Looks good! Just curious, what software did you use to make those voxel models? Is there the point of killing gnomes? Or they are just trying to stop you :) I tried to kill them all but then I changed my strategy and started running away from them.

I really like the look of this game.

Beautiful voxel art. Nice voxel animations too. The game felt really unique and I enjoyed the isometric perspective.

Great little game. The voxel graphics are amazing!

Love the voxel graphics and I'd love to know how you made them too! The fighting mechanics feel great to use, it's a lot of fun using the RMB attack and scattering the gnomes away.

Unique and cool graphics, and I like the gnome AI, yeah you better run. Kept wanting to aim with my mouse and strike behind me, maybe would feel smoother, don't know how that would handle with a controller though

Cool graphics style, nice models. I think with some light tweaks you can make it even better. Character controller felt a bit weird, but in the end that played into the combat system. Also didn't understand theme connection. But well done)

I really liked doing the turn attack when gnomes were all around me, it felt nice and their little squicky sounds were so cute ! I'm not sure if I understood the story, killing womens in the forest is kinda a weird concept, but maybe it means something with the character turning into a beast and struggling with clothing... or I am trying to look to deep into it I don't know x) Nevertheless the graphics are beautiful, and the feels are great to, I had a good time swaying with the song too, well done ! Edit : I played it few more times to understand, and payed more attention to the dialogue, died to the gnomes or the brigade, and I really appreciate this story and I think I understand now, double well done ! Oh and if I understood well the story, I think I understand the connection with the theme too ? Even if you go to the forest everytime and find a solution, it is only temporary, you can't delay the inevitable

Cool graphics! I think it's a bit hard to hit enemies, so maybe make the player's spear's hitbox a bit bigger

The movement felt a bit annoyingly floaty but I loved beating down on the gnomes! The aesthetics are a strong point of this game, the animation style fit really well with the voxels.

Cool game ! The graphics are really nice, and the dialogues add a nice touch to the game.

Good job

Fun game with a cool graphical style. Fighting the gnomes was fun but wish the spin attack was a bit snappier. The controls felt really good and I dialogue was good. Great submission!

raphiell 2022-04-07 17:21

The graphics were really nice, I wish there were graphics for the cut scenes too. I found the left button attack hard to aim so the spin attack was my go to.

Very damn impressive that you were able to do all of this in less than 24 hours!

I love the style of this one, too! During the combat though, I found myself using right click far more often than left click, since the turn was very slow and the hitbox was a little too tight. The forward dash was able to hit just as many enemies, and quicker too!

Other than that though, I really enjoyed this one. Nice job!

Fantastic visual style! And I was impressed that you include some nice story elements into gameplay. My only complain was that the movement feels a little janky, which a usual problem with isometric games, I guess.
