Very cool idea!
Great job! I ended up spending most of my time driving backwards as I found it was much easier to control the truck that way. I has some trouble on Day three when my packages entered Limbo and were sitting mid air. Also, adding some music or simple sound effects could go a long way! Overall super cool idea - keep up the good work!
I *love* the idea. Although I don't know that I like that the police are after me because of my plants :frowning:. If I could make a suggestion, it would be add a bit of variety to the main area (maybe a hill) so the game would feel a littl bit more dynamic. Great work!
This game is a blast! I played the web version and was getting some serious lag issues when fighting mutliple enemies as once, but it was great none the less. I couldn't really distiguish the performance of the two weapons, I just ended up using them both as AOE. Really cool concept and fits great with the theme!
Very cool concept and great looking art! If I had to critize one thing, I would say it takes several trips to increase water levels, and the difficulty increased because you can't give Mr. X water from below. I love the computer startup sequence, BendoverXD was a funny touch. Music fit the theme well and overall a great job!
Love the retro visuals and the idea is really interesting. Adding even simple audio would greatly improve the experience - and maybe having some more feedback as to when you're taking damage could help as well. Keep up the good work!
Nice work! I got a high score of 347, but I felt like I could have kept going forever. Maybe ramping up the difficultly as time progresses would make the game feel more engaging. Very cool idea and good execution.
Great job - an escort mission that I didn't hate! I love the ambiance and particularly the tree models worked very well with the enviroment. Overall, I think some enemy variety and occasional eviromental features could help complete this.
This was so cool! I eventually got stuck inside a cloud after pushing myself in there with a vine - but to be honest I didn't mind so much since the atmosphere was calming. I had a really good time even though I didn't have an expressed purpose for most of it - I just liked talking to the clouds. Fan-freaking-tastic job!
Good work and super interesting take on the theme! My critisms have already been said here, the gameplay slows to a crawl at the start and end. It seems to have some pacing issues, which if solved would help out the fun-factor of this game!
Just a heads up - Game Jolt link doesn't work. But the game is pretty cool - very cool gameplay!
This cat does *NOT* have 9 lives, so I needed every last one of the tree lives I was given. I didn't have much trouble besides getting jipped by an extra life in the second stage. I really like the idea and think the execution was well done - seems like you suceeded on doing what you set out to do!
This was actually reall fun! Adding a bit more visual feeback as to what each power does and how it works would really help out. Great job - keep up the good work! (And maybe add suppoer for WASD next time)
Fantastic work! Controls felt very fluid and animations and UI gave really good feedback! It's great to see such a large team working so well together!
@justcamh I appreciate your feeback SOOOO much! Thank your for playing Plant Party!
@neontropics The download is a standalone Windows/Mac/Linux .exe file - so unless you are running MS DOS you should be okay. I ran into several issues with a WEBGL build - so I decided against it.
Good job! Could maybe use to *fleshing out* of more gameplay features. Once you eat a person ten times, you've got the idea.
Very cool aesthetic! Awesome to see such a well-polished game!
Good job! A classic take with a new theme! There were some problems dragging new towers, it seems like if your cursor leaves the model it stops tracking. I played till the end screen - so I had lots of fun! I figured out pretty quick that the cheapest tower was the best because the price never increased and you can just place a crap-ton of them everywhere.
Fun little game, great job!
Hey there! I know a lot of people are having trouble understanding what's going on, so I just wanted to add my two cents here. This might be a boid simulation based off Sebastian Lague's video on YouTube? There isn't much gameplay and the FPS drops are probably a result of just how difficult it is to simulate natural boids. A cool concept, but adding to this further with some more explanation or gameplay would really create an interesting experience beyong the novelty of the simulation.
