| Apr 4 21:34:24 | Misfortune in the Galaxy | ♥ 2 | I was so amused by your boss getting absolutely blindsided by an asteroid that I straight-up didn't even think twice about him going out for a smoke break in the vacuum of space. đ¤Ŗ I liked the personality of this game! The concept was pretty neat, especially as it encapsulates the "fly by the seat of your pants" chaos of trying to learn everything on a strict time constraint. Although I do think that some of the instructions could be more clear. I got stuck on the task that said something along the lines of "unscrew the lid, remove it, then screw it back on." However, there were like 4 "lids" on the ship, and unscrewing them didn't seem to do much. I tried clicking and dragging on the lids to remove them, but nothing seemed to work. đ So I ended up perishing while looking out to the emptiness beyond. đ | |
| Apr 4 22:12:36 | 38m 12s | Slip or Trip | ♥ 2 | A great example of a simple concept polished to a shine with a lot of personality. I love all of the characters and the personalities you've given them (even though to my knowledge they have no gameplay relevance). I was honestly surprised at how many y'all managed to squeeze in here. đ I also like the idea that the steeper your lean, the more points you earned. A nice incorporation of risk and reward. đ |
| Apr 4 22:21:04 | 8m 28s | Overtime | ♥ 2 | Mother of god that "Game Over" sound scared the CRAP outta me đ¨ It's SO much louder than everything else in the game! Other than that, though, I felt the game was quite fun! The level was a lot more sprawling than I originally thought it was going to be, and it was pretty fun to traverse as well. Nice job on this! |
| Apr 5 07:34:01 | 9h 12m | Un-Rooted | ♥ 3 | Love the gibberish language in this game, lol This one has a lot of personality, it's great! Weird, ragdoll physics will never not be funny to me, so seeing all these little blockheads wobble all over the place was a real treat for me. đ |
| Apr 5 07:44:17 | 10m 16s | Balloon Rush 2 | ♥ 2 | I really really love the aesthetic of this game. I'm super jealous of the wobble and animations that your UI menus have. That looks like it took a LOT of work (coming from someone who loathes doing UI dev). I also like how simple the game is to pick up and play. At the same time, it feels like a unique mechanic that's fun to learn! I kiiiiiind of wish the difficulty ramped up a little faster for more skilled players, but that's a tiny nitpick in an otherwise nicely polished game! đ |
| Apr 5 09:17:16 | 1h 32m | Color Clock | ♥ 1 | The perfect combination of simple and fun. đ I feel like this game would be a perfect fit for mobile! Would be nice if there was some kind of reward for hitting your marks faster, rather than letting the clock spin for as long as you want. |
| Apr 5 10:57:45 | 1h 40m | Pier Pressure | ♥ 2 | This was such a hoot. The premise and presentation are hilarious, and the gameplay is super engaging to boot! The fact that you added an upgrade system too is really impressive. I honestly had a blast just trying to master the base game. đ I appreciate that the hitboxes for the buttons are pretty generous, because things get very frantic during the later stages of the game! Also, I'm mildly disappointed by the fact that the results screen keeps showing up too fast and I can't admire my graceful dive âšī¸ |
| Apr 5 11:52:21 | 54m 36s | Corgi, Protecc! | ♥ 4 | You pulled me in with the corgi (my personal weakness) and you hooked me with the twist. Well done! đ đ |
| Apr 12 05:51:50 | 161h 59m | Snowman Souls | ♥ 2 | It took me a while to understand why my snowman kept turning yellow, then I realized it was because of the dogs. đ¤Ŗ Nice job with this one! It was kind of tough, but not so tough that I wasn't able to make it to the final boss and come out victorious! đ |
| Apr 12 06:02:32 | 10m 42s | OVERCOME | ♥ 1 | I really dig the sound design of this one. đ Especially for the boss, which sped up as its health dwindled, nice touch! I also like how it looks like your opted to not kill the player at all, and instead track how many times they were hit by bullets. That was probably a good call in order to keep the momentum of the story and gameplay. đ I see you improving a *lot* with each new entry you submit to LD. Keep 'em comin'! |
| Apr 12 06:09:22 | 6m 50s | Steady Birds | ♥ 2 | This was SUPER cool! The mechanics were nice, simple, and easy to understand. I also love the way that you play around with resources, with the bear and the owl being one-time uses during the game, and the tree constantly losing branches as you deal with the incoming beavers. The art and sound as well is top-notch. đ I can't think of a better sound to play for that chill-ass bear whenever he comes out. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I like the fact that the birds fly off of the branches as quickly as they do. On the one hand, it ensures that the game never gets stagnant or too easy. On the other hand, it does make me feel like I have less control over the state of the tree, since my decisions can quickly be overwritten by a flyaway bird. That's just a minor complaint, though! This one was super fun to play, nicely done! |
| Apr 12 06:14:56 | 5m 34s | Lumi and the Cloud Shepherd | ♥ 1 | Wonderful little entry! I love the simplicity of it, and the retro style is just on-point. I also always just appreciate unique mechanics in games, definitely haven't seen anything like this before. đ Nice job!! |
| Apr 12 06:30:41 | 15m 45s | The Fire Will Die | ♥ 1 | Very neat entry! I loved the added touch of the footsteps, this games art and audio really help to sell the mood. đ I do wish that the gameplay evolved a little more, especially between days, but this IS a jam game after all, so that's really a minor complaint. Nice job with this one! |
| Apr 12 06:38:08 | 7m 27s | DIZT | ♥ 1 | Maaaaaaaaaaaan, I got REALLY excited when I saw the car features on your game page, but I just couldn't find wherever they were to start using them. đ I feel like that's your most unique selling point of this game, and I wish they had more of a focus (or you at least got to them sooner)! Otherwise, I dig the aesthetic of this game. đ Would be nice if the characters popped a bit more, but that's a pretty minor complaint. Well done! |
| Apr 12 06:47:56 | 9m 48s | Keep It Warm | ♥ 1 | Very nice entry here! You got that Atari vibe down to a T đ I love the added touch that you can burn objects inside your house for warmth, too! I do wish there was a liiiiiittle bit more depth though so that I could make some interesting decisions/trade-offs. I could burn pretty much everything in my house without filling up the fire gauge, and then it was just a matter of "run off to tree, cut down tree, put in fire, rock baby, rinse, repeat." I feel like if there were just a few simple mechanics to shake things up, and force the player to make interesting decision, it would really open this game up. đ Maybe a larger inventory to hold multiple items, but limited space. Trees take longer to cut down and haul, but burn for longer. Meanwhile some new item (like bushes) are light, easy to carry, but burn quickly. Just a simple edition like that can ensure that all players don't have the exact same experience every time. đ I do realize that this is a compo entry though, so I'm sure you considered all of this as well, and just ran out of time. What you did manage to get out in the weekend is still really really good! Also, compliments to the sound design. It's very minimal, but in my opinion it's extremely effective. đ |
| Apr 12 06:53:52 | 5m 56s | Under the Moon | ♥ 1 | Very damn impressive that you were able to do all of this in less than 24 hours! I love the style of this one, too! During the combat though, I found myself using right click far more often than left click, since the turn was very slow and the hitbox was a little too tight. The forward dash was able to hit just as many enemies, and quicker too! Other than that though, I really enjoyed this one. Nice job! |
| Apr 12 08:18:15 | 1h 24m | Extremely Exteme Sports | ♥ 2 | Equal parts ridiculous and fun as always! I'm always jealous of your multiplayer shenanigans. Keep up the good work! |

[Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=01h02m11s) As usual, I'm terrible at this game, but I definitely feel like I can get better at it, given enough time (now all I need is enough time...)! |
| Apr 17 05:45:31 | 3m 00s | The VortExperience | ♥ 1 | Heya Hawkin! [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=01h24m09s) As usual, I will always approve of voice acting in any capacity in an LD game. The personality in this one is *chef's kiss* |

| Apr 17 05:52:51 | 4m 12s | Pyre | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=02h10m17s) As usual, absolutely wonderful audio and visuals, keep up the good work! |

The visuals were also top-notch as well. Crazy to think you did this by yourself! |
| Apr 17 06:04:00 | 2m 34s | STONEHOLD | ♥ 2 | [Thanksf or submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=02h44m21s) I have a soft spot for top-down hack and slash games like this. Would love to see this expanded upon with all of the other ideas y'all were mentioning! |
| Apr 17 06:06:30 | 2m 30s | It's Cold, I Am Dead | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=03h10m27s) This was such a unique idea, and I love the inspiration behind it. đ¸ Keep up the great work!! |

| Apr 17 06:16:38 | 4m 11s | Healer's Handbook | ♥ 3 | [Thanks for submitting this game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=04h11m00s) This is probably my favorite of the games I've played so far. The art and visuals are so clean, the mechanics are unique and fun to master, and the game itself feels very well balanced! Very very excellent job here, all! |
| Apr 17 06:20:58 | 4m 20s | THEMARUNGA | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=04h26m55s) As always, I love how unique your games always feel. đ Your personality really shines through with each new entry. Keep up the good work! |
| Apr 17 06:25:20 | 4m 22s | Re: Placement | ♥ 3 | [Behold my embarrassment for y'all to enjoy](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457327946?t=04h49m10s) Thanks for submitting to stream! Sorry I was so infuriatingly incompetent at it, but I had a lot of fun! I will likely come back to this once my eyes and brain feel a little fresher. đ |
| Apr 17 06:30:46 | 5m 26s | Overheat | ♥ 0 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=00h14m01s) I honestly can't believe I was able to beat this one, it was quite the challenge! And as always, the dev room was fun to mess around in đ |
| Apr 17 06:33:29 | 2m 43s | To be Ageless | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=00h33m55s) FromSoft better watch out, there's a new player in town đ It really is crazy how much y'all were able to cram into such a short amount of time, nice job! |
| Apr 17 06:36:02 | 2m 33s | Board to DEATH | ♥ 2 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=00h50m46s) One of my favorites of the jam so far, knew I'd love it the moment I understood the concept from the tutorial. Very awesome work here, guys!! |
| Apr 17 06:38:40 | 2m 38s | Protect The Light | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=01h14m09s) This is such a strong entry, especially for compo. Very nicely polished mechanics and visuals, and felt very unique! Keep up the good work. đ |
| Apr 17 06:42:35 | 3m 55s | Space Ninja | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=01h28m32s) There is an absurd level of polish going on here, I love it! You really know how to juice even the simplest mechanics to their maximum potential. đ |
| Apr 17 06:44:54 | 2m 19s | Slime Zone | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=01h45m23s) Absurd that this is a compo game. I love the unique mechanic, paired with the clean visuals and tight controls. Absolutely well done here! |

So fortunate that Titanic has finally entered the public domain for this game to exist. đ |
| Apr 17 06:50:03 | 1m 58s | Delay Dragon | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=02h17m26s) This game is trickier than it looks! I'm glad I was able to finish it though, once I got the hang of it, it was pretty rewarding! |

Per your request, here's your reminder: **NEVER MAKE AN FPS GAME FOR LD EVER AGAIN!!!** đ |
| Apr 17 07:04:28 | 11m 58s | Runic Moon | ♥ 2 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=02h44m10s) I could feel my eyes going crossed as I played. A pretty simple concept, but executed very nicely, well done! |

I can see you expanding on this in some pretty cool ways in the future! |
| Apr 17 07:12:06 | 2m 34s | Fronk Frizby - Qoffee Cuest | ♥ 2 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=03h31m28s) Sorry we had to speed through the end, but I'm glad we were able to finish it! Y'all are very clever with your writing, it's not often an LD game makes me laugh out loud with dialogue alone. đ |
| Apr 17 07:18:14 | 6m 08s | The Lars Mission | ♥ 3 | Howdy y'all! [Glad I was able to play this on stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=03h49m53s) I still contest that I beat the game on my first run fair and square. đ As usual, Lars remains #1 in my heart â¤ī¸ |
| Apr 17 07:21:12 | 2m 58s | Hard Light | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=04h11m03s) The audio and visuals here are top-notch, and I found the gameplay to be super engaging, despite how simple the premise is. Always a big fan of simple ideas polished to a T đ |
| Apr 17 07:25:26 | 4m 14s | Eleventh Hour | ♥ 1 | [Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1457959497?t=04h26m26s) This is a ridiculously well-polished compo game. Such a great amount of juice, and a solid, easy-to-understand mechanic. Well done! |
| Apr 18 04:14:42 | 20h 49m | Rocket Lawnchair | ♥ 1 | How dare you use the reverse of my control scheme to mess me up?? đ¤Ŗ My record was juuuuust about 8 seconds. The controls seem almost inscrutable at first, but after several attempts, I felt like I was starting to get an actual strategy going for how I could stay in the air longer while remaining stable. So mad respect once again for making a game that is legitimately challenging, but still totally learnable. I've already seen some players get CRAZY good at this. đ đ |
| Apr 18 04:41:23 | 26m 41s | Too Close | ♥ 1 | This was a really neat idea! :) I deeeesssperately wish there was some kind of "undo" mechanic, as I constantly found myself placing rocks RIGHT at the entrance to the next area, and immediately softlocked myself and had to wait for my inevitable doom. Other than that, though, I like the mechanics at play here! The time slow-down in particular came in clutch for me quite a few times đ |
| Apr 18 04:47:48 | 6m 25s | Pompeii Ludum Dare 50 | ♥ 3 | Man, those rocks flying out of the air are reeeeaaaaallllyy hard to dodge. There were some points where I literally couldn't avoid them, which was super frustrating especially when I felt like I was on a really good run. đ Other than that, though, this was a pretty neat game! The concept is simple, but the music, art, and atmosphere do a good job of selling the experience, nice job! |
| Apr 18 04:57:04 | 9m 16s | The Assessment | ♥ 2 | Love love love how your itch page's background blends in to the space background in your game â¤ī¸ As for the game itself, while the idea is pretty much Wario Ware (even down to the general tone and art style of the games), you guys executed this exceptionally well! It's clear that y'all know what you're doing when it comes to making games, and you know how to scope well enough to add that extra bit of polish that really makes an entry stand out. đ Nice job! |
| Apr 18 05:04:56 | 7m 52s | I was Reincarnated as a Middle Aged Dad Protecting his Son's Sand Castle | ♥ 2 | Now this is a neat idea I haven't seen before! I actually liked the "pillars" of waves that were coming towards the castle, it was a pretty neat visual aesthetic. I can't say I was able to figure out a "strategy" for the game, though. As far as I could tell, I had 10 blocks of sand that I could put down anywhere, but I had no way of refilling my inventory once I set them down. I used right click to remove one of the walls at one point, thinking it would put sand in my inventory to place somewhere else, but it just disappeared instead. đ Regardless, I still respect the unique entry you guys guy goin' on here. Congrats on your first jam! |
| Apr 18 05:48:15 | 43m 19s | STUDY LADY (cookie mix) | ♥ 3 | Pheeeewwwwwww, you roped me in for a while with this one. I love the concept and the style of this game. I think you really nailed the idea of an "evolving music video." This is definitely one of the most unique ways I've seen an idle game play out. I love how you guys got so much mileage out of the same re-skinned animations, too. Very clever! A couple things to note: I do think that it does scale a liiiiittle too slowly, and I think that's mostly due to the first scene becoming more and more irrelevant as the game progresses (and to a lesser extent the second scene). During my last 10 minutes or so with the game, I found myself just picking up my phone and browsing Twitter while I waited for the first scene to complete, which normally for an idle game I think is totally fine. However, for THIS idle game, you need to be paying attention in order to make sure you don't miss your timed marks, so I think the concept of the game is a bit at odds with itself in these instances. Also, I like how you give players an idea of the reward they're currently spending their currency on before they unlock it, but it would also be nice if somehow you could communicate the RATE at which they get the reward as well. There were some rewards that only trigger once per scene, and others that trigger once every half second or so, and I never really knew what each one was going to be (or maybe that was the point, for surprise?) Anyhoo, sorry if a lot of this sounds critical. I usually just tend to write a lot more for the games I really like, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't play this entry longer than any other entry so far. Really really nice job with this! |
| Apr 19 05:59:39 | 24h 11m | Ram or Be Rammed | ♥ 2 | Excellent, simple, well-polished entry here! ...I SAY simple, but I can't imagine how much work it must've taken to have mix car physics with Mario Galaxy physics. O.o I think the tiny planets really add a lot to the gameplay, though! Not knowing exactly where the enemy truck is at all times add a lot of great tension and comedic moments. I really enjoyed this one! |
| Apr 19 06:03:23 | 3m 44s | Escape from Nowhere | ♥ 1 | A nice little entry here! The gameplay is simple, but it's easy to understand, and invites players to get better at it. đ |
| Apr 19 06:11:00 | 7m 37s | Paddle Panic đŖââī¸đą | ♥ 3 | Holy moley that is one strong current! I had to practically give myself carpal tunnel syndrome to avoid the waterfall. đ This was a lot of fun, though! This entry is absolutely bursting with personality, from the sound to the visuals to the gameplay. Crazy what y'all were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time, well done! |
| Apr 19 06:40:11 | 29m 11s | Ydunian Prune | ♥ 1 | Whew, I'm glad I stuck this one out until the end! I love the twist you put on this little idle game. :) I will say though, you AAAAAALLLLLLLLMOST lost me near the end, as I was going through a loooooong stretch of time without much changing, but I feel like that's a tough flow to get right for an idle game, especially if it's made in a weekend. Like I said though, I'm glad I finished it! I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this one. |
| Apr 19 06:47:17 | 7m 06s | Weed it & Reap | ♥ 0 | Dang, this was a CRAZY ambitious project to take on solo for a weekend! The AI, the power-ups, the pathfinding, the art...holy crap. I do wish there was a bit more of an in-game tutorial to teach me the ropes (any text-based tutorial flees my mind immediately once I leave the page), but I was able to pick it up in the end. đ Crazy good job on this man! đ |
| Apr 21 02:22:58 | 43h 35m | Decisive Battle | ♥ 1 | Ay, this was neat! I didn't notice until my 2nd playthrough that the enemies have different attack animations, and that I was supposed to react accordingly in order to dodge them. I played through the entire thing on my first run by just mashing the attack button. đ I like the idea you have here, though! It's extra impressive that you managed to do all of this by yourself in a weekend. Best of luck if you hope to expand on it! đ |
| Apr 21 02:49:38 | 26m 40s | Shades of Deception | ♥ 3 | Very very nicely done! This was a super ambitious idea to try to complete in a weekend, but it's clear that your team is more than talented enough for the job! I loved all of the Ace Attorney-esque name puns, and despite their silliness, you still managed to keep me invested in the more dramatic elements of the story as well. I do think that some of the audio mixing could have used a little more polish, specifically the voices for the characters I was interrogating, but thankfully the subtitles only made this a minor issue in my eyes. Super duper good job on this one, y'all! |
| Apr 21 02:58:31 | 8m 53s | Populus Romanus | ♥ 1 | This was super neat! I love the level of visual polish y'all were able to bring to the table with this one. I also loved the multiple ways you displayed information via the UI (which townspeople would like/dislike buildings you put up), although I did find myself wanting to know some things before I committed to a decision. I never felt like I TRULY understood how much the bars would move until I placed a building, which was a little frustrating, but maybe it was also part of the learning experience you wanted the player to go through? Regardless, this was a very novel entry, and I really enjoyed it! |
| Apr 21 03:10:15 | 11m 44s | Sn002e | ♥ 3 | Looooved the personality of this one! The art, the music, and the sound effects all come together to make something very charming. đ I will say though, that the one minute waiting period between "interactable" stuff happening is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too long. I worry that not enough players have seen everything this game has to offer because of it. đ I'd have shortened it to maybe 10-15 seconds, instead (unless this is exactly the sort of vibe you're going for, challenging players to wait in order to complete the game). I'm actually typing this out right now waiting for my minute to expire before I do my next task in the game. đ All-in-all, though, very nicely done! EDIT: I've changed my mind, this game becomes a LOT more engaging as I'm trying to do other things while it's on in the background. Coming back every now and then to check the status to make sure I still have time without going over is a fun little meta-game to play. đ |

I did find it a little frustrating that some of the obstacles would come VERY quickly around a curve, and the camera was so zoomed in I would have very little time to react, even if I was slowing down. Other than that, though, I had a lot of fun with this one! đ |

The art and music are absolutely on-point, and although the gameplay is a little generic, it is super polished and more than juicy enough to be engaging and fun. The backswing on that last boss really threw me for a loop the first time. đ Nice job with this one! |
