I agree about the gameplay being too slow. Most of the dialogue is finished shortly after you reach the objective so there's no point in it being this long, for what I feel is not the best payoff. I realise it's a game jam but if the empty space was filled with a bit more something it would justify the length.
Didn't get through the whole thing but the art is amazing! That wizard is so wack lol
That was kind of weird, they just kept replacing until eventually they disappeared. Like others said I can see what you're going for. Good shell, battle music and the creatures are really cute and creatively designed. Nice!
Interesting. I have no idea if some people might be offended by a bit of the humor but not huge deal. Takes a while to piece together what's going on with the comrad cam there could be dialogue saying you're running out or a visual meter for money.

Omg, this is the only game I've played this jam that really got my feels. Super talented; great art and music, and I love the way you decided to tell the story. In fact I'll remember that for some of my own games going forward. Beautiful stuff ^^
Ah, nice. My own little slice of hell. The darkness of the cave, dripping water and clanking of my spaghetti arms and tin can body into unending silence only add to the despair. Tip for new players: Spaghetti arms are like slingshots? Nice game. Cave is not the happiest environment to undertake this struggle though. Too claustrophobic imo Dx
Pretty fun challenge. I agree with the others I can see it being one of those newgrounds games. Gameplay is clear cut and easy to understand, well-executed concept.
Interesting mechanic. I know it's a game jam but a clear tutorial would help clear things up a bit, especially for those who don't play a lot of card games. The audio and music is pretty good

Favorite game I've played so far! The graphic style is cute, the music is great, the concept is genius and the gameplay loop is very fun with a clear goal. The time limit and scoring system work really well. Two thumbs up
That was fun. I think there is a bit of strategy to it, and a timing in the last level in getting your dudes to survive long enough to do damage, not get killed, and keep a small crowd of your own alive. Sfx are also nice.
Finally, a roguelike! This one's done pretty well. Sfx are good, art is good.. Nice.
Pretty fun game! With a bit more polish and time (i.e. sfx) I could see this being a really great experience. I felt like it maybe a bit too difficult to collect the moisture unless I really put my kiting cap on. Something to think about? All in all though I quite liked it :)
Nice! The mechanic kept me playing right until the end. At first I felt like there needed to be more vowels, but then I realised I could just write any word. Perhaps that should have been made clearer like with a tutorial if there was more time. All in all I really liked it! Art was great too.
Nice game! I thought it might be frustrating to have to figure out the spells, but you literally had a creature for every combination (which I thought was great) so that wasn't at all a problem Dx Simple and fun, is what you expect it to be :)
Nice track playing in the background! Like an elaborate escape room. I'm absolutely terrible at escape rooms so I didn't finish, although I (think) I got kind of close. Couldn't figure out the moon, the painting, the purple thing. Really like the concept though, haven't seen anything like it before.

The graphics, music and level design are all really good. Kind of reminds me of Maplestory for some reason.

Very cute game, I like the concept. Could definitely see it being a playable mobile idle game. Like somebody else said I do think the production needs to speed up. I got two trees and a mushroom and it's taking on average ~20-30 seconds. It would be less of a problem if I had more decisions to make during that time.
But I like the idea and the execution, it's definitely a pull to see what creatures I can combine next :)

Personally I give it a 1 for mood. Don't feel like we need games were you go around ruining people's lives. The audio is good. Other stuff is pretty decent. Gameplay is exactly what you expect it to be and easy to figure out, which is good. There's also a tutorial which is a nice feature as some submissions lack one.

Fun TD game. I ran into what I think was a bug in the last level where I had 2000 points but couldn't spawn anything despite having other points. Pretty fun though, is exactly what you'd expect it to be.
I like it. Fun concept done well, the audio is quite good.
Definitely has potential to be a really fun game fleshed out with more features. I would recommend having some way to skip animations later on as it can take quite a while with a lot of enemies. Music is nice. Good work!
