Wow ! Level design is perfect, difficulty increases gradually and all levels are brilliantly designed. I enjoyed music and graphics. Good job !

Wow ! Level design is perfect, difficulty increases gradually and all levels are brilliantly designed. I enjoyed music and graphics. Good job !
I was a little bit confused first but enjoyed the game. Nice job for graphics and music !
Gameplay was basic but it was fun and music was nice !
Wow ! I really liked graphics (pixel art <3) and audio. For my first attempts I died miserably, but I found the trick and I went very far to regenerate myself. Buuut... I lost my enemies so I could not test my power :( I think a radar or a map will be a great thing to add. But again, it is very nice game with potential. GJ !
Perfect game ! If only we had the same kind of game to learn a new language! I think there is something to think about!
I liked to see the evolution of the house ! But I think there is a little bug, when I try to talk with the ghost, it could not answer me. Except this, it is a funny little game !
Well, I am so frustrated, I can not get the 4. BUT, this is a very nice game : rules are not complicated, the theme is well respected and the level-deign is great. Thanks for this game that blew up my brain
I really like the game concept. I think there is a small problem of hit-box on the character, but the rest (atmosphere and respect of the theme) is very good. And the character is so cute!
Honestly, graphics are awsome. We are immediately in the mood. I think a bigger circle of light would have been an asset. But in general, I really liked your game !
Nice little game ! I think the control of the rabbit could be more fluid, but I spent a good time digging to recolt some carrots ;) I really liked the graphic style (all thanks to the little glasses, it was so cute). If you want to re-work on this game, maybe you could create multiple biomes / other vegetables !
WOW ! I came here thanks to my teammate (Tyrannas) and I have no regrets ! My English vocabulary is too limited to tell you how much I loved your little game. It reminded me of my first point and click :D The music and graphics were beautiful and everything was so smooth. Please, continue like this ! I really hope to see your team again in a next jam :)
Very nice little game, I really enjoyed the music and the mood ! With no originality, I think is too hard for the player to lose so many resources, but in other hand, it kept me playing ;) Good job !
WOW ! It was... so disturbing and touching in the same time. I felt so bad for the girl each time she got hit. You have been successful in translating anguish and loneliness in just 10 min. The game was sometime hard (I was stuck at one moment because I died endlessly, I just re-run the game) but nothing insurmountable. Thank you for this little nugget !
Very fun game ! I especially liked the way the caracter is moving and spinning with is little cute hammer. Great job !
I really liked the concept (first time I said to myself "Oh no, my mosquito!") and I think it fits perfectly the theme. I enjoyed the cinematic scene to introduce the concept, the graphics were impressive ! Gameplay was fun too, but I lost too quickly on each of my runs :( But the overall was super clean and fun, good job !
It took me several runs too fully understand how to play but once I figured out, I found this game very fun ! I really really liked the overall concept - controlling the environemnt, not the player - and it was challenging enough to keep me playing. Quick suggestion, I think that the "jump" is a little off, I died countless time because of a mis-calculated jump ^^ I spent a good time on your game, great job !
Wow ! I spent a really good time, even if I can't help but feel a little sad for the character. Sadly I didn't achieve to finish my letters (I retried 4 times) but I kept bumping into every corner each time I needed "life". But the overall game was really really good, I love the way you took the theme to make something deep and moving. Great job !!
I had a great (and very chill) time playing this game. The music and graphics are just amazing and I laughed a lot at some of the letters.
In the points to improve, I think it's not very easy to know to whom you should deliver a letter and, in the end, you don't know at all if you made the right choice. But I think this part is more related to game design and we all know how complicated it can be to manage that, especially in 3 days!
In any case, thank you for this little moment of relaxation (which reminded me a bit of Strange Horticulture too), I would have liked to know the rest of this little kingdom!
PS: Vive Etchebest ;)
Wow, that was really a great time playing your game! The atmosphere was incredible (graphics and music) and the general mood (Ghibli) was super relaxing. The arrival at a station was always magnificent and I felt a great relief when I arrived at the sanctuary <3 I was only a little sad not to understand the symbol of the apples above the heads of my little souls, I hope they didn't get too hungry during the trip!
I had a really great time running around this hotel (even though I got kicked out on the 3rd day :( ) I found the game super addictive, so I'll relaunch the game ^^ The graphics are great (especially the characters), I think you made a very good job !
I restarted the game 5 times, to finally deliver my 3 small boxes but it was worth it! The first time I was a little lost on the role of the mushrooms, but the small dialogues helped me: it's a very good idea! The music and the idea are fun, and it's super satisfying to have the 2 mushrooms and jump everywhere! The gameplay is a bit punishing (I died a lot because of a somewhat hazardous jump) but not too difficult. In short, a good game that made me laugh a lot and that I enjoyed!
Good graphic style, simple but effective! The music fits the atmosphere very well, but I think a slightly longer loop would be better. For the gameplay itself, it's a good idea (even if the ghost is worse than a bar of soap ;) ). Perhaps in future versions, a small hint could be added to the "haunted" piece of furniture? Without it being too obvious, just a tiny change in color or shape, so that people who have been through the room 4 or 5 times can "feel" the ghost as they gain experience (like a "true" ghost hunter ;))
But in any case, well done!
Hello there! I only played with the keyboard because I found it more enjoyable. I struggled at first, realizing I'd used my arrows way too quickly... and that I was going to regret it! I really like the animation of enemies exploding in a heart (long live the power of love!), and overall, the features are well polished, good job ! Potential points for a "post-game-jam" version: adding a bit more "action" at the very beginning of the game (because at first I didn't really understand if there was anything there or not ^^), perhaps adding some mechanics and fixing a few collision bugs (some parts seem impossible to do without losing health). Good job you two
Nice and relaxing little game. I really like the graphics and the atmosphere. For a future version, I think adding other features could be a plus (more fish?). Small bug: when I go over the sharks, I feel like they don't affect me at all :( But I realy like the global experience and the mood
Great game! The graphics are simple but effective (good readability on the screen) and the physics (shooting, movement and jumping) are very enjoyable. Among the improvements that could be made for a post-jam version: a feedback when you're hit (player flashing / screen shaking / sound) and a slight invincibility for a few second after being hit. I died too many times from two bats coming in succession!
A very good entry, especially thanks to the graphics and the global mood, which are truly beautiful. As some people have mentioned, there are a few things missing, but they would be great to develop for a "post-jam" version! - Have music - Have sounds played - Have feedback when firing or when the submarine is hit - Level design: some sections are a bit too narrow, and I admit I had to grit my teeth to get through them ;)
But well done, the map is beautiful AND, above all, it makes you want to continue and explore further. Which is a great achievement!
A great entry (and an novel way to match the theme), I laughed a lot in front of my screen at every little joke in the folders. I didn't really understand how to get past the zombie though, so I went a bit "brute force," but it was okay (I finished it !) The graphics reminded me of the games from my childhood. It's a very good base game, and I think you can build on that and refine it by adding other puzzles or some interactions with the virus ! In all cases, a super clean game!
A really lovely little game ā Iām truly impressed that you managed to create all this in just three days, with only two people (especially when I realised you could customise the decor and change the colours !) The gameplay loop is effective, and the mini-games are simple but fun. Iād like to say that the graphics are particularly warm and cheerful; you can tell a lot of time and love have been spent on them <3
First of all, THANK YOU for the tutorial. Not everyone necessarily takes the time to put together a tutorial, and this one was very clear and lets you get straight into the game. The game was cool and the car handled quite smoothly (even though Iām a disaster when I try to reverse...). Just as I was starting to find the game a bit too repetitive, the pattern of the signals began to change, which was perfect timing. The theme is very well done too :)
Itās far more addictive than I first thought ā Iāve made it to day 11 (currently in the top 9 on the leaderboard)! The gameplay is simple but works well; you soon find yourself coldly calculating whether itās better to have lots of cheap & poorly trained resources rather than well-trained and effective (but very expensive) ones.
The graphics are great because they let you focus solely on the essentials; thatās a real plus in this kind of game. Looking at things to improve for the post-jam, I found the screen really small for managing the assignment screen. Perhaps an improvement such as āautomatic assignment based on skillsā could be a nice addition later on, so we can focus on other parts of the game :)
I absolutely love games based on deciphering a language, and this one is no exception :) Thanks for this postāI really enjoyed playing through the first part (and continuing to decipher some of the characters, even though it got a lot harder!) I haven't looked at the clues yet, but I think I'll try again to fill in the missing words (and with friends who love this kind of game as much as I doāit's a game worth sharing !) I hope there will be a post-jam version !
A really fun little gameāthe only problem is that Iām really *bad* at it (I struggled to get to level 4āshame on me). Other than that, the game is really polished; the mechanics are simple but effective, and I canāt even imagine how long it took you to design all these levels so that the difficulty is gradually increases without becoming impossible... Well, except for my brain -_-
OK, this game is brilliant! I really love Picross and I think youāve come up with a super twist. I must admit I was really surprised and delighted when I saw the āverticalā row added to the horizontal words Iād already found. At the moment, Iām stuck on āRemarkableā / āTownā; Iāve got one letter left to correct, but I canāt seem to figure it out. Iāll come back to it a bit later, as Iām really keen to see how it ends ! ;)
I've just noted three areas for improvement / post-gamejam: - the speed at which text appears in speech bubbles (it could be a little faster) - sometimes the speech bubble stays on the screen a little too long, which hides the grid - the ability to go back a step or two will be perfect
Well done anyway, the game is really enjoyable !!
Edit : Finished it ! And I talked about it to my friends :)
It took me a while to figure out what to do, and I had a bit of trouble with the controls. I donāt know if it was my mouse, but I really struggled to turn around to look at the different people. That said... the atmosphere was really cool. The theme is well executed AND original. The ātrading frenzyā bit, with the music and sound effects, had me in stitches too ā you really went all out and thatās brilliant. I didn't know anything about that world at all, so it was quite funny to see that For the post-jam, I think a short tutorial (not a long text to read, but more of a very simple, slightly guided first task) might make things easier :) And perhaps also checking the controls to make things run more smoothly (though maybe itās just my computer!) Good luck for the post jam version
Well, Iām not going to say anything particularly new compared to the other comments, but to sum it up: - The game is cool; itās a really creative take on the theme - The rythm works well, and I know how hard it can be to get that right! - I think there needs to be more feedback from the drums (and the same goes for signaling when itās your turn) - I had a hard time playing at first because of my azerty keyboard layout; changing the key bindings would really be a must-have for a post-jam version ;) Overall, itās a great game; the foundation is clearly there to keep polishing it :)
