, but otherwise, super polished, super fun game. Also, thumbs up on the writing. Good job!

Not all points are intuitive, so I just printed names of cards in my hand just based on their names)
Overall: maybe need some more tutorial and polishing, but this game is deserving high ratings!

It's rare to see games that feel new but this one kind of does! I like the approach and gameplay and how you introduce it in the beginning even with letting us match the typing. Though I feel like the cards are almost redundant. Would rather play without knowing at all what he is going to say. But good job!

Yaay! Hello fellow Construct user! Okay this is an incredible idea! Mxing 2 styles of gaming you don't see too often (at least in game jams!) and it works so well! Although I had big troubles keeping my blue and green bars high! The music was quite loud for me haha. This is really cute and so well done! Amazing!
Interesting idea with the typing! The overall graphics, color scheme and music are great, although the girls handpose looks a bit unhealthy. It would also be nice if it was also possible to date a guy.
The graphics are great and the mechanics are original and fun. The timing is pretty spot on. I think more cards should have hearts beyond compliments of physical appearance. Great job!
Unique take on the theme. Typing in the game feels really nice. Usually i make a lot of mistakes but since you don't allow any characters other than the ones i am supposed to type it feels like i am fast and accurate. Thanks for that. Art looked really good as well. I had fun thanks.
Cute game! The mechanics are very clear (there are benefits or costs to each action) and the typing itself was challenging enough. After failing once I realized I need to keep the stats up. Won an 2nd try.

I loved the game! I had fun playing it. I managed to play it through with easy difficulty and I'm going to try other difficulties also :)
Game me has waaay more moves and confidence than real life me. I PANICKED when I had to type that I loved her. I kept making spelling mistakes, I was actually flustered, haha! It was a real original idea for a game. The music was lovely and calming and the graphics are lovely.
Interestig concept, but time here isn't the best mechanic (unless it's the game for training fast typin), I would prefer turn-based gameplay or at least much easier difficulty (normal is already pretty stressing)

Very cute and polished! I appreciate that each difficulty is pretty drastically different in countdown speed. Good work. I didn't have any trouble at all with hard mode, though, and would appreciate an even harder mode lol.

Thanks for all the feedback! This was an experimental project to combine typing + card game mechanics, so I didn't expect that so many people actually love it! Very cute game. The different types of cards were really neat. I actually had to strategize what my next move would be because of the different stats. It's cool that you mixed a typing game, dating sim, and card game together. Art and music really set a vibe. Fantastic job!

Very sweet! Always nice to play a feels good game. My one gripe was that it felt weird that incorrect letters I typed didn't get put into the blurb. I found my musle memory pressing backspace a lot and making me stumble in confusion (although maybe this is appropiate for a game about trying to have a conversation on a date haha)
The typing+card mechanic was really cool, like others have mentioned. I'm not really into dating sims, but I actually did enjoy this game a lot.

This is a nice, concise game that does what it does well. looks great and plays nicely. well done.
Great game, loved the visuals. + The only thing I can find to complain about is having to wait for the conversation to play out, especially if you already have seen it and are playing on harder difficulty (replaying the game, I started with easy and went to hard). Maybe you could stop the resource drain and let the player type, if they start typing the resources start draining during the conversation, and when the player inputs their next card it gets queued and only then they have to wait for the current conversation to finish. This would allow the player to choose if they want to read the flavor text (which they potentially have seen already) or continue playing the game.
I didn't expect such a small game to be so addictive and intense. Great job!
This is such a creative idea, and you did an excellent job combining the mechanics into something interesting and engaging! Really nice art, too! My only suggestion would be to make the time limit more apparent. I didn't notice the first time around that the stats were dropping over time rather than when I completed a card, because there were a lot of other things on the screen to look at, so I didn't feel the urgency of typing quickly. Without that urgency, I 1) failed, and 2) didn't understand what the typing aspect added to the gameplay. It clicked once I realized the stats were continuously going down, and I succeeded on the next try and appreciated the typing mechanic a lot more!
I think the progress bar under the confession at the end worked really well, so maybe you could add something similar for the rest of the game, where each time it runs out, the stats drop by some amount? An audio cue could be helpful too, since there is a lot going on visually already.

Cute game. I loved the art and the idea was very different from everything I saw before. Very cool typing mechanic. I'd have liked the characters to actually have something to tell, so one could get to know each other better - could of course also be a critique to the dating culture where one only needs to "deliver" the right phrases with the right timing and nobody cares for serious conversation (maybe a bit harsh, sorry). I really liked the game :)
I'm not sure if ending a date with "I love you" is a really good idea but the game was fun and really polished! Great entry! 😘

Cant see the "Delivery" theme in this game. But the mood and art-style more than makes up for it. I love this unique mash up of typing game and dating sim.
Feel like I should lose points for typing something wrong, like as if I'm stuttering XD But really, great game, it was very innovative. I love the cute art, the cute idea, the creativity, good job!
I did find myself just typing any card i saw really quick without thinking which made the game feel too easy, maybe for future iterations it needs some extra effects in cards or her mood has some effect on answers to make it more strategic about what to say?

This is such a well done game! Congrats to the team. It's super polished, art and music are top knotch. The typing your feelings is pretty unique. I feel like it's more of a type whatever you can as fast as you can, maybe needs a bit more balance with negative cards.

Nice game! The gameplay is really original and clever, but maybe would be more appropriate for an action game (typing fast with stress doesn't always match the cute atmosphere of the game). I would love to use the same kind of mechanics for say... casting spells ^^ The tutorial at the beginning is nice and kudos for making it playable online!

I did not expect to go on a date today! This was such a cute game, really liked the typing aspect: brings you into character!
The game is very lovely! I enjoyed the gameplay, it was very fun, I definitely would like to go on more dates if I could. The art is simple but very beautiful with soft colors that fit very well in this atmosphere, along with the sweet and calm melody that plays in the background! Such a cute game! I wasn't really sure what the purpose of the different bars was for though. I just went with filling up the red one. My strategy became to just type really fast once I noticed the bars were going down :p
THIS GAME IS SO COOL!! It reminds me of those type-to-learn games for kids, but a lot more interesting. If I had access to a similar game when I was in grade school, I think I would have quickly become a master haha.
Your concept for this game is unique and creative - I haven't come across this amalgam of gameplay types before. By the way, I LOVE the title pun. Everything was executed very well - the player inputs were responsive and overall smooth. Playing on medium and hard, I was able to pass the first time each. I think you could make the hard level more difficult if you added more long-dialogue cards?
Kudos to the artist; the characters and game objects were very enjoyable and aesthetic.
Playing through, I was thoroughly entertained. I thought the game had good balance, and there's a good level of urgency and control from the player through typing speed. Even if your hand is not very useful, it was easy to type the phrases until you get a useful card. I think it would be nice to see a greater mix of cards - for example, maybe they can have similar/the same metrics as the existing cards, but there could be some greater dialogue variety. Really great entry!

The cards are fun ! I enjoyed using my keyboard in the gameplay, I had a great time and spent more time in the game than I thought, it was addictive to up all the bars .
So wholesome! And really different from all other games I've played so far. It would be cool to have some more strategy (like only getting to play some cards if a certain stat is high enough) but considering the time frame you had to work with it's fantastic!!
