my friend you made something beautiful, saddly i got stuck in the compass (2 pieces left) i think something with the coliiders are off?
anyway- it was such a lovely way of telling, really liked the connetion to the theme- i'll return to again to finishing it! great job!
Same problem than @placeholders :sob: But looks great! I’ll return to again to finishing it! Congrats anyway !

Very nice novel and visuals! I ran into the same problem with the compass, but managed to find the solution. But this one is really a bit hard to get, I would recommend to maybe add a hint in your description. Additionally I got a black screen after the 100% skull animation. Is this intended?
Gameplay wise as I said very nice atmosphere. Especially liked the second section! The font you used for the dialogs is a bit too much New Times Roman style for my taste, I feel like simpler fonts fit a bit better for dialogs.

Cool to see such a story-focused game, loved the visuals and the way the puzzles are integrated into the story. I don't think the font quite fits tho, maybe something more stylized would have worked better. Enjoyed the game overall; great work!
Really interesting story- the visuals were really strong. Add a small problem where I think I would skip dialogue cause I was waiting too long for the full sentence to show up. Curious if there was more subtle story telling things I've missed cause the screen just went black after 100%, but overall a extremely moody story!
Beautiful story. Should be updated, polished and pushed straight to Steam

As an adventure game dev myself, I really enjoyed this moody story. It was simple, but impactful.
However, when I hit the last part - 100% - the screen went black. I don't know if that was on purpose, like some hidden meaning, that the old man died, or something like that :)
Audio and graphics are also great, I really enjoyed the subtle animations. Truly felt like reading a comic book almost.

I like the art, it's very cute and minimalistic. And the shaking of the camera in the doctor's office is wonderful. Thanks for story, I enjoy it!
I really like the art and the game is so polish ! I really like the "mini games". We did a narrative game too, but way less polish than this one ! Good job !

It went black at the end (wasn't sure if that's a bug or the ending). Loved the minigames!
I like the style of minigames with a narrative. The art looks good and supports the story telling. I accidentally skipped some dialog because I was clicking to speed up the text accidentally skipped past it. You can see this in the video. I ended up playing again and was careful to not click so fast. I think I got to the ending, his brain hit 100% and the screen went blank?

@bangkerpow Thanks for playing. Due to lack of time, i had to make an open-minded ending)
The story is written pretty well and very good direction, minigames are very fun.
Looks great, I like it. Thank you.
really greate art, the minigames fit in nicely with the storys, love it. Only issue is that the dialog sometimes skip too fast, but still great game!
Great animations especially considering you made those in 48 hours. I reach the 100% and got a black screen, and from your reply it seems that is the ending. Well done!

Wow, this is so good. For 48 hrs it's amazing work!
Got black screen on 100% :(((((( quite sad. What we lacked in our game was cut scenes, and you made your whole game that :DD really really cool, would love to have your ability to draw. Thing i would change would be either lowering letter spawning sound or upping the background sound, because i was changing my volume up down at the moment ;) also maybe overall music would be nice.

Nice little experience, got a little issue with the cloud puzzle, I had one part that wasn't fully sized so I had to recheck each one haha
I loved the feeling of the driving boat part, it felt very smooth.

Is the game unfinished? I genuinely curious about what happens at 100%

It's more like a movie than a game. Still has its own charm and deep thoughts. Calm vibes overall

I got a black screen at 100% as well. If this was intentional, I think it would be better to have an ending screen or something, because right now it feels like a bug
Remarkable! It's so nice to see this kind of atmosphere narrative in the game jam, you just provided me some unique and special experience.

Artwork is awesome!

I like how the ending is either broken or makes sense in the context of the story. Remembering too far back can be dangerous? Really interesting narrative and great art!

playing alive, it seems not big but you can feel something You did all the animations yourself, they inspired me so much You are very cool!
Really nice idea! I enjoyed the puzzles, buy they could be a little harder i guess :D Loved the artstyle :)
Great game! A piece of art. What you've done is pretty hard, I always try to do something similar but never manage to do it because of all the assets and the system. It's great!

this was a fun nice little game, really nice and emotional!! I struggled with getting a black screen after it was at 75%, wouldnt progress further. Beautiful art!
Art and animation is great, suits the mood of the game. Can tell a lot of care went into making this. The sound effects are good as well. A lack of background music feels like a good choice, instead opting for ambient noises. Fun short but cohesive experience and great entry!

This is a very unique entry. You have created a beautiful experience. I love the art direction, how puzzles are integrated into the story, and the life story itself. It is peaceful, chill, and zen. I would've liked an actual ending to the story and I'm sure if given more time you could've made one and written even more. Still, really impressive work for two days with all the art and animation!
Fun mini games, the first cloud could be a captcha :P The art style and the mood was very nice!

I love art!
Genuinely so impressive, I love the artwork and style. It feels kind of like I'm reading an interactive comic book! The only downside is the ending, haha. I want to know what happens after he hits 100%

Interesting story and visual concept. I like the puzzles, especially the compass one, and the story and exploration of the theme got me. Amazing job!

The concept is great! I love the way we dive into someone's memory. It reminds me a game called "before your eyes".

this was really cool
That is so beautiful, I love the art and I loved the story. Sadly I got a black screen at 100% so I could not finish the game :( I started having *deep* thoughts maybe it was intentional and I needed to reflect on myself by looking at my screen's reflection? lol, anyways I loved it! Great game!

For a game about the depths, this really is deep. Great job!!!!
Very unusual experience  A quite creative approach of the jam theme. I really like the visual style and scene animations, they reminded me of "The Silent Age".
What could be improved is the sound of dialogues (maybe try to lower the high pitches), and adding an outline for the text. Great job!
i guess i'm dumb, but i didn't get through the first cloud puzzle
Very interesting, a visual novel more than a game, but the mini games were quite fun.

Hey really interesting game! I'm impressed at how good the visuals are. Some really cool transitions in there as well. Interesting story but the ending black screen is a little underwhelming. I was almost expecting the game to start again as a time loop. Anyway, anything would have been better than black screen :D Text was moving too slow, that's always frustrating. Never a good idea to put a cap on reading speed! I realized at some point I could hold click but a second click tap would have been better, because with the hold it's possible to skip multiple lines at a time. Anyway, cool experience overall, but maybe the story needed a bit more fleshing out!

Приятная небольшая игра, с отличным стильным артом и разнообразными минииграми, особенно понравилась с катером. В конце дедок видимо совсем глубоко погрузился, в мир поней и аниме.

This was a beautiful novel! Loved the artwork and entire atmosphere. The mini games were fun too. The end was a bit surprising though.
Nice!
The story hooked me, you've built an interesting atmosphere. I'm a bit disappointed that's you couldn't finish on time, but I know how it is and what was done is great. Have you thought of switching to the 'Jam' format when you realized that you don't have enough time? Btw I think you should have quickly written up some excuse on the black screen, because it's confusing without it.
Anyway, I really liked the compass puzzle, I don't recall stumbling upon a similiar minigame before. Also, fancy theme interpretation. Was this your first jam? Great job!
Really nice!
Good job on the mini games, because it seems to me you did a lot of work between the visuals, story, point-and-click, drag and drop and boat mini-game!
I liked the story and the little mini-games. They were simple, but it was probably a good bit of work to make them all in 48 hours. The art was also really cool, and I liked the stereo effects in the sound. Nice work!
