I liked the idea, but it feels a bit too technical. I'd probably liked it more as a sandbox game, where your planet just forms procedurally from any asteroid it hits, instead of making the "right" recipe.
Nice tutorial, but the actual game didn't hold my attention for too long.

The art and atmosphere are great! Gameplay is a bit slow for my taste.

Fun game! I like how you just build the ships, but don't pilot them. Usually you spend all this time constructing stuff, but if you're not good at shooters you fail anyway. This is way more fun for me!
As for overall presentation, it's really unpolished (standard unity skybox and gui) and the graphics aren't great either, but the gameplay is a lot of fun!

The concept is really cool! Definitely worth another round of polishing though, took me like 5 deaths before I knew what was going on. Controls are a bit wonky though.
I suggest having a fixed camera angle, like the one you use to flip worlds, for moving around too. It gives more overview and alienates the player less.
But the idea is super dope.
