Nice concept!
Gameplay is really great! I wished the dash strike could be jumped out of but I think it would be too powerful then! It was fun I loved the economy of rebuilding the level you could do some really interesting fortresses type things with it! Great job :)
Interesting concept! Maybe it could have used some additional rules in block placing, I ended up putting a lot of them in the same area. Also I got stuck on the bottom left corner during one game.
I really like the concept. Nice idea to flip the idea into keeping the level alive.
Controls are a little wonky for me. The dash effect is great but I found it hard to use.

I had a hard time at first figuring out my objective as those red orbs spawn outside of view and don't really appear until its too late. I liked the pinball bouncing on the dash that was fun!

Cool idea! The movement feels solid, though sometimes I got stuck sliding along the ground and couldn't move at all, I'm not sure why. I liked it though it was fun, good work!
Interesting twist on the theme
I did not exactly understand, when new bricks would spawn. But it is a nice idea, to keep the level alife.
having to keep the stage itself alive is a very fun concept, although it feels like you can't really do much against it with how many of those things are heading towards it.
Not a bad game, the lack of music makes it a little boring, the player makes the jump sound even when you can't jump more, the character teleport itself backwars when you do a wall jump and it's not clear about the brick spawn mecanic. Good worl overall.
Quite a funny game, actually. I see a lot of potential, but the controls were kind of weird. Especially jumping felt pretty "weak". I also didn't get what actually destroyed the level... With a little bit of background music maybe, and some more explanation though, this will be a simple yet addicting game!
I like how you can dash from one end of the map to the other lmao. Great game! I had a lot of fun playing it this morning. :)
Nice work! I got a high score of 347, but I felt like I could have kept going forever. Maybe ramping up the difficultly as time progresses would make the game feel more engaging. Very cool idea and good execution.
Keeping the level alive is certainly a novel idea and I liked how the enemies could destroy the level. The graphics were good and I liked the sprites picked. I did find there were a couple of bugs, the dash attack will keep going until it hits something which ended in me going across the map multiple times. At one point I had negative amounts of blocks and I would also occasionally get stuck in blocks. I appreciate you probably had negligible time to fix any bugs however and I see a lot of potential here!

Brilliant idea, but the controls were quite janky.
Great concept, but the level is too big too see new enemies early enough. A bit janky controls for example the dash slowing down when hitting multiple enemies in a row and having to wait until you hit a wall felt unresponsive. Sometimes I bounced around when hitting a block at the corner. That might make a good movement option in a later revision. The graphics are good, but a bit inconsistent. Overall nice work, keep it up!

Nice concept indeed! Would be great if the dash could be cancelled, and sometimes I managed to get stuck to the boundaries of the level. This game has a ton of potential with a bit of polishing and audio! :D Thanks for submitting this! :thumbsup:
Cool idea, the game seemed to have quite a lot of bugs and it seemed a lot easier to just protect blocks in a corner than to go out and fight the enemies but overall good job.
Intresting idea with Dash Strike, but i broke game when click it so much.
Interesting mechanics, definetely shows potential. I think that if you take time polish the character controller and to work around your ideas to create evolving levels it would be a really cool game!

Nice concept, but the game itself is unplayable; you should probably simplify the moving of character. Also were not sure there were no solid ground below, or just a some kind of deadly hazard to fall at
Controls were confusing kept expecting to dash in the direct I clicked. Fun little idea would be good to have an enemy radar, and see new enemy types and power ups over time.
It really is a interesting idea but juste like @gallahron said, it's easier to just protect 4 or 5 blocks in a corner than really trying to chase monsters and rebuild the level. You can survive as long as you take the bullet and jump at the mobs. Audio FX are quite annoying after some time, but I was not supposed to be able to survive for so long so that's not really a problem.
Graphics and idea are cool.
The movement was a bit clunky especially when I pressed jump while stuck to the side of a block. It has a nice concept but the movement of the character definitely needs to be smoothed out and fixed
wow that was insanely fun. one of the best i've seen! The controls were a little wonky, and glitchy at times, but the gameplay itself was super fun, and the idea really novel. I could definitely see this being a more full fledged game, even a tower defense of sorts in the future! keep it up!
Love the concept! Sounds were a little confusing at first. I couldn't decide if running into enemies to clear them was a good thing or a bad thing.
Nice job! It is an entertaining game. I find the animations funny when you look up or down. To say something bad, jumping when connected to a wall is a bit strange.

Definitely a creative take on the theme! I enjoyed it, though I ran into a few issues with the dash strike that occasionally left me unable to move. Some background music (even something free off the web) could have helped set the mood of the game.
I loved the idea ! Really nice and enjoyable game.
I like the concept and the dash strike was neat. If the NPC AI hunted for blocks more thoroughly, or gave fewer blocks for each NPC killed, this could be great; it wasn't too hard to stay alive by dumping a few blocks in the corner and just protecting them.
A good spin on the theme, I would work on the character controls to really improve the entire thing

honestly pretty fun! some way of knowing what is going on outside the immediate screen (minimap, arrows pointing to enemies ...etc) would massively improve it though, as it would make it much more fast paced / less just zooming back and forth looking for enemies.
The concept is very interesting, but the controls and the mechanics could use some polish. If the player could control the character more tightly you could ramp up the difficulty by a large margin, making it for an amazing fast-paced action game! I found that hoarding charges and building a compact cube on the bottom lets you go on forever. The sound effects are a bit rough on the ears.

This is a game with good mechanics. Maybe the dash is a bit too uncontrollable, but it make me laught. I meet a bug, I was blocked in a block. And after bad red circle destroy it, I was still stuck in the middle of the screen.

Great concept! I like what you did with the theme, it's certainly a unique idea and wit some work post-jam it could go much further. The main thing that bothered me was the generic fonts used in the text, and some don't seem to match. Music would've helped to make it more immersive. I look forward to seeing what comes next!

The game was quite fun but there were some things that could get fixed such as: It always comes jump sound when pressing Space even though you could not jump at that moment. The character got stuck at the sides of some blocks which was quite annoying. But I appreciate the screen shake because so many people forgets to add it and it adds very much to the game feel.
Nice concept! Hope you will fix the controls and the sound effects. The idea of destroying the platform with NPC was amazing.

The game is good and could use better graphics, but the game gets dull after one play so you should add something that spices up the game. Overall it was good.
Nice concept, with a bit of finesse on the controls, could be improved. It was hard to navigate the level, especially to get the higher up bad guys.
