Love the presentation of this one, and the concept is as unique as it is well-executed (very). Loved the long-ass fingers. Nicely done!

this is one of the cleverest things I've seen in a long time and it is executed SO well. GO you.
Love the art style and it was a lot of fun to play, although some combinations of keys felt kinda cheap as they are physically impossible to do.
Very fun game. It is very hard! It is also very calming (except your hand hurts)
The game was fun, had a good laugh with a friend. Unfortunately it seemed somewhat impossible unless your fingers were very flexible, or had really good RNG (maybe, unproven so far for both cases).
Hilarious!
Very fun game, I love how stylish everything is. The "For educational use only" in the corner is a nice touch.
that was interesting... my keyboard didn't like some of the key combinations. need an n-rollover keyboard apparently to fully play this game ;)
Great idea!
So stylish and fun. Great interpretation of a classic game. Feels like a warioware minigame haha 😂 Keep up the great work
this is liddy like a tiddy.
Cute little game! Definitely a fun minigame to challenge a friend to. My one criticism is that it didn't feel very relevant to the theme. I liked the way the fingers on the hand stretched to the keys you were pressing. That was a funny way of visually presenting the game that added a nice touch to it overall. Great work!
Very fun game with a nice aesthetic and music. Only minor gripes would be that the music didn't loop very well and it didn't seem very connected to the theme. Otherwise amazing job, look forward to seeing more.
Wow the presentation is amazing. You should be very proud of this.
Fun game, the music is great. I'm not sure if it's theme related, I maybe missed it. For me, it sometimes cannot register more than 3 or 4 keys but sometimes 5 work fine (I use Chrome)
Fantastic game!!! I were playing with my frends and everybody ends laughing in the floor. Thanks for your game. Hope you get a great score
Really made me laugh. Simple idea, but a great result. What is actually a very big problem though is, yes, that most keyboards do not support so many simultaneous keypresses in a close region. Often even as few as 3 is too many. This really breaks the game, sadly.
Awesome! I kept playing just so I could fill up the score jar and see it overflow!
Amazing entry, I had a lot of fun playing! Luckily I had no problems pressing all 5 keys.
The filter on the visuals and the BGM are both really nice and fit the mood.
Round 2: Two hands!!
Really want to play this one but for some reason the game doesn't show up in my browsers (Chrome / Edge) after the instructions screen. Could you submit a downloadable version on itch? :)
Really well done and definitely one of the most original LD games I've ever played!
- Kudos for having the instructions in the game so I didn't need to scroll down the page to read them (a small thing, but especially when your playing games in quick succession, really helps) - I like how it requires some honestly from the player as the game obviously can't tell which finger you're using.
Really fun, You could easily add a multiplayer version. Sad I don't have a good keyboard, I had almost reached the five keys...
Thanks everyone for checking out my game and the nice comments! I've uploaded a small Post-Jam update that adds a **desktop version** as well as fixes the music looping. You can download the desktop version on itch!
Thanks to @spierek for the suggestion. :)
Love this! So much fun. Some of the combinations are impossible though . This would make a great addition to some sort of party game. Love the graphics and the music. Great job!
Loved this! My keyboard could not handle, tho.
dug the color palette and gamplay! 🤙
Oh my glob! Gonna have this soundtrack playing in my head now for days!
Really good graphics and mood!!!! It glitched too many times for me; but it wasn't a hardware limitation, as I could press up to 5 keys sometimes and others it wouldn't recognize past 3 and I had to reload the page. However, if you fix that you have a solid and good little game! I'd maybe touch a little the randomness of the key and finger asignation as some are impossible, but I guess that's part of the charm too.
@pablodap thanks for the feedback! It's still a hardware limitation, the way the keys of your keyboard are wired makes it so sometimes you can press 5 keys but sometimes not, depending on the combination.
Love the idea. Would start it a bit easier with a smaller selection of keys that are easier to reach then build from there. maybe also require only 3 fingers to start then work your way up to the full 10. Also, I echo the sentiment that it didn't fit the theme. Clever and fun game nonetheless!
This game is really fun but my keyboard won't react when press more than 3 keys. May be I need a mechanical keyboard.
Interesting and fun gameplay! Wish my keyboard react more than 4 key press...
Really solid entry, but it does require you to have a keyboard without ghosting (which I fortunately had :)
I can easily imagine myself trying this out with a couple of friends, taking turns between rounds. Great job.
Nice looking game but It's a pity It can be played well on my keyboard :S
Finger-twisting fun, and some nice music to go with it. Nice job
@spierek Thanks for checking it out! One alternate gamemode to play with friends is to take turns putting down a finger, like the real twister game!
pretty much requires a mechanical keyboard or a keyboard with N-key rollover
I very much liked the music! It's a funny concept, I always want to make that kind of game because we tend to forget the many keys we can work with using keyboards. For a real twister experience though you'd have to introduce multiplayer! I didn't quite get the link to the theme, unless it's your fingers you're supposed to sacrifice, I shall accept that answer. Nice rendering too, dithering always warms my heart :)
like the mechanics, the visuals the music and the presentation, this is such a weird and nice idea, great game!
Really neat! I included it in my compilation video series of games from the Ludum Dare, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/MmJYQ_UA09A
Very nice game! liked the visuals and the mechanics
cool game! i like how it says "for educational use only" at the bottom XD i used both hands. there was no way to beat it with just one lol
"pretty much requires a mechanical keyboard or a keyboard with N-key rollover" -- agree with this statement. I was extremely proud of myself once I got a green key though. ...I had to use my other hand to force the last finger into position. xD
This is an excellent idea and brilliantly executed ! too bad my old keyboard wasn't registering some key combinations.
Unique game but great idea. Very polished. Super fun too! It is very satisfying to get a green key the way the whole keyboard lights up with green. Played this one with enjoyment. Great job!
Really cool looking game, my friend has actually made a keyboard twister for a previous ludum dare!
cute and funny game, great presentation. doesn't really seem related to the theme though.
Aesthetic wise, really popped out. A clean game to play, great use of the theme too. But gameplay wise, it can be a problem to some keyboards, the stretched fingers may cover the other keys (which can be difficult on some people who can't recall that easily) and gets repetitive too quick.
Very unique concept, and cool retro-y graphics. First game so far where I played Twister with my fingers :p Regardless of my keyboard not always cooperating with registering all the key presses I needed (like it said might happen in-game on the right), the game worked well overall and was fun to play.
Here's my score out of about 200:
