I like how because your main goal is protecting your sapling, instead of also having to protect yourself the player doesn't have a health bar, but in fact can get stunned! Really good design! The graphics were also very aesthetically pleasing! The polish of your game is also very good, one minor suggestion would be to add some more screen shake. The different enemies were also very good, however sometimes it appeared as though the healthbar wasn't there but they still had one hit left, this was probably only a visual bug and it didn't take away from my experience overall! Also, maybe earlier on some more verticality could be added in, as the jump didn't feel too important which was a shame as it felt very well polished and fun to use! Overall, I had a very fun time playing this game, and its an amazing jam entry! |
