Really appreciate that the game is built into the game page. Also the decision to go with more simple controls that have more complicated interactions with the world is well executed here. Very well thought out!
Very sweet! Always nice to play a feels good game. My one gripe was that it felt weird that incorrect letters I typed didn't get put into the blurb. I found my musle memory pressing backspace a lot and making me stumble in confusion (although maybe this is appropiate for a game about trying to have a conversation on a date haha)
Pleasant surprise! The animation and dialog are both my highlights. I think the idea is really good, and the only thing I would change is the variable angle part of the throw. I feel like there might be a more interesting way to interact with the throw mechanic, although for the game jam I think it's very serviceable.
I love the art for the wizard. His eyes are hilarious.
Fun and cute game. The awkwardness of your summoners realizing you want a tip is hilarious as well.
Only suggestion would be speeding up the transition back to the store/job list.
Cute and fun. I like that the witch is using a horde of tiny mushrooms to destroy another mushroom.
Critiques are: The attack sound for the mushrooms clips a little bit, and I think economy acceleration would work better than extending time as an upgrade.
Otherwise very well done! The dialogue is a nice touch too :)
Interesting idea. I think the fundamentals are there, but some things like: a longer looping audio clip for the guitar, ambient music, and more variety in the note timing would go a long way for this game. Good work!
